Painter's Suite

Suite del Pittore was born from the desire to offer a unique experience in the historic heart of Tivoli, just 25 km from the center of Rome. Located in a privileged position, in front of the Mensa Ponderaria, the Duomo and a few steps from Villa d 'Este, it is a charming retreat for those looking for a mix of history, art and modern comfort. The structure has been renovated with care, using materials typical of the area preserving authenticity and enhancing the link with the millenary culture of the place.

House near Rome with Beautiful Views and Pool

The house and pool (available June to September) are both for the exclusive use of the guests. There are no shared spaces or amenities. The house is situated in the small hamlet of Moretto, two miles below Piglio – famous for its Cesanese wine. It is set in a mountain-side olive grove, near the foot of Mount Scalambra, with beautiful sweeping views. Guests are looked after by our lovely neighbours, Ivana and Luigi. They only speak Italian, so if you need help, text me and I'll help translate!

Francesco's stone house

Mine is an old two-story stone house located in the countryside 10 minutes from the center. Completely renovated respecting tradition but equipped with all comforts. Perfect for couples, but also comfortable and welcoming for larger families. It consists of a kitchen with a living room with a sofa bed and bathroom on the ground floor and a double bedroom with a bathroom on the upper floor. Large and comfortable outdoor spaces for those who want to relax surrounded by nature.

All of the apartment is for guests, spread over two floors: on the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar for eating meals, a comfortable bathroom with shower, and a living room with a SMART TV. The bedroom is on the upper floor. Exclusive use of a courtyard for outdoor relaxation.

Ale's house welcomes all those who want get to know an authentic Rome, out of the usual tourist circuits.
