In 15 minutes on foot you will be at the Alpsee and the ascent to the castles. Many beautiful hikes/ cycling tours start with us. Schwangau is 2.6 km, Füssen 4.2 km.

The apartment is set back in the courtyard/garden or on the Lech and completely on the 2nd floor. The cozy Füssen Old Town with numerous restaurants and cafes is about a 15 minutes. Lake Forggensee and the Festspielhaus are a 10-minute walk away (distance a good 500 m). Biking, hiking and cross-country trails are very close and invite you to explore nature.

Die Schlösser Hohenschwangau und Neuschwanstein sind 4 km entfernt und sehr leicht erreichbar. Die Umgebung bietet Freizeitspass ohne Ende das gesamte Jahr über.

The villa was completely renovated in 2015. The villa is in the heart of Füssen, just a stone´s throw from the old town and Füssen´s main station.
