Great stay in Margate. Amazing location and very comfortable house.

Lovely large house, spotless and 1 minute walk from the seafront. Absolutely perfect and would definately recommend.

Very nice stay at the coast with my old dog. The location of the accommodation was therefore ideal because everything was accessible on foot. The house is new, clean and well equipped. The rooms are well thought out, the layout is really great. You can go there without a second thought;-)

Really lovely house. Stayed here for a full family weekend away (6 adults 1 child) and house was exactly what we needed. Walkable to the beach and pubs/restaurants, and also super homely to have a night in

Sarah’s place was perfect for our weekend break in Margate. There is a bit of road noise at times but going in to that with our eyes open it was more than offset by the spacious property and great location for town and the beach

This is a nice little place within walking distance of sea front, restaurants, Co-op just round the corner, so very convenient. Parking space is a real bonus. We have a Renault Capture and that was no problem to park. A much larger car might not be so easy. We really liked how quiet it was at night. Netflix was another bonus. All in all happy :-)

Our second visit to Abigail’s Cottage, with its fun and quirky detail . We particularly love the cat picture with the hand paw , fabulous. Very well located and the cottage has everything you need . Thank you for having us .

Had a great long weekend stay. House had a lot of character and was in a great location. Easy check in and great communication with the hosts.

The location was perfect. Very walkable and they did an awesome job of giving us recommendations and local events that were happening in the area. Canterbury has our heart for sure now.

The house is very beautiful, clean and tastefully decorated. The terrace in the back is very nice. 5-minute walk to the beach. Close to Boulogne and its Cité de la Mer. We are delighted with our stay.

The accommodation is beautiful, well-equipped and very clean, Delphine and Nicolas are very friendly hosts, always have advice to give you and are very responsive. Feel free to rent this place, you won't be disappointed. ☺️

We had a fantastic weekend in Whitstable. A perfect home with loads of space. A nice change for no one to have the last pick of the rooms because they were all so lovely and 3 beautiful bathrooms . Some people have commented about the stairs (4 floors) but we didn’t find it a problem. At least we burnt off some calories from all the food we ate. Thank you. We will highly recommend to others.

Zanzibar is an amazing house. It has a great vibe about it and the location is just perfect 👌 The house has everything you need, including a very well stocked kitchen. We were a family of 16 and the space was ample. The town is within walking distance which gives you everything you need for a wonderful stay cation. Opposite the house under the promenade is a hatch that sells fabulous coffee! The host Max was on hand with every question and was there to greet us. Along with a delicious homemade Victoria sponge! Would highly recommend Max and Zanzibar. Thank you 😊

Very nice and comfortable house for a family vacation. The proximity to the beach is more than pleasant. Everything is designed to spend a nice vacation including games for bad days or family evenings. We had a great week.

We had an incredible time at this house for my 30th birthday, and the hosts were amazing in being in ok a surprise with my friends to give them early check in etc. A beautiful house in a great location and perfect for what we needed.

We had a super stay at Julie's home for our family gathering. Extremely comfortable and lots of small details that made everyone feel at home. Great location, everything within walking distance and Julie gave us lots of helpful tips and recommendations. Add to this comfy beds and a well stocked kitchen, what more could we ask, many thanks Julie !

Lovely short stay at Julian’s he had everything you would need for your time away. 2 lovely bathrooms an advantage, clean and tidy decor. Easy walk to shops cafes bars and restaurants. Couple of streets away from the main high street and a short walk from there to a pebble beach, sea food shacks and fisherman’s huts.

stayed for 3 nights as we travelled down from worcester to attend a family wedding. lovely location, restaurants right on the doorstep, lovely harbour to walk around . felt like home from home .

The summary: when can we move in?! Rob's place is divine, and looks even better than the photos. We absolutely loved the interiors, the comfort, and all the little touches (the hello board, the welcome basket, the typewritten message, the fan and lots of things to use, like coffee). We were also delighted by how kind and accommodating Rob was. He was very responsive, friendly and proactive in offering flexibility. The location is also brilliant, walkable to everything, and lots of greenery considering it is in the city. Lots of cafes and shops! The Canterbury Punting cafe which looks over the River is so close and a particular highlight (do a tour with them if you can too). Lots of birds out back during the day, and bats at dusk. The perfect place to rest, recuperate and head off for adventures (bus to Whitstable also good). I used to live in Canterbury while at Uni, but my partner didn't, so this stay gave me a new twist on things and him a lovely intro. Thanks Rob, must stay again!

We had a fantastic stay at Hannah's with 2 preschoolers. The home is beautiful and spacious and very well located. Hannah is an amazing host. she is so friendly and proactive and really helped us to make the most of our stay. We would love to come back.

We stayed with some friends and we had a lovely time. The house was so spacious that we felt very comfortable. It’s so well located, very close to Camber sands beach and Rye.

Lovely place with bags of character. Ideally located right on the beachfront only a short walk from the many nice bars & restaurants in the area. Mary-Jo was responsive and super helpful before & throughout our stay. Would gladly recommend.

Had a brilliant 2 day stay at this lovely house. The house was walkable to everything in Deal yet in a really quiet spot, it was perfect. Beds were comfy, kitchen well equipped and just felt like 'home'. You can tell that someone has lived here, it has a lot of character. Particularly loved all the toys and games which kept my kids endlessly amused. Recommend bringing a Firestick or Chromestick if you want to watch on demand TV as the TV isn't the newest. But, with so many games and books in the house maybe you don't need the TV? Thanks to Bev and Soph for a lovely stay.
