Our newly refurbished apartment consist of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a corridor. Whole apartment is air-conditioned and, on top of that, each of the two bedrooms have a separate heating/air-conditioning system. Bedroom 1: one double bed or two single beds - arranged according to your preference Bedroom 2: one double bed Both bathrooms have walk-in spacious showers. You can prepare a delicious meal in the fully-equipped kitchen and enjoy it in the dining room with your family or friends. In the living room, you can enjoy the time with each other or watch some TV on a 55" screen. Our guests will have access to the entire apartment. Together with my wife we set up a chat with our guests (via WhatsApp/Messanger) to be able to serve you 24/7 with suggestions, help and recommendations. Our preferred language is English but we can also communicate in Italian, French, Polish and Spanish. The apartment is located in the city center of La Spezia right by the pedestrian zone and train station. There are plenty of great restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops a stone's throw away. We are happy to find a best solution in terms of parking if you come by car. But then you can forget the car and use your feet or public transport to reach anywhere you need. Train station -> 3 mins walking distance Pedestrian zone -> 2 mins walking distance Marina with ferries -> 10 mins walking distance Bus stop -> 1 min walking distance We would also like to inform you that authorities require all the guests to pay the local tax at 2.5 euro/person/night (>16years) for max 5 consecutive nights of stay. This amount shall be paid in cash at the check in. Moreover, we need to communicate to the local Police office the guest register and we would need some information from all our guest to fullfill this legal requirement.

Area served with restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket, local health authority and OPA heart hospital (950m). Equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioner, new bathroom, boiler, equipped kitchen, 50" smart TV, washing machine, heater. Pets allowed. Parking on the side of the road. No smoking and no parties. Please be tidy and clean. No casinos after 11:00 p.m.

A 100 meters from the sea, large and bright open space flat, carefully furnished in Tuscan style. It features a large terrace perfect for summer dinners and bbq. It's only 15 minutes from Pisa and is located in the main street of Marina di Pisa, therefore you can find all the main services within walking distance, including restaurants, bars, pharmacies, post offices, ice cream parlors and supermarkets. The apartment is great for working remotely, a desk can be added and the wifi is very fast.

Amphiorama (private mini-pool and garden)

Exclusive, 10 minutes from the city, AMPHIORAMA offers fantastic views of the Gulf of La Spezia and the Apuan Alps. The house has a safe, equipped garden, mini UNHEATED pool and private parking within walking distance. On the ground floor you will find the kitchen with ovens, dishwasher, coffee maker, drinks, snacks and the sofa bed. At the gates of the 5 Terre, out of the confusion of the town center. From our apartment you can enjoy the immensity of the sea and breathtaking sunsets. Located near the path nr 1 (AV5T), you can reach Riomaggiore and Portovenere by trekking through the paths with a splendid view. It also has the convenience of arriving with the car under the house, the recommended way to reach us. 10 minutes by car from La Spezia and even less from Riomaggiore. Free parking on site.

Nara Apartment

Apartment Nara is located in the heart of Pietrasanta, the little Athens of Versilia, in one of the few streets that is predominantly residential, and therefore quiet and private. 
 Located just 100 meters from Piazza Duomo, the apartment is very close to the city's main restaurants, shops, and art galleries. The sea and the Parco della Versiliana can be reached in a few minutes by bicycle.

Il Melograno, nature and culture in Riomaggiore

The rooms, located on the second floor of a house from the 1700s, with a separate entrance, offer a wonderful view. Provided: safe in each room, TV, mosquito nets and awning, tea and coffee corner and relaxation corner in the garden under the house. Cleaning and sanitizing - every two days - with antivirus protocol products registered in the posted sheet. Linens changed midweek.

"La Tana dei Conigli" is a brand new Luxury mini apartment, opened in June 2021, located on the 4th floor with a private elevator, equipped with every comfort: Wi-Fi, air conditioning, 32" smart TV... The location is strategic for tours in our wonderful areas. The train station to reach the Cinque Terre is a 5-minute walk from our apartment.

Boat & Breakfast La Spezia Cinque Terre

The visitor will have the well of the boat you can admire the sea by a unique and enviable position. The boat is equipped with sound system "Bose" with spread both inside and outside. We are very close to Portovenere and the Cinque Terre.

Casa Marilena

Accommodation taxes are included in the price. Bath towels are changed every 3 days, bed linen is changed every week. Every 3 days, with the guest's permission, I check if anything is missing for breakfast and tidy up the apartment.
