My delightful 45-square-meter apartment is located in the heart of Rome, in a colorful 3-story building from the early 1900s, with a 25-square-meter garden. You will be within walking distance of all public transport (metro-tram-bus) and a 15-minute walk from the Colosseum. Via Balilla is a small and characteristic tree-lined street with buildings, each of a different color and all with an internal garden. The apartment overlooks the gardens: you will be surrounded by greenery and awakened by the singing of the birds!

Quiet, recently-renovated studio apartment in a peaceful corner of Pigneto, Villini, known for its attractive Art Nouveau villas and verdant gardens. Just a 5-minute walk from the vibrant heart of Pigneto, Rome's coolest neighbourhood, with its numerous bars and restaurants, music venues and street art. Well-connected to all the sights of Rome. Only 15 minutes from the Colosseum and Ancient Rome. A 3-minute walk to the bus and tram stops and a 6-minute walk to the metro C line. Free parking.

The cozy flat "Carvaggio" boasts a private terrace with small table and chairs to have breakfast and relax in the evening. It has a queen size canopy bed and a single canopy bed in separate room, bathroom with tub/shower and fully equipped kitchenette. AC (to be used sustainably), free wi-fi and independent heating are provided. It is located on the second floor of a private building from 1800's along with another apartment, (no lift!) few mins on foot from Coliseum in the heart of Monti.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

On the ground floor and first floor, managed by my brother, there is the Bianca and Rosa house of memories. The shared terrace is perfect for enjoying the beautiful sunset.
