Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Fredericksburg

Hands down the best Air B N B experience we have had. Luxurious, peaceful, excellent local eateries; and I must comment on the incredible coffee provided, it was WONDERFUL. The sunsets and sunrises were spectacular on the patio deck that had everything possible for the best relaxation, from the hot tub to the outdoor furniture, it was simply a divine stay. Sharon communicated immediately with any questions we had. Words cannot describe how wonderful Sharon’s place is! Can’t wait to come back!

Place was cozy, very nice view, and very clean. Overall plenty of parking, perfect spot in between San Antonio and Austin. Pool was perfect temperature and clean, hot tub as well. Will be coming back for sure.

This property was stunning! The multiple structures on the property offered privacy, while the grand house and pool gave us an incredible area to congregate and create memories. We loved the pool and the stargazing deck - we saw lots of shooting stars. Hopefully, we will have an opportunity to rent Britney Jo's place again; she was a great host!

This is the BEST Airbnb we have stayed in with our dogs. The place has several open grassy areas where they were able to really run and play at full speed. The house is perfect as well - I have never seen a host more thoughtful about every little detail, even leaving the cutest toys and treats for our fur babies. The house was so comfortable, clean, and thoughtful and Amanda was such a sweet host. The sunrises are stunning and the stars are beautiful. A perfect place to get away and just slow down. We hope to be able to visit again for longer.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The space is full of charm and character, with so many unique pieces that made it feel really special. Don’t be deterred by the outdoor shower—it was actually one of our favorite features! The bath tubs were also a real treat. While the home isn’t baby-proofed (which we expected), it ended up being just fine for our little one. In fact, our baby went up and down steps for the first time here—such a memorable moment! The location isn’t quite walkable to downtown (especially in the summer heat!), but it’s a super quick and easy drive, which made getting around a breeze. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a stylish, comfortable, and memorable place to stay.

Nice secluded area, great for exploring nature and birdwatching. The house was very warm and felt like a home. The property was very large and we didn’t have enough time to explore all of it, beautiful all around and the wildlife was very abundant. The hosts were very thorough and easy when communicating about how to get there and check-ins/check-outs. Would definitely book again!

The Taylor house is absolutely beautiful! Everything is new. The decor is modern and gorgeous. The house is appointed with high quality linens, bedding and kitchen wear. It’s in a quaint neighborhood with pastures encircling the entire neighborhood which makes for a really nice walk. Chris made the experience effortless and was quick to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend this property.

Kerinne was a lovely host and the house was as described. It was very spacious and could accomodate a nice large group. We had 6 in our party so it was more than enough space for us. Each room was quaintly decorated and felt very luxurious. We walked back from town one night. We wound our way through the neighborhood to avoid the Main Street which didn’t have sidewalks all the way to the house. It would be a great rental for a family with all the games in the nice new garage space. Our favorite bedroom was the stone walled King! I could have stayed forever!

Everything was clean, nice and the communication from the host was amazing and timely.

This place is great and the hosts are amazing. Very well thoughtful additions to the Airbnb like snacks, cold drinks, coffee, and don’t forget the cookies waiting when you arrive. The house is super clean and private and exactly what we were looking for. Would stay there again without hesitation!

Beautiful and peaceful spot that feels very removed from Wimberley while still being 5 min from town. Terry was very communicative and helpful from the time we booked and through our stay. We would happily stay here again.

We have stayed in dozens of home. This ranks up there in the top 5, but the host is #1. What set him above the rest? I asked for an early check in. He said he would need to get back to me as the previous guest will be checking out the morning we are arriving. He advised that he put a reminder in his phone. Friday morning arrived and I didn’t need to follow up with him, he followed up with me just as he said he would do. That kind of follow through is HUGE! I am very happy with Jay! The place was immaculate, penthouse decor. Picture perfect!

We enjoyed our stay. it is very easy to go into town or visit vineyards in the country. Very quiet and peaceful.

We absolutely loved our anniversary stay here! The bed was incredibly cozy—we even looked up the sheets so we could get a set for ourselves. The shower and tub felt like a total dream. We’ll definitely be booking again when we’re back. The only thing we wished for was a pool instead of just a hot tub, especially with this Texas heat kicking in for the summer!

This townhouse was located in a quiet neighborhood which was great for taking walks & seeing wildlife. The newly remodeled unit has a spacious open floor plan with a beautiful kitchen that was well equipped. The first floor is accessible with a master bedroom having a walk-in closet & beautiful bathroom with walk in shower. Upstairs there are additional bedrooms & full bath so this is a great space for a family get away. The beds were very comfortable & each bedroom has a TV. Good variety of restaurants in the area, some where you can watch the sunset on Lake LBJ but recommend making reservations. If you rather just relax there is small patio in the back with a nice BBQ grill. We were in the area visiting family for 10 days & appreciate having a wonderful place to stay that felt like home. Eugene is an outstanding host & very responsive. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

We absolutely loved our stay in the SKYHOUSE! Everything was perfect and absolutely spotless. It was by far one of the most peaceful and memorable stays that we’ve ever had. The host was so accommodating and welcoming. We loved it so much that we want to come back every year.

This stay was everything we hoped for and more! The villas look exactly like the photos.. beautifully decorated, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything from spices to cooking tools, which made it easy to cook meals. The pool and hot tub were just as serene and well-maintained as they appeared online. Each room had a smart TV ready for streaming, and the WiFi worked flawlessly. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in the Texas Hill Country!

This was a great place. It was not walkable to the downtown shops and restaurants for us. Maybe for a younger person it would be. We had no problem driving or parking on Main Street. Would stay again.

Great hosts. Great place. Great location. There’s so much do to here and it’s so close to other popular surrounding areas. Didn’t wanna go home. Our family’s 3rd go around at this location with Leavetown as our host and they haven’t disappointed.

Wendy's home was absolutely beautiful. The backyard area was our favorite. We loved having coffee on the back porch in the morning. In the evenings the yard games and plunge pool ended a perfect day. The location is great. River access was challenging for some of the smaller kids but we planned accordingly and made sure we had everything we needed so we only had to come back up the stairs once a day. Overall I highly recommend.

Travis was an exceptional host. He was quick to communicate if anything was needed and offered multiple amenities. The space itself is very private, great for photos especially around the lake, it's just you and nature. If the weather wasn't so cold we definitely would've hit the water. Hadn't ever heard of spicewood before, but would come again! Thank you again Travis!

This is a beautiful, secluded home with so much to do for families. You can hike and swim on site. You can find shade and sun around the pool any time of day. The porches in the front and back of the house and the large living room and kitchen area provide a wonderful place for families to hang out, play and visit.
