The beach is only 350 m away, the station 550, and in a few minutes on foot you will find the pedestrian market and the pine forest for a regenerating walk.

The residence of the Codirosso B&B: timeless soul-Tuscany

“La dimora del Codirosso” is my historic family home in which I rent a part to those who travel or seek rest, rediscovering the atmosphere of the past. The house is hidden in a small medieval village in the Norther Tuscany, Brucciano, among the tranquility of the woods and mountains of Garfagnana's area. On request I’ll be happy to prepare for you a delicious Italian breakfast or other meals but, remember, these service are not included in the price and not available on Sunday.

My house is located in the middle of the olive trees near an old washhouse. The small village of Oneta is served by public transport, and in a few minutes you can reach the center of Borgo a Mozzano where there are activities for the family, a shopping center and the train station. You'll love my little house because of the cozy atmosphere, the outdoor spaces, and the intimacy of the interiors. It is suitable for couples, families (with children) and large groups.

Newly renovated apartment 350 meters from the beach and the carnival and 1 km from the train station. 🏡 The apartment is in the heart of Viareggio, a short walk from the sea, the carnival, the market, and the pine forest. A central area with supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and shops in the immediate vicinity. The train station is nearby and makes the accommodation ideal for those who want to experience Viareggio without the need for a car.

Nara apartment is located in the center of Pietrasanta, the small Athens of Versilia, in one of the few streets with a predominantly residential composition, therefore quiet and private. 
 Located just 100 meters from Piazza Duomo, the apartment is very close to the city's main restaurants, shops and art galleries. The sea and the Versiliana Park are minutes away by bike (provided free of charge for the entire stay - 3 adult sizes)

The apartment/tavern is on the ground floor of a single-family house, separated from the first floor, guaranteeing privacy for guests. It has a large garden, veranda and private parking, in a very quiet setting 1.2 km from the walls of Lucca, 16 minutes on foot, 1.4 km from the train station. The apartment has a low internal height (with the exception of the living room), making the atmosphere cozy. Pets welcome.

A medieval village, away from traffic and smog, surrounded by woods and tranquility. A cozy house with a garden, where you wake up in the morning to the chirping of birds and a view of the valley. The room with a double bed overlooks the valley, the one with 3 single beds has a view of the garden. A crib can be added (changing table and high chair are also available). A romantic country house, deep in the green Toscana hills, few kilometres from Lucca. A fresh organic breakfast tasted in a wide, quiet, private garden, while enjoying the scenery of the Pizzorne mountain woods. Feeling the warm typical Toscana “cotto” tiles inside, preparing a “fiorentina” steak in the barbecue outside and relaxing on the beach chairs after a solar shower and swimming in the wide pool.

The accommodation is on the second floor of a 17th-century manor house, within a private park, with parking spaces, shared entrance. Pleasant stay for those who want to visit Lucca, Pistoia, Versilia, Florence, Pisa and Liguria, convenient destinations to reach since the A11 highway exit is 500 meters away.
