House vacation rentals in Fort Walton Beach

Wow - this house is amazing. It exceeded all expectations we had when bringing our party of 6 adults and 4 kids. Not only is the house itself absolutely beautiful, it is insanely close to a really nice beach. We were able to spend a bit of time at the beach and walk back to the house for some pool time. The house was decked out with anything we needed. The kitchen is fully stocked - down to a waffle maker and an air fryer! You don’t need to bring a THING! The pool and outdoor space was so beautiful, and my son spent many mornings “hunting” for lizards. The pool was perfect with a shallow end for the kiddos, and plenty big enough for all of us to be in at one time. Thank you for a fabulous stay in Destin. This house made our visit so easy and beautiful. We will be back!!

We had a great time with our large group of ladies. Bobby was great at responding and recommended local amenities to us. The place was as the pictures described. Very clean!

We enjoyed our family vacation here and would recommend to everyone! The location was on point close to all the needs including shopping malls and all. Super close to the beach as well and the private beach area was a super plus! The back yard was to die for and we spent many hours enjoying the pool , grill , and fire pit! Parking was plenty for three cars. We had a family of ten and there was plenty of space! Everything we needed for cooking was present in the home! Any questions I had Brian was a quick response away. Will definitely be staying here in the future trips when we have a smaller group. If only Brian had a place for 20 people we would definitely rent from him! The whole area was beautiful and very family oriented! We loved it can’t say that enough ! The beach is mine and my family’s happy place and home away from home. U definitely felt at home here! ❤️❤️

We had a great stay! The hostess Nichole, was incredibly kind, responsive, and very accommodating, which made everything so much smoother. The location is fantastic—close to lots of attractions but tucked away off the main strip, which gave it a more peaceful feel. The pool in the backyard was a nice bonus, and my kids absolutely loved the bunk beds! I really appreciated that the beds and pillows had protective covers—such a thoughtful and reassuring touch. The provided wagon made beach trips much easier with kids and gear, and both beach options nearby were beautiful. There are uncovered transom-style windows above the main ones—so if you’re sensitive to light in the mornings, an eye mask could come in handy if you plan to sleep in. They are great for natural light of course. The home had the feel of a well-loved rental, but it was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a family. We would definitely stay again!

This was our first visit to the Destin area and Karen’s place was perfect. It is minutes to the popular Crab Island and that’s an experience you can’t miss! The home was huge and the boat dock fit 2 boats with lots of space. Pool was perfect to come back to after a day in the salt water. Loved the bikes for evening rides around the neighborhood. Neighbors are friendly and also offered some local tips. Parking was no issue with 2 trucks and boat trailers in driveway. Uber is available and publix delivery was great upon arrival. 10/10 would recommend and stay again when in the area.

We had a great stay in Destin! The house was clean and had everything we needed for a great beach vacation. The pool and back deck was a great place to enjoy coffee in the morning and dinner in the evening. Patrick was super responsive whenever I needed to contact him. The only negative was that the house is on a busy corner and with it comes a bit of street noise. I was pleasantly surprised however, that everyone slept great all 5 nights of our stay. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was nice and quiet, but still close to restaurants, shops, and other activities. It felt like a peaceful getaway without being too far from anything. The pool was perfect for relaxing, and the short walk to the ocean was a big bonus. The home was very family-friendly and dog-friendly, which made things easy for us. Highly recommend this stay for families, pet owners, or anyone looking for a relaxing coastal getaway with easy access to everything you need.

I’d definitely be back. Every Easter I go to Destin to the beach and the weather is always amazing. The hot tub, and pool are definitely worth it.

We really enjoyed our stay! Quiet neighborhood and dog friendly! The drive to Pensacola Beach and Pensacola was roughly a 25min drive or 35min with lots of traffic but it was a very easy drive. Dave's Oyster bar was only 10min away and the food was great!

We loved our stay at Gigi's getaway the communication was outstanding the cleanliness was amazing. We were here for a week for world series and wanted a home feeling. This was the perfect place and the location was close to everything .The hot tub was great ending to the evenings very clean. We debated on a condo or home and so glad we chose this home. Thank you Zach and Paola we would definitely book again, so if your looking I promise you want be disappointed !!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at John’s place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The bed was super comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking meals. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet, but still close to everything I wanted to see and do. John was incredibly friendly and responsive, offering great local tips and making check-in a breeze. It truly felt like a home away from home. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, welcoming place to stay.

We are Louisiana residents visiting Fort Walton beach for the first time, and Jennifers place made it easy for us. The house is minutes away from the beach and the gulfarium which we enjoyed so much. I have zero complaints , i loved everything about this house & it's amenities. The house has everything you need! Would book again and again and again. Thanks Jennifer.

My family of 7 enjoyed our stay at the property. This was our second year in a row to vacation here. The house is beautiful and in a great location. It was easily handicap accessible which was super important to us. We hope to stay again next year!

The house is beautiful. The beach is a 10ish minute walk away, and the pool is less than 5. The beach shuttle service is one employee in a sprinter van you can call for a pick up- very friendly and convenient.

Even though this is a drive to the beach, this home makes up for it tenfold. There was a plethora of items to make the stay enjoyable. Extra spices, toiletries, all the amenities. I have never seen a home where the host thought of it all! Well done!

This home was absolutely beautiful! We have 8 kids and it was perfect for them. They honestly never had a moment of being “bored” while we were in the home! It was so cozy and felt like a home to us for the week! It’s in a perfect location! Matt and Sarah were amazing hosts, very responsive, helpful with recommendations and very friendly! This was our second year booking with them!

This place was a game changer for us. We go to Destin at least 3 times a year however we’ve never stayed in a home “ right on the beach.” It was really nice to not have to bring anything to the beach rather just walk a few steps back to condo for water, lunch or whatever. If you can’t sleep with out a fan like me, there were box fans in every closet. The only advice I have with the condo is book far in advance. It’s very popular.

We had the best time possible loved everything about the place. Didn't want to leave. Makes you wanna move in permanently. Very homely which takes all the stress away. Wouldn't go with anywhere else on next trip hopefully soon!

This place was absolutely gorgeous! The pictures do not do it justice. As soon as you walk in and see outside the big windows, you have an absolutely gorgeous view of the bay. Kenny was very responsive and helpful with everything we needed and was very good at letting us know when people were coming by to clean the pool and pick up the yard. We saw dolphins every morning, caught all kinds of different fish (with fishing poles that were already at the house), walked across the street to the DG for any additional supplies we needed. It was such a good time! We could not have asked for a better family vacation. The neighborhood was quiet and the place was family oriented. I cannot say enough good things about this place and host. Perfect!

Kristen was a very responsive host! The house was well equipped with everything that we needed. She threw in a lot of extras- beach toys, golf cart, etc. The house was full of amenities. It’s a quick, easy walk to the beach. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Also enjoyed grilling on the patio. The house is 3 levels. The master suite is on the 3rd floor so this house is best for people that can handle going up and down a lot of stairs. The community is clean and super quiet. We had a great vacation!
