Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich – in dieser ruhigen, stilvollen Unterkunft. Das Haus, gebaut in 1898 und 2023 von uns liebevoll restauriert, liegt ruhig und mitten in einer ländlichen Umgebung. Es erwarten Dich Rad- und Wanderwege, Alpinsport, aber auch Kulturschätze wie Schloss Neuschwanstein oder die Wieskirche in der Nähe. Abends dann gemütlich bei einem Glas Wein an einem der (3) offenen Kamine ausklingen lassen oder bayerische Spezialitäten genießen in einem der umliegenden Gasthäuser.

Die dazugehörigen Holzferienhäuser wurden nach moderner, baubiologischer Art erstellt und strahlen eine große Gemütlichkeit aus. Die absolute Entspannung bietetet unser Wellnessdörfle. Large open plan living space with fire and lanscaped garden. 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms. Fantastic location, stunning views. Walkable distance to a mountain lake where you can swim. 5 mins to horse riding and 5 mins to restaurants and the Klanghaus . Amazing location for both winter ski and summer walks. 5 mins from the famous Klangweg sound walk.

Corona free and well disinfected! Enjoy a peaceful stay in our idyllic house with large garden, trampoline, outside sauna & private lake, 20km south of Munich. The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!
