This place was absolute perfection. The house is adorable, well decorated, comfortable, fabulous kitchen and comfortable beds. Plus coffee was there for us and a generous amount of cooking basics. We had 2 kids with us who loved roaming around the yard and the private location meant they could be as loud as they wanted while playing in the pool. The lounge chairs on the deck were perfect spot for morning coffee, afternoon cocktails and nighttime tea before bed. There were a few cuddly blankets that were great for the chilly mornings. The neighboring cows were talkative and there were a few roosters nearby and some coyotes at night - it felt like we were really in the country but also so close to charming Healdsburg. We are already planning our return trip!

We had a wonderful experience having a small family reunion here. We had two older adults who use walkers and a baby, so I wanted to make sure that the house could accommodate all of us. Place was perfect for this with 3 bedrooms on the first floor, and only a couple steps to manage into the front door. Robin and other hosts were really helpful in answering all of my questions prior to the booking (and after). Loved the pool, hot tub and gazebo sitting area. Used the grill for family dinners. Will treasure our memories here!

This Airbnb was AMAZING!!! My friends and i absolutely loved staying here. The location was great for the wineries we went to which were sterling vineyard and Caymus. The only downfall was the pool rules and hours, also no microwave in the home. Either way i would definitely book this airbnb again!

Jenny's place was perfect for our girls trip! The large living space, pool and hot tub were a definite plus for our purpose. The beds were amazing and the house was fully stocked with all necessary items. Jenny was very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again for a nice weekend getaway from the Bay Area.

Andrew’s house is spectacular. We had such a great time and there was so much space for everyone. The kids loved the pool and we watched the Warriors games in the pool house. The property landscaping was beautiful also. Andrew was a great communicator. I would highly recommend his place for a great getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Happy House! The pool was large and fantastic, perfect for relaxing. The kitchen was beautiful and very well stocked with everything we needed. The house was spotless, and the neighborhood felt quiet and safe. Both the garden and front yard were lovely, and the pool area was especially private thanks to the high fence. Brook was incredibly friendly, always checked in to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay, and promptly answered all our questions. She was very helpful throughout our visit. Highly recommend!

My sister and I stayed at Tree Fort for a week in June in order to decompress and relax. The house was PERFECT!! Highlights...smart home, extremely peaceful surroundings, responsive Host, lots of spaces inside and outside of the house to chill and relax, and connect with whoever you're traveling with....plenty of sleeping spaces -- even 1 with a private entrance, thoughful and lovely landscaping and lighting around the house, LOTS of natural light, nifty dish washer. It felt like every aspect or feature of the house was well thought out and intentional. We would DEFINITELY stay there again and will recommend it to friends and family. The only MINOR downside is the narrow road you take to reach the house. It might be a bit unnerving for some but my sister drives a small car and we were fine. Other guests mentioned rooster crowing in the morning and some barking dogs. I heard it a couple of the days but it didnt disturb my peace in any way and my sister didnt hear it at all.

My family thoroughly enjoyed spending a long weekend at Cynthia’s house. It was comfortable for my family. We played a couple of rounds of pool. The early risers hung out in the converted garage in order to talk and not worry about disturbing the others.

Kim's place was serene. The main living area looks into the backyard with lush bamboo and trees. The jacuzzi is tucked away from view of the house and itself is nestled under the canopy of trees. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and plates. Everything you need to make a meal (bring your own food). A grocery store is a 5 minute drive into Forrestville. We loved it.

Kara's place was great for our family of 3 for a weekend getaway. It had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen and lots of toys for our toddler. She loved it. The kitchen had all the amenities you would need including coffee and cooking supplies. The backyard was very nice and peaceful with comfortable sitting chairs and very nice grass. We spent a lot of time in the backyard. The house was very clean and neat and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and we slept great. The street was a little noisy at night since it's on a corner with cars and trucks driving by, but it wasn't too bad. We had a sound machine which helped. The area is central to a lot of things - Downtown Santa Rosa is a few minutes away, Sebastapol is close by and Bodega Bay is about a 30 minute drive. I grew up visiting Santa Rosa all my life so I am familiar with the area, so it was very nice to be close to everything I love around there. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay again!

