Un posto fantastico. A neanche mezz'ora da Sperlonga e 15 minuti Gaeta. Un terrazzo da favola, circondato da ulivi e fichi d'india. In casa non manca nulla, puoi andare solo con gli abiti che indossi perché c'è davvero tutto. Nulla da dire sulla reattività, sulla cortesia, sulla pulizia , sulla precisione, sulla serietà. Persone squisite. Lo consiglio!

Carlo ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Das Haus ist wunderbar gelegen mit einer fantastischen Terrasse. Ausgestattet mit mehreren Sonnenschirmen, Liegen, Esstisch und einem Relaxsofa kann man den ganzen Tag den wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer und die rundum entspannte Atmosphäre genießen. Im sehr liebevoll eingerichteten Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man für erholsame Urlaubstage braucht. Die Zufahrt ist genau so, wie Carlo es beschreibt: Je kleiner das Auto, desto entspannter das Ankommen :)

La maison d’Ivo offre un point de vue unique sur la baie et est très bien située pour un accès rapide aux plages et à la ville. Son accès se mérite: on y accède par une ruelle extrêmement étroite bordée de murs. Vive la Fiat 500!

Non ci sono parole per descrivere la bellezza e la pace che si respira in questa meravigliosa casa immersa nel verde degli oliveti itrani. Il nostro soggiorno è stato impeccabile e ha superato ogni aspettativa. Tutto è curato al dettaglio dall'host Ascanio, persona squisita e sempre disponibile, che ha addirittura redatto una guida ai luoghi e attività di interesse della zona. Ci siamo sentiti a casa e super coccolati, in un ambiente pulito, confortevole ma soprattutto silenzioso. Davvero consigliatissimo!

Edda's house is located in the mountains, away from any busy roads. Nearby is a historic hilltop village with narrow roads, best to drive there (or walk upo the hill) and then explore by foot. There is a bustling local community and I recommend the "Mozzarella Store" at the nearby cross-road, which apart from the local cheese also sells excellent bread, pizzas and ham. The house is large and has 3 big bedrooms and Edda and her husband have been excellent hosts throughout our stay.

Notre séjour dans cette très belle maison de famille a été particulièrement très agréable . La situation de cette location offre une très belle vue sur la baie de Formia/Gaeta. Le beau et grand jardin aux couleurs méditerranéennes , la piscine, le calme de cet endroit permettent de bien se détendre. La gastronomie de la cuisine italienne est à l’honneur dans les villes proches et les visites de Naples, Pompéi… complètent ces vacances italiennes. Sans oublier l’accueil très chaleureux de Loredana toujours prête à rendre service.

Sono stata nella splendida villa dalu situata tra le colline di itri a pochi minuti da sperlonga e gaeta. La villa è dotata di tutti i confort dal barbecue immerso nel vigneto ad una splendida piscina. Dotata di solarium, cassa wi-fi, tavolo da ping pong e altri confort, la villa è completamente climatizzata con un maxi schermo nella zona giorno e tv nelle zone notte, tutto è studiato nei minimi particolari. Come i letti con il topper comodissimi in cui ho dormito benissimo, la doccia idro è favolosa e in cucina non manca niente c’era anche la friggitrice ad aria, mi sono completamente rilassata, grazie villa dalu ci rivedremo molto presto ❤️

Perfekt for oss midt i gamlebyen med en fantastisk helt usjenert takterrasse med 365 grader utsikt over byen og havet. Topp koselig leilighet med alt vi hadde behov for,- flott innredet med stue og et stort soverom og en koselig kontorplass. I tillegg til et bra kjøkken med alt vi hadde behov for. Midt i sentrum av gamlebyen med torg og flere restauranter i nærheten og en liten nærbutikk rundt hjørnet med ferske brød og alt vi trengte. Pulserende Italiensk liv. Så at noen i sin kommentar antydet støy fra restaurant på bakkeplan. Litt høylytt Italiensk på lørdag men for oss var det bare sjarmerende og det er bare å lukke vinduet så unngår man støyen. Så også i en kommentar at det manglet brannvarsler i leiligheten. Det stemmer ikke,- brannvarsler er montert. Oppsummering fra oss,- perfekt!

Wat een fijn huis! Ondanks dat wij er voor een sterfgeval waren, hebben wij echt een thuisgevoel gehad. Mooie, rustige en schone woning. De communicatie was erg goed. Wij komen zeer zeker snel terug! Een mooie plek gevonden om vaker terug te keren in mijn vaderland. Bedankt voor alles.

Check-In problemlos. Die Villa ist in natura noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Traumhafte Ausblicke, allerdings ist im Oktober die Sonne gegen 16 Uhr weg. Das Meer ist nah, die Rampe steil, der Rückweg hat es in sich, Kardiotraining. Bis zur komplett touristischen Altstadt ist es nur eine Treppe hoch, trotzdem liegt das Haus sehr ruhig. Einkaufen am besten „ downtown“, da gibt es große Märkte, gute Fischläden und herzliche Dolcerias. Lediglich die Küche ist etwas nüchtern eingerichtet, aber eigentlich war alles da. Die überdachte Lounge ist sehr geschmacksvoll, das Mobiliar, Betten etc. hochwertig.. Wir (7) würden die Villa wieder buchen!

