The main terrace offers spaces of relaxation and comfort for you and all your family, you will spend unforgettable evenings in the company of a breathtaking sunset.

The house and pool (available June to September) are both for the exclusive use of the guests. There are no shared spaces or amenities. The house is situated in the small hamlet of Moretto, two miles below Piglio – famous for its Cesanese wine. It is set in a mountain-side olive grove, near the foot of Mount Scalambra, with beautiful sweeping views. Guests are looked after by our lovely neighbours, Ivana and Luigi. They only speak Italian, so if you need help, text me and I'll help translate!

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

A peaceful place

Relax alone or with the whole family in this quiet accommodation. You will find serenity, privacy, lots of greenery, roses, enchanting views, proximity to the Simbruini Mountains Regional Park, excursions, the magnificent Subiaco with its Benedictine monasteries, an introduction to the art of wood carving, the possibility of eating under a wisteria pergola, listening to good music, love and many books. There is a path that starts from the property that crosses the woods.

This has made the process more complex for both guests and owners, but we've made it as convenient as possible for you. Therefore, during check-in, a registration with a small payment will be required: • 10 euros (cash) for check-in until 10:00 p.m., • 15 euros for check-in after 10:00 p.m.

Splendid detached villa on a plot of about one hectare, with olive groves, centuries-old oak and enchanting views of the green Roveto Valley. Ideal place to relax surrounded by nature, for long walks and bike rides, horseback riding, visits to hermitages. A few km away: Sora, the enchanting waterfall of Isola del Liri, Posta Fibreno lake, Zompo lo Schioppo nature reserve, Sponga park, Balsorano castle, Claudio's tunnels and Alba Fucens.

Domus Albula is a bright house. It is located on the third floor, without an elevator, in the center of Tivoli, in a quiet and safe yet lively and charming area. From here, you can walk to Villa D'Este, Villa Gregoriana, and all the main attractions of our city. Just a few steps from the entrance, there is the square with the daily fruit and vegetable market, and you can have breakfast at one of the many bars in the historic center.

Apartment in the heart of Castel Gandolfo, overlooking the central square, the Papal Palace and the Church of San Tommaso da Villanova. Tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort, it is close to local trattorias, cafes and shops. Lake Albano is a 15-minute walk or shuttle ride away, which also connects to the train station. Roma Termini is 30 minutes by train and Ciampino Airport is 15 minutes by car or bus.
