Me and my now fiancè had such a great time! We got engaged on our trip to Nashville and Latoyia’s AirBnB was perfect for the two of us! She was very responsive and respectful, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Definitely in a transitioning neighborhood, but never once did we fear for our safety. Mainly just people roaming/walking the area. Close to Broadway, Walmart, Kroger, and many fast food places and gas stations. We would definitely stay here again should we come back to Nashville in the future!

I've stayed at this resort before- Nice place. Great amenities. Location was close enough to downtown and other attractions to fit our needs. Loved the shuttle service! The only negative was concierge was relentlessly trying to sell me on buying a timeshare there. Very pushy!

Very nice unit although a bit dated but the surroundings and farm land adjacent to the unit are spectacular for morning coffee or a cocktail on the open deck. There are so many birds and deer roaming the property. The room was perfect for what we needed which is far enough away from downtown Nashville via Shuttle but only a walk away from the Gaylord and Grand Old Opry. Clean, quiet, clean and the price was right. Definitely recommend.

Staying at Howdy Honey was truly an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, we were completely blown away by how beautiful and thoughtfully designed the rental was. Every detail has been carefully curated to reflect the charm and character of Nashville — it felt like stepping into a Southern dream. From the stylish decor to the cozy touches throughout, you can tell the hosts put their heart into creating a warm, inviting space. The home was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed and more — it was clear that nothing was overlooked. Whether we were relaxing after a day of exploring or just enjoying time together in the space, everything about it felt just right. The hosts were absolutely wonderful — hands down some of the best we’ve ever had. They were quick to respond to any questions and went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and taken care of. Their flexibility with our arrival and checkout times made our travel perfect

I absolutely loved my stay at Nick's condo! It was the perfect spot for my extended work trip. I loved the location because it was so close to my work project, but it also had great walkability to food spots & several places to run errands. The Midtown / West end neighborhood felt super safe & I loved the energy. The building itself is beautiful. The amenities of the building are so awesome! The gym is great and never super busy & I loved all the communal areas and decor. Props to the hydration & coffee station. The condo itself was the best part! So amazingly decorated & a great layout with beautiful views of Midtown/the cute hotel rooftop across the way. The condo has everything you need for cooking, cleaning/laundry, lounging, closet space etc. I DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE--I loved it that much! Nick was great with meeting me with check-in and constantly communicating throughout my extended stay. Highly recommend this place to everyone & anyone! Hope to be back on my next work trip!

Our stay was amazing! We were accommodated for early check-in, the room was very clean (looked just as described), and it was only 15 minutes from Downtown Nashville. Joy was a pleasure to work with! She did the utmost to ensure that my group and I were comfortably accommodated and we are so appreciative of her. Highly recommend!

Such a lovely place to stay in Nashville, the location was great only a mile from Broadway (15/20 min walk). The air BnB was clean and well kitted out. We struggled locking the door but the hosts responded quickly and we sorted it out really quickly! Germantown has some lovely coffee places a short walk away and it’s a quieter place if you want to step away from downtown. Would stay again!!

This condo was like home from home the moment you walked in it felt clean and welcoming with all things you require. The house was spotless and the washer and dryer was great to get some holiday washing done so you don’t have to take lots of dirty clothes home. The area is very close to Midtown where we frequented most days and nights. We visited the Grand Ole Opry and many other great places and an Uber was only a call away. We walked to Broadway a few times which kept up for and active however we found Midtown was more our style as it’s very busy on Broadway. We visited lots of places and really enjoyed our stay at Carlos and Cheryl’s place thank you for letting us stay we will be back one day ❤️

True story, Linda's place was perfection. Location, decor, facilities. My husband and I couldn't have asked for a better spot for our getaway. We walked to the gulch and to Broadway in the morning/early afternoon each day and opted for an Uber back each eve. Uber was $8-10. Linda was so nice and easy to connect with. Thanks for making our trip top notch!!

Michael was absolutely wonderful! The place was so nice and clean! I do however want to say that the step up to the bathroom/shower will get you everytime. 🤣 It’s close to everything and a lot of good restaurants! He also provided us with a huge list of places to eat/see/do! We had a wonderful time!

This place was a nice, clean, and quiet stay overlooking the river. Though the condo is a little outside the “main attractions “ of downtown Nashville, my wife and I didn’t have any issues making the walk, sometimes a couple times a day. There were several other closer options for dinner and entertainment that we enjoyed if we didn’t want to go downtown. We took an Uber when we were going to places that were out of walking distance. Katie was an awesome hostess that was very responsive to my questions. She gave clear instructions and advice for our trip. The condo was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable, and everything we needed for our 5 day stay was provided.

Fantastic condo. Easy walkable to restaurants and bars on Broadway. Great place and I would recommend it to anyone !!

Jeanelle's place was great for our quick trip. If we are back in Nashville, we'll consider staying at her place again.

I absolutely loved the unit I stayed in. It was beautiful and clean. Me and my guest we beyond satisfied with everything. Perfect location and close to everything we wanted to do. No issues at all! Also Josiah was an amazing host, so punctual and attentive to us.

Great stay at a walkable distance from downtown Nashville! Fun decor and very comfortable.

Would definitely stay here again! Easy check-in & parking. Place was very clean! Far enough from noise but close enough to enjoy going out to Broadway. Great location. And the hosts were always responsive- I appreciated the fact they were willing to stay up later just to ensure I got checked in with no issues seeing I couldn’t make it up during the check in hours due to work. Highly recommend!

Pete’s place was really nice and modern. The location was also great—quiet and felt safe, with a local coffee shop nearby where I was able to work. Inside, there were plenty of windows and lots of natural light. My only suggestion to Pete would be to offer a greater variety and better quality of kitchenware. Overall, it was a great experience visiting Nashville and staying at this place.

We had an amazing time staying here. It’s cute and quaint with a great coffee shop just right outside the home. It had everything we needed, the host was quick and responsive with any questions or concerns we had. It is a quick drive to broadway which we didn’t mind since the home was in such an easy to see and reach spot for driving services. I definitely recommend staying here for an affordable getaway.

Great apartment, had everything we needed. Clean & comfortable and loved the river view. Location was good and very walkable to downtown. Also some great dinning options in the neighborhood.

Jennie's place fit what we needed perfectly: we were in town for a concert at the Ryman Auditorium (myself and my 3 adult children) and could drive less than 15 minutes to park and walk there. The space would've been a little tight for much longer of a stay but it worked perfectly for the two nights we were there. We could spread out a little more because of the roof top deck which we loved. It had great views and was just steps away on the same floor. The highway noise from the adjacent I-40 is loud but that didn't prevent us from sleeping well. We were able to walk to dinner and there were other options close by. And street parking was available and convenient, just as Jennie had said. We would recommend her place to others looking for a good location close to downtown Nashville.

This place was so awesome. Very well thought out in the little details — a steamer, bathroom loaded with q-tips, makeup wipes, poopurri and funny little cards, both pool towels and regular towels, a fully-stocked coffee bar equipped with syrups, sugars and creamers, and huge bed options — queen bunk beds and a pull out couch. A great stay for a group of 4, or even more! Andrew was very helpful and gave me a call when looking for the gym and everyone was super friendly through text. Great stay!

Very good spot definitely would recommend to others to get!