Edmondo is a great host, willing to help at any time, easy to communicate with. The apartment location is great, right in the middle of beautiful 'centro storico' in Terracina, it's air conditioned (main bedroom and living room/kitchen area). It's also equipped with everything you need. We stayed for 6 nights and wish to stay longer😊 Thank you Edmondo.

The four of us stayed at Giovanni’s apartment for 5 days. The apartment is very comfortable. Two rooms, two bathrooms and a roomy kitchen/living room space. It takes three minutes to reach the beach, which we did every day. The center of the city is 5 minutes away which is very convenient. Giovanni and his spouse are very kind and provided us with useful tips about what we could do in the area which we followed. They also took the time to talk about life in general which we found really enjoyable. We felt at home right away and would go back anytime.

Gianluca was incredibly responsive and had a lovely home. His mother greeted us for check in and was incredibly sweet. She even helped us by offering to call ahead to a local restaurant before we went. Their home provided a great opportunity for my wife and I to see where my family originated from. The home had incredible views of the castle and mountains. We had a fantastic stay at the Airbnb and in Itri.

Ho scelto Villa Limonaia per accogliere alcuni amici in visita da Parigi, e posso dire con certezza che è stata la scelta perfetta: la villa rispecchia le foto, immersa nella natura, silenziosa, con il canto degli uccelli e un piccolo orto che aggiunge un tocco autentico. Gli interni in pietra sono curati e accoglienti. Ogni mattina ci svegliavamo circondati solo dai suoni della natura, senza rumori o disturbi. L’host è stato gentilissimo, sempre disponibile e reattivo. Tutti i miei amici sono rimasti entusiasti dell’esperienza, e siamo ripartiti con il cuore pieno di gratitudine per i giorni trascorsi in questo luogo magico. Un luogo che rigenera, perfetto per chi cerca pace, bellezza e autenticità. This was the best airbnb experience I have had in a very long time. My partner and I stayed here for two nights and had an absolutely perfect time. Sandra is the most lovely host imaginable: she was attentive, thoughtful, generous, and kind. She gave us excellent local recommendations, left a welcome drink for us, and gave us fresh eggs for our breakfast. The space itself is truly wonderful: clean, comfortable, and well designed with everything you could need to feel relaxed and even spoiled. You can just feel the amount of care put into the space while you're there. The area is peaceful and convenient: there's a grocery store nearby and plenty of good restaurants and fantastic beaches are just a short drive away. We're hoping to be back to stay at this gem as soon as possible!

Donatella’s house was a beautiful & serene place to spend several days while visiting Gaeta & its nearby beaches. It has comfortable sunny sitting areas, one with picture postcard views of the sea, the other in a lush garden. The house is comfortable & nicely laid out with bedrooms away from the kitchen/sitting area. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking though we mostly walked into town & brought food in to dine on the lovely terrace. We did not have a car, but it was a quick (10 min.) & easy walk to a beautiful beach (but for a small stretch of highway that is not for the faint of heart – or children). Also relatively easy walking into the town of Gaeta once you clear a small stretch of busy highway (which I would not walk after dark due to cars and visibility on the winding stretch of road). If you are unable to walk hills and some distance, we would recommend renting a car for the most flexibility. We enjoyed a thoroughly pleasant and relaxing experience and would return.

Il nostro soggiorno nell’Airbnb di Francesca è stato meraviglioso. Francesca tratta i suoi ospiti come familiari, e l’Airbnb è pulito, tranquillo e comodo. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Siamo arrivati nel posto che ci aspettavamo: Tranquillo e dotato di tutto ciò che ti può servire, le foto non rendono giustizia alla stupenda natura che circonda questa casa. Certamente non è un posto adatto a chi si aspetta di trovare l’albergo a cinque stelle, ma sicuramente adatto a chi ama la quiete e la natura Sandro è stato molto gentile e attento a tutte le nostre necessità, dimostrandosi da subito accogliente e disponibile. Consigliato sicuramente a chi ama vivere la natura, e con l’auto in poco tempo, si può raggiungere un mare fantastico!

La casa è molto carina ed è in parco privato , ho trovato nella casa tutto quello di cui avevo bisogno. La cosa più bella è la posizione a pochi metri dalla spiaggia, sono addirittura previsti due sdraio con ombrellone, fantastico !! Alla fine del parco privato , puoi trovare un negozio di alimentari e tabaccaio , potresti anche non prendere più la macchina , hai tutto quello che ti serve , pieno relax ! A presto Elisabetta

fantastic stay with Amelia and Giannini at their wonderful house. easy commute to Rome via the train lines at Fossonova arounf 15 minute drive down the hill. Maenza is a traditional Italian village with a real community feel. would definetely stay here again if I visit.
