Lovely grounds including a pool/hot tub (enjoyable year-round due to our mild winters), fountains & lush landscaping offer seasonal sights and aromas. Your private entrance/indoor/outdoor space are thoughtfully designed for your enjoyment and escape to this unique, historical, haven! Guests must be at least 25 years old.

A spacious sleeping area is complemented by a warm orange bedspread over a king bed. Soft lighting from two bedside lamps enhances the calming green walls, while a wooden armoire adds character to the room. A small area rug is placed beside the bed.

Clementine's Room is a lovely hideaway in Mid City on Bayou St. John. It is simply a bedroom/bath with tile shower, washer/dryer, and king bed. The door is next to a gazebo for outdoor time and the desk can be arranged for 2 to dine inside. There is a large Roku tv for streaming shows, a mini-fridge, microwave, electric kettle & coffee funnel for making morning coffee or tea, and dishes & flatware for heating up a snack. Also, it can be combined with our Sweet Suite for 2bed/2bath family booking

Welcome to one of the best spots to start your New Orleans adventure! Located directly behind the historic Saenger Theater, our building is on the northern border of the French Quarter, less than a block from Canal Street. We're three blocks from Bourbon Street; less than a mile from Jackson Square, Café Du Monde, and the River Walk; and a 15-minute walk to the Superdome & Smoothie King Center. There's also a streetcar stop at the end of the block for easy access to other parts of the city!

Including On Demand hot water, a Mitsubishi mini split system provides ample comfort for every season. The Queen size bed is a welcome landing spot after a long day touring the city or attending a conference at the Convention Center. A full kitchen offers all cooking amenities including an oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, and toaster.
