Our stay at Marina and Paolo’s hilltop home in the Tuscan hills was nothing short of magical. The house is a true piece of paradise, immaculately clean, with breathtaking views that left us in awe every day. Marina and Paolo were incredibly kind hosts, making us feel completely at home. The swimming pool was fantastic, and the entire experience immersed us in the charm of Tuscan life. We highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for an unforgettable getaway!

Absolutely stunning, authentically Italian cottage in the mountains of Tuscany. Rosella was a fantastic and welcoming host. A great spot for exploring Tuscany. The only drawback was the very steep hill - pack your trainers/ walking shoes.

We stayed a week in the beautiful cottage of Nadia and Giacomo. We enjoyed everything very much. The location and view from the terrace is unique... The house is very clean and conveniently equipped. Giacomo gave us good excursion tips, both are very friendly. We really enjoyed the relaxing time and would be happy to come back.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful villa in Lucca! The property is stunning, with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside that made every morning feel like a dream. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive—they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and offered great tips for local spots to explore. It was clear they truly cared about creating a memorable experience for their guests. Most of all, the peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Whether enjoying a glass of wine on the terrace or simply soaking in the scenery, it was exactly the getaway we were hoping for. We can’t wait to come back!

A wonderful, peaceful, grand villa in a tremendous garden ( more like a park ) The interior is beautiful with loads of personal accents. Livia and her team have taken care of us, as excellent hosts. It’s a fantastic place to stay with family and friends. We were all very impressed!!!

We had an amazing time at Lisa’s home. The setting is just beautiful and you can’t help but be wowed. With the firefly’s adding that bit of magic at night. The house is a master piece of how to renovate and is full of original features. The furnishings, decor and ornamental pieces are a delight. There are two great outdoor covered areas that we found the ideal places to eat and relax. We were lucky we had gorgeous sunshine but if you don’t the inside living area is just as comfy. Lisa’s family are all lovely and helped to make our stay so perfect. A perfect week!

I was in Pietrasanta for 6 weeks to sculpt marble. Stefania's is in walking distance to the train station, great restaurants, grocery stores and walking trails. The place is quiet and well equipped. I highly recommend staying there.

Sara and Brian are truly amazing hosts—proactive, kind, and fascinating to talk to. Their home is enchanting, like stepping into a real fairytale. You can feel how much love and care they’ve poured into every detail. It’s one of the most spectacular places we’ve ever stayed in! Not only is the house and the garden magical, but it’s also so practical and thoughtfully equipped, providing everything you could think of to make your stay comfortable. The gym was fantastic, and the house had plenty of space for two families. Even with 2 adults and 4 “monkeys” (our energetic kids), there was room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and celebrating New Year’s Eve with fireworks lighting up the entire region was an unforgettable experience. Thank you, Sara and Brian, for sharing your incredible home with us. We can’t wait to return!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was very clean, well equipped, and full of personal touches. It is well located between the main railway station and the harbour, with a main shopping street just round the corner. The hosts Cinzia and Raffaella are very friendly and helpful. We would love to return to La Spezia and this apartment in the future - we feel both are very special.

Bruno was a fantastic host. The loft is in a perfect central location for walking and getting lost in the town of Lucca. Great food, endless shops and streets. Beautiful gardens all close. We ran around the wall and had the best time feeling like locals in the city.

Really pleasant stay! The apartment is cozy, well maintained and the garden is a real plus: perfect for relaxing or having breakfast outdoors. The area is quiet and well-connected, and the host was super helpful and attentive to every detail. Notwithstanding the not perfect weather, I was able to enjoy the house and the area, comfortably visiting the entire coastline until viareggio. Pisa is still well connected and I visited it on the day of check-out. Upstairs bathroom made new, better than what you'll see in the listing. Only small note: in the bathroom downstairs there were some mosquitoes, but fortunately they had already been equipped with electronic devices scented by the host that resolved the problem effectively. Overall, a more than positive experience — highly recommended!

We felt immediately at home in this wonderful loft. The space is stunning and even topped off with a wonderful terrace. The location is in the middle of everything. Definitely planning to return! Grazie mille!

We had a wonderful stay in Lucca at Patrizia's flat. It was very well appointed and the kitchen had everything we needed. The neighborhood is great with restaurants, groceries, etc., all within easy walking distance. Patrizia was very helpful in getting us a car booked to take us very early from Lucca to the Florence Airport. We would definitely stay here again.

The penthouse makes a huge impression! The view from the window and balcony is amazing! the apartment has everything you need. a big plus is the underground parking. the beach is literally a stone's throw away, 2 minutes on foot. the owner is always available and answers any questions. his recommended restaurants are worth a look! I highly recommend it! We will definitely come back someday.

The pool was beautiful and very well maintained, perfect for relaxing. The surroundings were quiet and peaceful, which really helped us relax. We also particularly liked the olive trees on the property, which gave the whole thing a special charm. The hosts were always available and very helpful. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a quiet getaway with fantastic amenities!

Donatella's place is exactly as pictured: curated, welcoming, and quiet. As soon as the gate closes, you enter a private oasis where you immediately feel at home. The covered terrace is perfect for lunch or dinner outdoors with all the time, enjoying the beautiful view of the valley. We've always eaten out. The pool was clean and the view was really relaxing. Our two dogs immediately felt comfortable: the space is large and all fenced, so for sure. The shops and everything you need are nearby, and in 15 minutes you can reach the sea of Lido di Camaiore. The house is well equipped, everything works as it should. Donatella and her son are always available, kind and really work hard to make guests feel good. Simple and fast communication. Thank you for your hospitality and attention to detail! We'd love to come back.

Fabrizia is an amazing host. You feel comfortable in the house, and have a beautiful view from the bedrooms! The garden is fantastic, especially to cook comfortably and enjoy the evenings. Thanks a lot!

Stayed for 4 days at Andrea's place. The apartment was well equipped and had a nice patio to sit on. Best part about it was Andrea gave his number and quickly responded to all of our questions about the area and the apartment. He gave some great restaurant recos and the apartment is about 5m walk from the main square and 10m from the train station. Would recommend for sure. Thanks!

The place itself is wonderful. It is clean, comfortable with plenty of room for the three of us. Cafes and restaurants are a few blocks away (and a few more blocks to the beach). Francesca was very helpful, getting the accommodation just right and providing plenty of tips about restaurants, groceries, things to do and transportation. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice townhouse with large roof terrace designed down to the smallest detail. Beach and restaurants are within walking distance, a Michelin restaurant is just a few houses away. Great amenities and definitely something for design fans.
