Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Gaststätten und ein Supermarkt sind fußläufig innerhalb von 5 Min. zu erreichen. Seen sind bequem mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Our vacation home is a spacious, light-flooded, detached architectural house with a large roof terrace and a purist garden on a hillside. The roof terrace offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Alps and the Zugspitze. Our house offers you a fully equipped open-space kitchen. For relaxation, an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub are available for free use. The house is climate-friendly with PV system, battery storage and air heat pump.

Enjoy a few nice days in our panoramic suite with balcony on the first floor directly on the shore of Lake Forggen with unique views of the lake, the Allgäu mountains and the royal castles. The bedroom is a separate room. In the living area there is also a sofa bed which can be pulled out and thus offers space for 2 more guests (only for an extra charge). Playground and playroom available in the hotel. Animals are not allowed.

Experience the Riviera of the Allgäu in this modern apartment with mountain views. The accommodation is very quiet and within walking distance of Lake Hopfen. In the morning you can enjoy your coffee on the terrace with mountain views. From the house you can start several small hikes (e.g. to the castle ruins or to the Faulensee), otherwise you can of course also get to the mountains quickly.
