This was our favorite Airbnb we have stayed in, the host was very communicative and allowed for an early check in and check out. The location was great, the house was very clean and cozy, and the master bedroom had the best shower we have ever used. Highly recommend staying here! Thank you for having us

this definitely was such a a great stay. Me, my husband and my 2 kids stayed. it was quite, clean, close to the beach.. if we are ever back in Pensacola id definitely stay here again. host was great. responsive & over all this was the perfect stay!! thank y'all so much. we enjoyed it more than words can describe. so clean,. comfortable, cozy. I wish i could give more than 5 stars because it's OUTSTANDING... 10 out of 10!!!!!! thank y'all. God bless you!!!!!!

The house is beautiful and well maintained. It was fully equipped with everything we needed! I loved the location, it was within 30 minutes of all our planned activities. Hosts were very proactive and responsive in their communication which is always greatly appreciated. The only thing is that i prefer a more firm bed and the bed we had in 1 or 2 of the rooms sunk in quite a bit, but that just may be my preference. It would not hinder me from booking this place again at all, i would absolutely stay here again!! Thank you for opening up your home and contributing to our fantastic Pensacola trip!

Better than advertised! There were so many "extras" in case you needed or forgot something - ie. tower fan, baby items, pet supplies, toys, beach supplies, and kid friendly dishes. The supply of extras probably differs as people use them, but having any of it and not being bare bones is MUCH appreciated! The house was easy to find and a good home-base location. You get full access to the garage with door opener - super helpful when it came time to Jenga pack the car back up! Would also be great for rainy days. Beds were comfortable and the sheets were great. Plenty of pillows to choose from. Water pressure was great AND hot water lasted forever. Backyard with seating and good space for pets, although ours spent her time staring out the front door windows and needed to go for walks to be nosey! We had no issues on our walks and the neighbors we encountered had no issue with her investigating the edge of their yard. Obviously, bring poop bags! Would book again!

Me and my husbands stay was amazing, jus right for a couple . it was close to a lot of food places and not even 20mins away drive from the beach , it was very homey and comfortable.

Jared's place was beautiful and the perfect place for a getaway! It was reasonably close to all things Pensacola and such a great price too. Thanks Jared for being such a responsive and attentive host!

The host's communication was amazing! Timely feedback and some great local recommendations. The property was perfect for a couple and the amenities are simply amazing. The pool and hot tub were a great addition and the only issue I have was I wish I could stay longer. The bed is comfy and the small kitchen was perfect for the space. Keep in mind the bathroom is small but completely manageable if you communicate with your travel partner. Easy to find and easy to access. Persons with mobility issues may have some difficulties navigating the stone pavers and the multi-level backyard. The kitchen also has two steps down from the main level of the studio. Bottom line…we loved it and think you will too! Time to stop reading and book before you miss your chance. I will 100% book again when I am in the area.

It was a great location and the pool was fantastic! Easy check-in and house had amazing amenities. The couch was also really comfy, I’d definitely stay here again!

Great place; very beautiful. Loved the screened in porch with a beautiful view of Florida’s natural surroundings . Four deer 🦌 came to visit in the back of home- amazing. Too Quick a trip to celebrate daughter’s graduation. We will definitely be back. It was a great location for us. First time we were able to take our golden retriever on vacation . Comfy and fun! The pool was my favorite part! Plenty of essentials were provided, there were no bugs inside, and the location is just about perfect. A few things to mention, I wasn't able to close one of the bathroom doors, the door/doorway might be expanded from humidity or something, so it just could not close. The other bathroom toilet is a bit tricky to flush, I was nervous that I wouldn't be able to flush it, so I just used the other bathroom!

We were very happy with our stay. The area was perfect to attend a destination wedding for family in Orange Beach. It was such a a comfortable stay. Quiet and many thoughtful details were included such as coffee and snacks. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool area and the dog-friendly attitude. Very good value and I definitely plan to revisit!

We’ve stayed at this house 3 times and we absolutely love it! It’s a beautiful, clean home with plenty of space for a family of 4 and 2 dogs. Our kids love the community pool and walking a short distance to the private community beach and public beach access. We can’t wait to come back to Navarre and stay here again!

Beautiful home with everything you need. Comfy beds, nice smart tvs with good connection, nice bathrooms, easy check in, pool and outdoor kitchen a bonus. Beautiful scenery. Can’t wait til the next stay. Beach short drive away. Plenty of stores and restaurants nearby, however we cooked in with all the amenities & outdoor kitchen and it was AWESOME! Fire pit & cornhole boards was fun! Didn’t even have to leave the space for a good time!

Staying in this tiny home with Felix as our host was simply…PERFECT. I highly recommend staying here. Everything was clean, extremely private with our own little gate we could open and close. Each night the sounds of the forest soothed us until dawn when the birds would sing for us. The space has everything you need we cooked many meals and shared wine at night and coffee in the morning. I felt as a kid again in a perfect and safe neighborhood. If you have a chance to book this, please romanticize every moment. This is so underrated. One of the best places I’ve stayed in. That’s saying a lot. We travel quite a bit. Tonight I’ll dream I’m in that bed sleeping to the sounds of the crickets or rain and hopefully waking up there, hahah! This place is the REAL DEAL. 10/10.

Had such an amazing time staying at Rob’s. A beautiful and comfortable place personally renovated by the host! All the listed amenities are provided and then some- clean, spacious and beautiful. Perfect location to all the beaches, towns, and restaurants. I like to stay at a personable place when traveling and this was it. Most memorable place I’ve stayed in. Rob is not only an amazing host but treated us like old friends- the sweetest and the most thoughtful person. I know where I am staying when I am in town again!!!

The house was very nice and clean and I felt very safe there. There were always people walking dogs and outside in the neighborhood.

We had an amazing stay at this location, and my family absolutely loved it! The pictures and descriptions truly don't do it justice; the place is immaculate, and we were in awe throughout our entire visit. Every little detail was thoughtfully considered, from the excellent coffee selection and juicer to the fire kabobs and plenty of trash bags. We really appreciated the individual cooking oils and the abundance of beach towels—there was so much more! The pillows and sheets were incredibly soft and high quality, making me wish I could have some for my own home! We also valued the ample storage space for our belongings, and the air conditioning kept the house wonderfully cool—I should have brought my slippers for extra comfort. However, I did notice a couple of minor issues: we found a thong under one of the beds and a tampon canister under the vanity in the upstairs bathroom. Additionally, only one of the two doors to the shared bathroom locks, so I would suggest making both lockable.

We had a great stay in Pensacola! The house was very clean and comfortable, and the backyard was perfect for our dog to run around. My kids absolutely loved the pool—it was a highlight of the trip. The location was convenient to town, shops, and restaurants, though a bit of a drive to the beach. Still, it was a nice balance between quiet and accessible. The host was wonderful—responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Place was clean. Kitchen was stocked up with essentials. The home is charming with plenty of space. No access to the backyard without prior permission. Overall a pleasant stay.
