Nearby: lake, beach, shopping center, inn, beer garden, beautiful bike paths. From the train station (2 km): Train to Munich; Train for mountain hiking and skiing to Garmisch, Mittenwald, Oberammergau.

Corona free and well disinfected! Enjoy a peaceful stay in our idyllic house with large garden, trampoline, outside sauna & private lake, 20km south of Munich. The wooden vacation home is located on a 600 m² and lovingly designed property with plenty of space to relax and unwind for up to 6 people. Two terraces with awnings and cozy seating invite you to sunbathe or eat together. The highlights of the garden are a Jacuzzi with wood burning, a fire bowl and the rustic seating area in the countryside. The property has partial lake views - the swimming lake is about 3 minutes on foot.

Vacation home on the edge of a vacation home area. About 1 km from the nearest village of Sulzdorf. The Reuthsee is the largest natural lake in Lower Franconia (about 17 hectares) and is only about 100 meters away as the crow flies. Pure nature. Core removed by 2017 according to KfW standard and completely renovated with a lot of love for detail. Previously used as a weekend house and home office. We are new to Airbnb :) .
