Margutta Exclusive Apartment by Romeloft

Great location, and the place has everything you need. The host is very responsive, friendly, and communicates well. Pranav was especially helpful throughout our entire stay. Our train was delayed by over an hour, but he adjusted to our schedule and even turned on the A/C and prepared everything in advance so we arrived in total comfort. Highly, highly, highly recommend this place to anyone!

RomeAsYouLike - Babuino Loft

You can’t beat this location or the beautiful private terrace, with views of the Vatican and Piazza del Popolo. This flat is an open studio loft, with many windows and natural light. Though it also has curtains for when you want a break from the sun. The air conditioning unit is very strong so you won’t get sweaty on those hot summer nights. The bathroom is a little rougher around the edges, with grates across the floor and a shower squeezed into the narrow space. Again, that terrace though. Worth it.

Green terrace with Views of Piazza del Popolo

HeidiRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We enjoyed staying here, the kitchen and bathroom are recently updated with new appliances and there was plenty of both dish soap, shampoo, body wash and both lotion. The bed was comfortable. We had a few questions and Celeste was quick to reply. We absolutely loved the 2 balconies especially the rooftop terrace was fantastic and we used it both morning, afternoon and evening. I would however recommend that you replace the dead plants and we would have loved some cushions in the lounge furniture and some light chains would have given the terrace an extra cozy feel. The aircon works nicely, we turned it on when going to bed and it cooled the room quickly. Ultimately we would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Rome it’s walking distance to almost everything and with many restaurants and shops practically on our doorstep. We booked a taxi pick up through Celeste, when leaving, super convenient and a fair price.

Artist's Residence

CherylRating, 5 stars2 days ago
Staying at Paolo’s place was truly a dream come true. I had saved photos of this magical spot while I was still in school, imagining the day I’d get to visit—and the real experience was even more beautiful than I had hoped. The space is absolutely filled with creativity. Paolo, a talented artist himself, has adorned the home with his own stunning paintings and other carefully curated art pieces. Every corner tells a story, and just walking through the rooms feels like stepping into a living gallery. The atmosphere is inspiring, peaceful, and deeply soulful. What made the stay even more special were Paolo’s warm, thoughtful touches. He had prepared chilled Coke, water, fresh grapes, and even a bottle of wine to welcome me—such a sweet and generous gesture that made me feel instantly at home. The entire space was spotless, cozy, and exactly like the photos (if not even better in person!). This wasn’t just a stay—it was an experience. A perfect blend of art, warmth, and comfort.
