Excellent apartment, nice starting point for skiing in the surrounding area. Very friendly host and all necessary amenities available.

Mijam and her husband are great hosts. The communication before and during the stay during great. The apartment and the view from the great terrace are a dream. The apartment is super modern and fully furnished. Short ways to great excursions. We were completely thrilled and will certainly come back again.

Super apartment we were three people, but with four the space would also be big enough. We went skiing in Ischgl, fifteen minutes by car and ample parking at the lifts, or I don't know it by public transport. Sabine is super friendly, we got immediate answers to questions. We were able to leave our belongings in the apartment on the last day and could change in the apartment in the afternoon. In summary, we will be happy to come back!

We had a top holiday partly because of the luxury apartment. Beds are good, rain shower was wonderful. Very nice that there are bath towels, towels and tea towels, hair dryer and a good coffee machine. A washing machine and dryer can also be used. The ski bus stops almost at the door. The welcome was very warm. We immediately booked the apartment for next year. It is highly recommended!

The apartment is super suitable for 4-5 people. There is everything you need and the location is simply great to get to the mountain quickly. Also, Arthur is a very nice host. We will be happy to come back :)

We had a perfect stay with the best service we could have wished for! We had a warm welcome and the appartement is even better, cleaner and bigger than on the pictures! Stefan is the most lovely host who lived his entire life in Fiss, so he can tell you a lot about the surroundings and he really made sure that we had the best time in every way possible. The appartement is very close to the slopes, restaurants and the bakery is in the same building. Would love to come back sometime!

I just wanted to snowboard and the price was very affordable. Edith was very nice and friendly, responsive to messages as I had a heard time finding a place with waze (I recommend google maps). A little bottle of sekt and waffles to welcome were very nice. Thank you so much for the hospitality!

The stay at Florian's was great and is highly recommended! The apartment is located right next to a supermarket and several restaurants. Florian had a lot of good tips for the area😊. We enjoyed the view from the balcony and the cozy bed should also be highlighted! Thanks Florian, we'll be back 😊

We were completely thrilled! The apartment is not only new and sparkling clean, but also incredibly stylish and cozy – a real home away from home. The mix of modern, clear lines and loving, cozy details impressed us very much. We immediately felt completely comfortable and would have preferred not to leave at all. Carmen as a host was also simply great – super warm, helpful and always available. The communication was quick and straightforward, and her tips on site were very helpful. Absolutely recommended – we will definitely be back!

The apartment is simply fantastic! The location is very idyllic, the apartment itself is equipped with high-quality materials and hiking is possible directly from the front door. Only the greeting could have been a little friendlier. Otherwise, I highly recommend this place.

I would give it 10 stars if I could. Ingrid and her husband are adorable, available and offer a bread delivery service. The accommodation is beautiful, simply decorated but with great taste. From the outside to the inside everything is beautiful, clean and smells good. The view of the mountains and river is splendid. If you are a lover of nature (splendid), hiking, calm, if you like to be able to fall asleep with the sound of the river and watch the sun rise and set over the mountain, Ingrid's house is for you. Thank you Ingrid, we'll be back next year!

Great small apartment with very easy access to the Oetz valley

Absolutely great place! Lots of beautiful scenery nearby and a lot of supermarkets. The place is clean and spacious and functioned for us as a central point to plan daytrips. Plenty of space for the car. Definitely recommended!

The apartment was furnished to a high standard, stylish and very well equipped – we really enjoyed cooking ourselves. The view from the kitchen and balcony was simply fantastic! The entire residential complex was well-maintained and quiet, the location central and safe. Everything you need was nearby: supermarkets, nice cafes within walking distance and many beautiful excursion destinations in the area. Check-in and check-out went smoothly, all instructions were clear, feedback came quickly. In short: We felt completely comfortable and would be very happy to come back. We spent great days at Juliet's apartment! The apartment is nice and clean and has everything you need! The location is quiet and idyllic. In Prutz itself had nothing open at the end of October, we had to drive about 15 minutes to the excursion destinations. Julia recommended us great hiking trails! Overall highly recommended 😊

We enjoyed the week at Moritz's place very much - right on the lake, equipped with plenty of space and everything super clean! Moritz was always easy to reach and provided us with great tips for the area. We would come back anytime!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. There was really everything we needed, from towels to the initial equipment for breakfast. Unfortunately, our time in Telfs was quite unpleasant. But after a rainy hike, the sauna and the pool did particularly well.

This is a wonderful place to stay, everything is as described, and we can't ask for a better host. We had a couple of requests during our stay, and he delivered immediately. We were grilling for a couple of days and eventually got out of gas, everything was closed as it was Sunday evening, and he manage to help us there at that time...quite nice to be honest. I do really recommend this place.

Excellent private place in the mountains for anyone who wants to get lost in the wilderness but with some moderns amenities like Sauna and Jacuzzis. Get your own food and drinks because the restaurants are approx 20 - 30 mins away and so are the supermarkets.

We were with our dog in the forest chalet. The accommodation was sparkling clean and we felt very comfortable. Great food, good drinks in the main building. Soothing massages (not cheap) and a nice spa. Our accommodation was quiet and exclusive, we will be happy to come back.

Had a super nice stay. Very hospitably received. We have made beautiful memories and look back on this with a good feeling.
