I have only great things to say about Mathilde! She went above and beyond as a host—we arrived to a house that not only matched the description exactly, but also contained complementary toiletries, fresh snacks and water, extra linens, and a binder full of nearby restaurants and must-see attractions. Everything from day 1 to checkout went incredibly smoothly, and we said several times that we would 100% stay here again if we ever return to NOLA. The location is perfect and very walkable to nearby restaurants and a grocery store. Don’t hesitate to book with Mathilde!! You will not regret it 😄

My stay with Preservation Green was awesome! Absolutely stellar location, 2 blocks from Magazine Street and less than a block from a phenomenal sandwich/cocktail joint. Kendra was AMAZING, so accommodating and welcoming. Super responsive. Overall, a great experience in the Garden District. Would definitely stay again.

I had a great time staying at this cute little place on Algiers Point. It’s located a quick walk to the Ferry and the neighborhood is colorful and welcoming. Perfect place to lay your head when you want to go to New Orleans without staying directly in the city.

Beautiful stay! We were very surprised by the quality of everything. The attention to detail was amazing and the host was extremely nice and helpful. They are very educated on the area!! Would definitely stay here again!!

Lindsey’s place is great. My daughter and I stayed there a few nights while we were moving her out of her college apartment. The place is spacious and comfortable with a full kitchen. Checking in and out was super easy and Lindsey was always very responsive with everything. There is a great little downtown of shops and restaurants nearby where we had great food! Don’t miss Bearcat Cafe for breakfast!!

This was our second time staying at Laura’s place and it was just as great as we remembered! The place is spotless and has a sweet little deck outside for morning coffee. Walkable to French Quarter and close to many fun spots in the Bywater. Laura had some great recs for local eats and things to do. We love this place and I’m sure we’ll be back!

This charming apartment was just right for our needs. The location is great with restaurants and shopping nearby. The apartment was clean and felt welcoming. The host was extremely responsive to any questions. We visit New Orleans regularly and we will be checking for vacancies here for our next stay. Loved this Airbnb!

Such a beautiful sanctuary. A home away from home, a place to nourish, relax and recharge. Everything from the beds, linens, decor, cozy blankets in the living room and host made it a trip to remember. This is an understated gem! I absolutely loved it here. It's comfortable, quiet and immaculate. Curtis is a very accommodating and pleasant host. I highly recommend it.

Stephen’s place was extremely nice and felt like a home away from home. The host and his wife were super responsive and offered a wide range of amenities. They were super friendly and accommodating, they even helped provide suggestions for activities to do when we were running short of ideas.

Cate’s house is an amazing space! I spent 2 nights there on a mother-daughter trip with my mom, aunt, and cousin. It’s perfectly located in historic Treme, close to an MTA stop and only a 20-25 minute walk to the French quarter. The home is super cozy, and Cate has it thoughtfully stocked with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. We loved grabbing a coffee at Old Road Coffee just across the street before catching the bus to go explore NOMA and New Orleans City Park. We’d all been to New Orleans many times before, but agreed that this was our best experience yet. Definitely recommend staying at Cate’s place when you visit NOLA!

Staying at Aloysia’s place was great! It looked exactly like the photos & was located in a peaceful area. Place was clean & cozy. It’s not too far from the French Quarter which was easy to get down to & gave my partner & I a chance to get to know Mid City. Great restaurants nearby. I recommend this place to anyone who’d like to visit the city!

I was in town for a family event, and staying here was a great experience. the inside was really nice! It was a 10 min drive from the superdome, and the neighborhood was quiet. I would stay here again when in town.

Monica's place is fantastic..what a great place to come back to after a day at the jazz fest. pictures don't even come close to doing the house justice.

Great location and large space. Great for a large group up to 8-10 ppl. Host was quick to handle anything that came up.

Kevin’s place was really nice. It’s super clean and the inside is very nice. Loved the washer/dryer. It took us a while to figure out where the building was, where to park, how to get in and where the apartment was exactly inside the building. It’s also in a very industrial area, so it did not feel very safe. We traveled with two little children. It is convenient though for a lot of things and not in the thick of the French quarters.

The property is nice, the area is very “New Orleans” and it’s very easy to get anywhere in the city from here. I’ll stay again if I’m back in NOLA

I enjoyed everything about my stay here the place was as described nice and clean. The host offered extra linens and covers I just loved everything about the place! They offer a pool & gym on site we didn’t have to drive far for anything & it was a quiet neighborhood

Beautiful home looks even better in person access of the condo was very easy..there is no parking but parking lots all around that's my only complaints but overall very lovely place and very safe. Walking distance to canal and bourbon street.

I attended an international meeting at the convention center. I had a great 1.1 mile walk which was interesting (and safe) no matter what route I took. Perfect 25 min exercise each way. The apartment was exactly what I hoped for.

My partner and I stayed here for our first trip to NOLA, it was incredible! The place was steps away from all of the “must sees” of New Orleans, and the loft was clean and quiet. (Other than the streetcar, but that didn’t bother us!) We will definitely stay here again!

Tim’s place was in a convenient location and the unit is bigger than pictured. Plenty of space for 2 people. Enough toilet paper and paper towels to last your stay (good quality might I add). Tim was very responsive when I reached out with any questions. The neighborhood is very walkable. A grocery store and pharmacy about a block away. A very good pizza place on the corner with bar area. There were several parking lots nearby which made it convenient to get to our rental car in a couple of minutes. Bedding was comfortable and the AC worked really well!
