Perfect stay! The owner was extremely kind, helpful and precise in every detail. The apartment is in excellent condition: clean, tidy and equipped with every necessary comfort. A very positive experience that I would recommend without hesitation!

The comfort of the facilities and the cleanliness is impeccable. The house is close to everything but maintains the tranquility of the neighborhood. The generosity of the hosts makes the difference, from super hearty breakfasts, bicycles available and a refrigerator with drinks and fruit for consumption during the day, among other things. Massimiliano is a very warm and friendly person, always attentive to any questions or needs of his guests. I hope to be able to return to Viareggio and stay there again.

What a wonderful place. We stayed here at the tail end of our trip and it was perfect. Quiet and sparse in the best of ways. Breakfast was amazing. They walked us to a lovely place for dinner. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful views. We felt like we were the inky tourists, which was amazing after hitting all the tourists spots. We were sad to leave so soon!

We had a great time, the place is even more beautiful than in the photos including the view and the terraces. Our hosts were extremely welcoming and very responsive.

We had a wonderful stay with Michele and he is easily one of the best hosts we have ever had. He really goes above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. He is extremely responsive and helpful. The apartment is super charming and well-located for excursions into the Cinque Terre and the other towns and ports in the area. We can’t recommend this place strongly enough. It was a wonderful experience, in a house that is nothing short of perfect: private parking, a house well-stocked with everything, very clean, quiet, a great mattress, even the possibility of eating outside thanks to a private terrace. All this is in the context of the small town of Pitelli, a hamlet 8 km from La Spezia, which has an excellent supermarket, a pizzeria, an Arci club, a butcher shop, and even a pharmacy! All within a 3/4-minute walk from the house. Enviable location, impeccable service from the host and attentive to our needs: we can't wait to go back!

Communication with Angela was always smooth and friendly. We were able to check in flexibly and Angela responded quickly. She also responded immediately to special requests. The B&B is located just outside Pisa, but can be reached quickly via a longer walk, by bus or other means of transport. We felt very comfortable.

We had a great stay! The apartment was very clean, well-organized, and comfortable. The location is excellent (about a 10-minute walk to the train station), which made it really easy for us to visit Cinque Terre, our main goal for the trip. The host, Pina, was extremely helpful and kind, always available to assist with anything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

Alessandro provided us with the accommodation for one night very spontaneously on our return trip from Corsica. The communication was very good and friendly. The place was newly renovated and sparkling clean and eggs, milk, coffee with pastries, etc. were provided for breakfast. Thanks for the hospitality!

Beautiful place close to everything, only a short walk to the main attractions, great area. The apartment itself has everything you need for a stay in Pisa. The hosts were very friendly and easy to communicate with. We had a slight issue out with the hosts control and it was rectified immediately. Great apartment in the heart of La Spezia! Easily walkable to everything — the train station, ferries, museums, restaurants and shops. The washer/dryer was essential in allowing us to pack light on our 2 week Italian adventure. If I’m ever lucky enough to be back in the area, would stay here again in a heartbeat.

David and Roberta are truly the best hosts! Their place is dreamy beautiful and they go out of their way to help you have the best experience. Whether it’s the delicious breakfast served each morning or doing your laundry, David and Roberta go out of their way to make you feel welcome and are genuinely so kind. Excellent experience with Débora, everything was impeccable. It's a bit far but public transportation works well. In addition, the bedroom and bathroom (and the house in general) are 5 stars without a doubt.

We absolutely loved our time spent at Maria’s! The surroundings are gorgeous, and the pool/loungers had a fantastic view of the sea and town. Maria went above and beyond as a host, providing a lovely breakfast every morning, helping us with directions and transport links, and making us feel right at home. We could not have asked for a more accommodating host! The garden and view were absolutely stunning, and the room was super comfy too. Just a short trail down into the town where we could find lovely restaurants and beaches! Overall a fantastic time and very good value for money! Cannot recommend this air bnb enough :)

The apartment had an amazing location because it was 2 minutes walk from the tower of Pisa. The Airbnb felt homely and comfortable. We slept really well each night. There was a stunning view over the mountains from the balcony, that I spend half an hour each morning enjoying. I really enjoyed spending time with the 2 dogs (Schnauzers) that live with Cristina, who are very friendly. I hope I can stay again next time I visit Pisa!