Definitely highlight of our trip. The place sits on top of a small hill. With the open deck, you got a nice view of the surrounding mountains. Overall, five star place. Place is clean, has all the household supplies we needed. Big kitchen. The dates we visited are very hot. It’s nice there are ACs in each room and you can set the temp per room.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay in this utterly charming and perfectly outfitted house high up on a hill. It is perfect for hanging out and doing nothing or taking advantage of all the great things surrounding it from Armstrong Redwoods State Natural Reserve to multiple wineries to the Charles Schulz Museum in nearby Santa Rosa. As an avid cook, I was impressed with how the kitchen was set up and outfitted. It truly is one of the best kitchens I have ever cooked in. Nearby Speers Market is perfectly adequate, but if this great kitchen inspires you to want to make a meal to match, head to Oliver’s Market in Santa Rosa for some premium groceries.

We enjoyed our stay at Ruby's place. Nature surrounded us with birds and fauna, including a fawn. The house and patio was clean and perfect for our family. Thank you!

Ideal spot for a family get together. Lots of space, a fenced in yard, just far enough away from the center of Healdsburg to enjoy a relaxing stay. Cindy's place is ready for you: kitchen is fully equipped, lots of towels, comfy beds, great design. Sometimes hosts find just the right camera angle to make a place look bigger and better than it truly is. Not this one - it's just as good as the photos and possibly even a little better.

This home was absolutely adorable and felt so comfortable from the moment we arrived. Huge shoutout to the housekeeper, Veronica, the place was immaculate! Not a speck of dust anywhere; it was cleaned to perfection. The hot tub was perfectly heated when we arrived and stayed that way every time we used it! such a relaxing bonus. The house is located on a semi-busy street, but the noise is only noticeable if you're out on the deck, in the hot tub, or in the front bedroom. nothing that disrupted our stay, just good to know. Location is super convenient; Speer Market is just a few minutes away and has everything you could possibly need. We had a small hiccup with the propane fire pit, but it was addressed quickly and professionally. Loved having access to a washer and dryer (located underneath the house), and parking was super easy. You're only about 10 minutes from downtown Guerneville and just 3 minutes from the river, such a great spot for a relaxing getaway!

This is the cutest house. We loved our stay and would love to come again. The place was tastefully decorated and had all the amenities. The garden and landscaping were lovely. We loved visiting!

I stayed here for one night , it was exactly what I want in an AirBnB. Glenn was a very respectful and responsive host who provided clear instructions and clearly cares about creating the best experience for his guests. Excellent property with all amenities (laundry, utensils, AC, dishwasher, cleaning supplies). Overall, I cannot recommend this listing enough.

This beautiful house far surpassed my expectations. The gorgeous deck, with sun speckling through the trees, was an easy favorite. What surprised me was the exceptional style and small accents throughout the house. It was absolutely pristine yet livable with tiny eclectic pieces that made it feel like home. Plenty of fresh, clean linens and towels. Little eye masks by each bed. Fully equipped and thoughtful kitchen. I loved it all. We had a mellow girl's weekend (okay, tired moms) and this space was perfect for reading books and long talks. I'm eager to come back and bring my family! It's a perfect quiet retreat AND it also beckons family time. Loved it.

One of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in, hands down! The property was gorgeous and felt extremely private, and the house itself was beautiful, clean, and well cared-for. Sometimes you can tell hosts put the bare minimum effort into a place they’re renting out - this was a welcome contrast to that and felt like a loved home. The location is close to lots to do, and while not super walkable (it’s off of a busy road), we managed a few stroller walks with our baby. Emily was a helpful and communicative host. Would absolutely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay! The grounds are stunningly beautiful, the pictures do not do it justice. The house was super clean, beds were comfortable, and kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the hot tub and the putting green. Short drive to Mom's Beach where there is public parking and beach access to the river. We really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay again!

Beautiful!!! Tucked into the woods, comfy, checked all the boxes. Easy drive into Guernville, Armstrong Woods, & Korbel Winery. If it’s your first time in the area I would recommend a smaller vehicle, the road is one lane, winding and narrow. Also, we forgot about the spiral staircase to the bedrooms upstairs. A bit of a challenge for larger luggage or anyone with physical limitations. Great rental- would rent again.

This is a wonderful lodging. It is spacious enough for 7 people, it is beautiful, clean, and surrounded by beautiful vineyards. The master bathroom was glorious!! I wish I could have stayed longer, but sadly vacation time is over and I have to go back to work. It was far enough located on the outskirts of town that you felt peaceful and not disturbed by anyone, but close enough to go very quickly into town to hang out at The Barlow or go to any local restaurant or grocery store. Also, there are wine tasting rooms within a 10 minute drive from the house. If you have a car, it is a convenient location. The hosts always responded quickly to questions and were always very professional and polite. This truly is a wonderful vacation spot and I highly recommend it.
