This cabin was in the perfect location for all of the best hiking and kayaking in the area. It's very remote, but lots of food options 30 min away. The cabin itself was adorable and cozy, it was very clean and well kept. The basement was perfect for sleeping. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

The cabin was nestled in the woods, very peaceful and quiet! Loved the back covered deck!! The hot tub was relaxing after miles of hiking. The bed was comfy. Everything was clean and organized neatly. The kitchen was well stocked too. We would stay here again.

Lindsey and Heidi’s cabin was such a charming gem of a place. It was clean, cozy, peaceful, and very private! A perfect couples retreat. Her kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook full meals. My favorite detail were the white waffle knit robes. I brought clothes to wear but probably didn’t need to because I pretty much lived in the robes my entire stay!! The hosts were so responsive to my questions and even suggested some local activities that were happening the weekend we were there, which was great! I highly recommend their cabin if you are looking for a place near the Buffalo River!

Words cannot begin to describe our visit. The view from this cabin was absolutely breathtaking. We stumbled upon this location by fate, and it became a bucket list item we didn't know existed. Michael responded to our questions very quickly and ensured we had everything we needed during our stay. Taking the ranger to the overlook during sunset was just perfect! We even extended an extra night, which wasn't enough. We will be returning! Book the cabin, you will not regret it.... Keep in mind that you might want to have a high-profile or off-road vehicle. I couldn't imagine getting there without one.

This by far has been my favorite stay yet! It was so clean, so refreshing, and so soothing for the soul! It’s very secluded, but also close enough to everything that you’re not having to drive very far to do anything. We were recommending this place to people before we even left for home! I think the most impressive part was how cozy it was, most places you stay it’s hard to sleep (not your bed not comfortable) this wasn’t the case here! The bed was extremely comfortable and the atmosphere was just so peaceful, we slept like babies! Definitely made for a very memorable 10 year anniversary! Absolutely will be returning as soon as the opportunity arises!

I absolutely loved staying at this cabin! It was just two of us and our dogs but the host was very responsive and everything was as advertised. As far as the cabin amenities, it has all the basics you would need. But the property itself the real star! It is just incredible. Very private and serene. Front porch sittin that is hard to beat! Bring your binoculars!

We loved it. We came to the area for hiking and canoeing, and while we didn't get to do a LOT of that because of the weather and rain, we still had a fantastic time because we were able to get away, play games, and just relax. We were really impressed with the cabin. The big front porch was great for watching the rain and drinking coffee. The hot tub was great for relaxation. He had everything we needed, and was super friendly and helpful - thank you Davis! The driveway to get to the house may not be for every person or vehicle, but we did not mind. It was totally doable with 4x4, and Davis has spent a lot of time, money, and effort improving it (and is still working on it even over the weekend we were there) - raging flood waters don't take it easy on anyone. Thanks again Davis, for a fantastic place to get away from everything!

Such a beautiful and peaceful place to stay. My husband and I were celebrating our 10 year anniversary and enjoyed everything! The view was great and the cabin provided everything we needed. The bed and couch were so comfy! The local town had cute shops and a few great places to eat. So many trails to hike as well. John was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommend this place to anyone needing peace, solitude, privacy, and relaxation!!

This was a great place to stay. Beautiful countryside and amazing views of the mountains. Plenty of space for our 3 dogs to roam. Loved the outdoor grill and outdoor fire pit. We used both and had no problems. John was in communication with us for anything happening while we stayed there. Besides the free wifi we did have great cell service on the hill. Kitchen was well stocked with spices and supplies of all sorts. We will be coming back.

Cabin was so cute ! Pictures don’t do it justice. Great location. Located next to all the town’s favorites. The host was so nice and responded fast. The cabin had everything we needed. We even got to bring our dog which is always a plus! Would highly recommend staying here. Great price. Definitely beats staying in a hotel.

The owner was very communicative and helpful. He was responsive to our questions about the area and gave us great advice. Our stay, which included two families (total of 10 individuals) stayed very comfortably in this space. We enjoyed being able to cook out and do a campfire/smores with the kids. Firewood was available with a fire pit, which was convenient. The kids loved playing games in the game room when they needed something to do. The porch had a picture perfect view of the mountains, and we loved being able to lounge, have coffee, and chat. Our trip to Falling Water Falls was a huge hit with everyone. We swam there most of the day and explored the area. Anyone traveling in this area should be aware of ticks and how to prepare/manage while exploring the area. Overall, we would love to return.

The place was so peaceful and secluded. Perfect size for two, amazing bath tub! We could’ve relaxed on the porch for a few days! We absolutely loved it.

Everything was just as described. The home was VERY clean and had everything you would need. The beds were very comfortable too. Quiet location. We had a lot of rain over our stay, but the home had several board games, puzzles and tons of DVD's for the grandkids. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again.

A lovely, many windowed cozy spot in the woods. The rain kept us in from exploring one whole day and we enjoyed it. High ceiling w nice decoration and well equipped small kitchen was very nice. Nice to sit in 3 areas under a roof, even in the rain. Remote & private in a beautiful area! Just what we like!!!

We LOVED this place! We have stayed in my cabin AirBNBs and this was by far our favorite! The cabin is very clean and modern, the kitchen has everything you would need. We saw great wildlife on the property and surrounding areas! Would definitely return 👍🏻

Honestly, we can say enough about this place. Jim and Amanda are the greatest of hosts, and their cabin is just absolutely gorgeous. This is the 2nd stay that we have had, and always hate leaving. My wife and I would highly recommend this location and would also say that Jim and Amanda are as good as it gets when it comes to friendly and helpful hosts. You will not regret staying with them. I do however, regret that we cannot provide more than 5 stars!

This place was exactly what we were hoping for and more. It’s beautiful, peaceful, private and relaxing. Dane and other host were so helpful and extremely welcoming. The main town is not too far and has lots of nice local restaurants. Would recommend to anyone wanting a calming getaway. We will be back!

We absolutely loved staying here! The house was beautiful and the views were seriously breathtaking. We went to Blanchard springs caverns and some local restaurants which were really good, but we spent the majority of our stay in the pool and the hot tub. It was such a peaceful stay, very tranquil and private. Our dog had a great time exploring the land. Edie ensures you have everything you could possibly need in the house and at the pool. We will definitely be coming back the next time we want to go on a getaway in the mountains!

My husband and I travel here for a little getaway. We are so glad we did! It rained most of our stay but the rain on tin roof and being in the hot tub up in the treetops just could not be beat. Within 10 minuets of arriving, the host brough us SOURDOUGH and butter! It was the perfect snack! When we weren't in the hot tub, we were in Norfork at the Mexican restaurant and the brewery. We truly had a blast!

Beautiful spot right on the river and not too far from town. The host was friendly and answered all the questions we had. We felt right at home.

We have stayed all over the Mountain View area. This was by far the best location. The cabin was built to last, not just some cabin built with Home Depot lumber with the tags still on. It snowed the 2nd day we arrived and the temps were down in the 2s and 3s, Courtney sent Carey and and Tanner over to deliver extra firewood for the wood burning stove, which kept the place so cozy we didn't even use the central heat and air. The stars were so bright and amazing, the creek, bubbling across the field was bathwater clear. We will definitely be returning this summer to float around in the creek and do some fishing. It was just what we needed to unplug and get away from the city. Best hosts we've had to date!

The cabin is more beautiful than the pictures show. The sound of the creek from the front porch is peaceful. Perfect place for kids to splash and explore in shallow waters.
