The flat is on the hillside of the liechtensteinensian Alps with a beautiful view over the Rheintal-valley. With modern style you will enjoy a comfortable stay in our little Principality. The bus-stop is a minute away from the flat. The center of the capital of our country "Vaduz" is 5 minutes by bus, the mountains for hiking or skiing 15 minutes. The flat is a duplex-apartment with two floors. To the apartment belong 2 parking-spots for free directly next to it.

The studio is located on the first floor of a detached house in a quiet area, with parking (+ garage for bicycles), small terrace and separate entrance. The apartment is equipped with a pull-out sofa (140 × 200), a single bed on a raised platform (not suitable for small children), private bathroom and small kitchen (see pictures). The house is located 5-7 minutes' walk from the train station, BZBS, OST and the city center.

In the recently renovated detached house with old charm but modern furnishings, you can feel comfortable at any time of the year. The pool offers the possibility to refresh yourself in warmer months. In winter, you are only 30 minutes away from two different ski resorts and the fireplace provides cozy warmth in the dining area and living room. This unique place has a style all its own. It is new, well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and a large balcony. Well located for skiing, some ski resorts can be reached in a short time. The bedroom has a box spring bed 180/200 cm for 2 people. For another 2 people, there is a sofa bed in the living room, so it would also be possible to book the loft with 4 people.

From this beautiful modern centrally located place you are in no time in Vaduz and Malbun and at all important places. In the village center (5 minutes' walk) there is a small supermarket, three restaurants and a post office. The public bus can be reached in 2 minutes.
