Our newly refurbished apartment consist of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a corridor. Whole apartment is air-conditioned and, on top of that, each of the two bedrooms have a separate heating/air-conditioning system. Bedroom 1: one double bed or two single beds - arranged according to your preference Bedroom 2: one double bed Both bathrooms have walk-in spacious showers. You can prepare a delicious meal in the fully-equipped kitchen and enjoy it in the dining room with your family or friends. In the living room, you can enjoy the time with each other or watch some TV on a 55" screen. Our guests will have access to the entire apartment. Together with my wife we set up a chat with our guests (via WhatsApp/Messanger) to be able to serve you 24/7 with suggestions, help and recommendations. Our preferred language is English but we can also communicate in Italian, French, Polish and Spanish. The apartment is located in the city center of La Spezia right by the pedestrian zone and train station. There are plenty of great restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops a stone's throw away. We are happy to find a best solution in terms of parking if you come by car. But then you can forget the car and use your feet or public transport to reach anywhere you need. Train station -> 3 mins walking distance Pedestrian zone -> 2 mins walking distance Marina with ferries -> 10 mins walking distance Bus stop -> 1 min walking distance We would also like to inform you that authorities require all the guests to pay the local tax at 2.5 euro/person/night (>16years) for max 5 consecutive nights of stay. This amount shall be paid in cash at the check in. Moreover, we need to communicate to the local Police office the guest register and we would need some information from all our guest to fullfill this legal requirement.

Cozy little house in Montignoso, ideal for a couple, just 3 km from the sea and 5 minutes from Forte dei Marmi. 1 hour from Cinque Terre and 30 minutes from Pisa airport. The area is served by restaurants, a pharmacy, a supermarket, a local health authority, and the OPA Heart Hospital (950 m). Equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a new bathroom, an equipped kitchen, a double 50" Smart TV, a washing machine, and a small heater. Pets allowed. Street-side parking. No smoking or parties. Order, cleanliness, and silence are required after 11:00 p.m.

Large independent villa with a large garden in a residential neighborhood, a 10-minute walk from the center of the "Little Athens" of Pietrasanta and a 15-minute bike ride from the sea and Forte dei Marmi (4 bicycles are available at the accommodation). The house has: a living room, kitchen, dining room, four bedrooms (two double bedrooms with air conditioning, one with two single beds with air conditioning and one with a single bed), as well as two bathrooms. Wi-Fi and parking spaces are also available.

Exclusive, 10 minutes from the city, AMPHIORAMA offers fantastic views of the Gulf of La Spezia and the Apuan Alps. The house has a safe, equipped garden, mini UNHEATED pool and private parking within walking distance. On the ground floor you will find the kitchen with ovens, dishwasher, coffee maker, drinks, snacks and the sofa bed. The residence of the Codirosso B&B: timeless soul-Tuscany

“La dimora del Codirosso” is my historic family home in which I rent a part to those who travel or seek rest, rediscovering the atmosphere of the past. The house is hidden in a small medieval village in the Norther Tuscany, Brucciano, among the tranquility of the woods and mountains of Garfagnana's area. Sometimes, on request, I’ll be happy to prepare for you a delicious Italian breakfast but, remember, these service are not included in the price and not available on Sunday.

At the gates of the 5 Terre, out of the confusion of the town center. From our apartment you can enjoy the immensity of the sea and breathtaking sunsets. Located near the path nr 1 (AV5T), you can reach Riomaggiore and Portovenere by trekking through the paths with a splendid view. It also has the convenience of arriving with the car under the house, the recommended way to reach us. 10 minutes by car from La Spezia and even less from Riomaggiore. Free parking on site.

Nara Apartment

Apartment Nara is located in the heart of Pietrasanta, the little Athens of Versilia, in one of the few streets that is predominantly residential, and therefore quiet and private. 
 Located just 100 meters from Piazza Duomo, the apartment is very close to the city's main restaurants, shops, and art galleries. The sea and the Parco della Versiliana can be reached in a few minutes by bicycle.

Il Melograno, nature and culture in Riomaggiore

The rooms, located on the second floor of a house from the 1700s, with a separate entrance, offer a wonderful view. Provided: safe in each room, TV, mosquito nets and awning, tea and coffee corner and relaxation corner in the garden under the house. Cleaning and sanitizing - every two days - with antivirus protocol products registered in the posted sheet. Linens changed midweek.

Accommodation taxes are included in the price. Bath towels are changed every 3 days, bed linen is changed every week. Every 3 days, with the guest's permission, I check if anything is missing for breakfast and tidy up the apartment.
