Quiet and stylish, the house is located in the middle of the Damüls-Mellau ski resort and the two ski resorts Faschina and Sonntag-Stein, perfect for the whole family or vacation with friends! The Walsertal is a popular meeting place in summer and is awarded as one of the most beautiful mountaineering villages in Austria with Buchboden and Lake Formarinsee near the Rote Wand!

Forage for mushrooms in the enchanting forest, ski till you drop, get covered in mud on the off-road bike trails, picnic on the summits and sunbathe or stargaze from your private garden. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.
