The modern 4.5-room apartment in the Walensee Resort with 100 square meters and 2 spacious balconies is located directly on Lake Walensee and is only 300 meters from the Flumserberg ski lift. The apartment has 3 bedrooms including a workstation for home office (monitor with USB-C & HDMI connections and cable/keyboard/mouse), 1 bathroom with bathtub and toilet, a separate shower, 1 guest toilet, and a cozily furnished living/dining room with 2 sofa beds, fireplace and an open kitchen.

Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

Living and dining room are combined with a cozy sofa and armchair including TV. The fireplace (only heated with) provides cozy warmth. Kitchen well equipped. Welcome in our lovely flat inside a 18th century Castle. We prepared our flat to offer you a romantic and unique stay in Flims.There is a Jacuzzi to relax yourself with bath salts after a long hike, or if you prefer you can walk 5 minutes to a very nice Spa. The supermarket is on the ground floor and all the bus stop is just 50 meter from the front door. We offer you a welcome breakfast, doing so from the beginning of your stay you will be stress-free.

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Our vacation home (Chalet Sagentobel) is old, but very cozy! The rushing stream and the infinite silence when it snows are truly special experiences in the chalet.
