Apartment vacation rentals in Fort Walton Beach

My friend and I spent two nights here as a little mini beach trip and the connivence is well worth every penny. We were right by the water and the sand was so clean and white. Beautiful ocean view and a (surprisingly) quiet condo for us going on a holiday weekend! The condo location is right in between TONS of places to visit, dine and explore. We had an amazing time and would definitely stay here again in the future!

This was the perfect place to stay for our family of 4. So close to the beach and easy-access to the pool. We can’t get over how awesome the location is. They have everything you need to have a great beach vacation!

The stay here was exactly what we expected! Clean and neat! Farah was a great host and had quick responses to anything I needed! I will definitely book with you again in the future!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Perfect Stay! We had an absolutely amazing time at this adorable apartment! From the moment we arrived, everything was just as described—clean, cozy, and full of charm. The space was thoughtfully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The communication with Sandra was so easy and she responded to our needs immediately! The swimming pool was clean and refreshing, perfect for cooling off after a day in the sun. And the fishing dock was a total bonus! We enjoyed quiet evenings casting a line and taking in the beautiful views. The host was communicative and welcoming, making check-in and check-out super easy. You can tell they put a lot of care into making sure guests feel at home. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with a great mix of fun outdoor activities and cozy comfort.

What a beautiful place to spend my vacation. Eric was wonderful and came right over when I couldn’t figure out the tv. You can tell he is the kind of guy who would do anything for anyone. The home is exceptionally beautiful and clean, and well stocked. We will be returning, God Willing.

The condo was adorable and perfect size for 4 ladies. The view was wonderful and quick walk to the beach. Had everything we needed. Fabulous trip. We will be back!

James place is one of our favorites. Can't beat the location and the hosts are wonderful. Always so accommodating to our family and our pups. We will always come back here!

Everything was exactly as described. We very much enjoyed the peaceful location. Having coffee on the balcony overlooking the peaceful bay while watching for dolphins was a highlight each morning. The public beach on the Gulf was just across the road and had a pristine beach and outstanding facilities. There is so much in the area to see, eat and do. Would highly recommend having a car. We will definitely recommend Brittney’s place and hope to return someday.

The condo is in the BEST location. Directly across the street from the beach and right in front of the pool. There's tons of great restaurants and attractions nearby. While the binder inside the condo has a calendar of events from 2024, it still provided great info for local amenities. We will definitely book our stay here again next time we are in Destin.

The condo views was incredible and had plenty of room. The freezer was broken so was a little frustrating and the bathroom shower in the main could have been cleaner do to it looked like some mildew but all and all the place was great, the walk to the beach was short, the sand and water was just like the caribbean. The balcony was large and very nice. I would definitley stay there again.

WOW!! This place is stunning!! The PERFECT beach condo!! The condo is gated which helped us worry less about our vehicle in the lot, the attendant made laps thru the day and night. Room check in was easy. The communication between the host was top notch!! Response with in seconds, checked on us, and gave local recommendations. The condo was extremely clean. And had cleaning caddys available which I loved bc Im a lil OCD. Decor and furniture was timeless (felt like a was in Z gallery beach edition) The host thought of everything and then some! The location was perfect. A beautifully furnished patio with a view of the beach. The fellas working the chairs and umbrellas were kind and so helpful. Would stay here again! 10 out of 10!!

This is our second year in a row staying in 612! We’ll never stay in another condo! The room is perfect for our family. Very clean. Easy walk to the beach. Beautiful location. Host is friendly and very helpful !!

The communication from start to finish was top notch! The place was great, great view and felt very open inside! It had everything we needed. We loved the pool area and the beach was beautiful! Wonderful experience!

Excellent place to stay with walking distance to the beach. It was clean, and had all the essentials. It was a very relaxing vacation!

Overall, our stay was great. The majority of the property was booked all weekend. Little different staying in a location with multiple renters, much like a bed and brekkie. I enjoyed our space - we weren’t around much but you can hear very clearly your neighbors since it’s only a door that separates you. Quiet time is 10 and everyone followed that which was good. We enjoyed the dock the most. I sat for hours and watched dolphins play right in front of me. The dock needs some work with the sun getting to it but pretty typical in Florida. The grounds were kept clean and nice. Crystal was our co-host and she was amazing. Responsive and communicative - we were even able to check in a liter early. Bed on our side of the manor is pretty soft, so it was the couch for me as it’s more firm. I’d stay again but maybe in the guesthouse where it’s more quiet as that’s my preference. Parking can be tricky so be prepared. Three boat trailers while we stayed but I had my own space. Enjoyed it!

Perfect for a trip to the beach. Kitchen had all the basics; a quick trip to the grocery store and we were able to eat “at home”. Beds were great for the kids, having a separate bedroom for the adults was great. Host was very responsive!!

I was hesitant booking this place but Natalie reassured me that it met all my needs and it did. The sunsets off the balcony are absolutely breathtaking. It’s an elevator ride and steps to the beach. It’s a perfect spot for a little family get away. The beach is not crowded. We never made it to the pool but it was nice. We felt right at home. We highly recommend 604A!!

This place was just what we needed it was very welcoming, relaxing, and in good spot! The relaxation of the water hitting the little shore next to building! Where there was a couple of sitting places very enjoyable! I would recommend Marks place for anyone who wants to just relax and unwind! I give this place a 10 out 10 and Mark was very nice and responsive to our needs!

we absolutely loved the place despite any issues, the place is near many restaurants and outings also close to the beach, a perfect get away for the price you pay! I would love to come back in the near future, their responses were incredible and timely.

Our stay went great! Vacasa reached out multiple times in the days leading up to our stay and provided clear instructions. It was nice and easy to find our room and get inside and it was very clean when we got there. The pool area and marina were very nice and we enjoyed walking around and hanging out down there. This rental is not super far from some great restaurants and there’s definitely a lot to do in the area. We had some loud neighbors, but that’s not on the host and overall that really was our only issue. Definitely would recommend!

Beautiful unit on 4th floor - Overlooks pool area & enjoyed the large patio to relax and have meals. Our family of 4 utilized the bunkbeds for our kiddos and they slept great! Onsite accommodations are everything you would need and more. Heated upper pool/kiddy area. Large pool on lower deck with lazy river. Best part being only steps from the Gulf! We enjoyed our week playing in the sand, swimming and walking down to the Pier and Boardwalk daily. Plenty of food options, gift shops, outdoor park, Gulfarium & nature at the Woman’s Veteran Park- all within walking distance! We had a wonderful vacation at Waterscape on Okaloosa Island! Thanks

Very clean space, it was perfect for my boyfriend and I, and roomier than we expected. Will definitely stay here again if we get the chance! And Gary was super nice and helpful. Make sure to check out the host guidebook because it has some great recommendations!
