First time staying at an AirBnB and I can only hope that every experience is this great. Beautiful house and excellent location. Great price, great host. Corey had a binder of instructions ready and a list of suggested activities. Very communicative and clear with expectations. Would stay again A+++

We booked this for a date night getaway and it delivered. The design of the house with the large windows was picturesque. The home is a great design with tall ceilings and natural light. It is what you look for in a stay away from your own home that is more of an experience.

Me and my husbands stay was amazing, jus right for a couple . it was close to a lot of food places and not even 20mins away drive from the beach , it was very homey and comfortable.

I've stayed in many Airbnbs over the years, and this was truly one of the best experiences. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive from start to finish, making everything seamless and stress-free. The house itself was spotless… absolutely impeccable! The decor was beautifully done, with a cozy and welcoming vibe that made it feel just like home. The location was also perfect, just a short walk to some great restaurants. Every detail was clearly thought out, and the overall atmosphere was warm, stylish, and comfortable. I can't recommend this place enough and would definitely love to stay here again! They even had a dog park across the street for our furry friend :)

We did have a hiccup at check-in but overall had a wonderful stay! Jared was wonderful and responsive for any questions or needs that we had while we stayed. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and very nice!

It was a very nice stay, Very close to everything. The fish market (joe pattie's), The Museums, Grocery store, and a short drive to the beach. The children loved being able to have their own rooms and watch TV in the evenings. Also being able to get our laundry done and bring back clean clothing was awesome! My family of 5 and little dog loved everything about this house! One can tell lots of attention to details not only in the decor but in the amenities also! The fact that they offered beach supplies (from chairs and umbrellas to the sand toys and coolers) was very appreciated! The game room and hot tub were the icing on the cake! Happy we were able to stay here!

Things we loved: - the house is well stocked with everything we needed! Thank you! -the beds were comfortable! Everyone slept well! -the pack in play was awesome to have! -the couch was super comfortable -the grill was awesome to have! -the pickleball court and pool made for so many amazing memories! - the foosball table was awesome! The kids loved playing all of those games! What a great touch! We will definitely be back. It’s the perfect house for a family vacation!

Kate was a responsive and excellent host! The place was clean and had everything that you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The pool and patio was where we spent most of our time. I highly recommend!

Jeff was a great host, very chill. His house rules were reasonable and easy to follow (enjoy the house with respect). Quick to respond when a storm knocked out the router.

We were very happy with our stay. The area was perfect to attend a destination wedding for family in Orange Beach. It was such a a comfortable stay. Quiet and many thoughtful details were included such as coffee and snacks. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool area and the dog-friendly attitude. Very good value and I definitely plan to revisit!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Dustin’s place! Everything was just as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. The space was peaceful and perfect for relaxing, and the location made it easy to explore the area. Dustin was a fantastic host—kind, responsive, and respectful of my privacy. This house had everything we needed and was adorable. Meticulously decorated. Enough coffee to get you through a day or two. The neat outside area (screened-in porch, large yard). All the channels/streaming platforms you could want on the TV. Clean, non-cluttered, quick response from hosts. 3-mile loop trail along the water, perfect for a run, walk, or watching the Blue Angels practice. Neighborhood was very quiet and safe. Some downsides, that were minor: Shampoo, soap, and conditioner were in the listing as being included, but there were none, so we couldn't shower until we went to the store. The host has an off-platform rental agreement, which puts a bad taste in my mouth, and I don't sign those. All communication should go through Airbnb. They were flexible with me on this, which I appreciated. A large cockroach frequently visited the bathroom. That's Florida for you, though. Bedrooms don't get dark at night from outside light, even with miniblinds. Overall, great stay.

I loved this place and can’t wait to stay again. The host was very kind and responsive, everything was clean upon arrival, and the home was actually better than what was pictured. This was perfect for a nice and quiet retreat.

Had such an amazing time staying at Rob’s. A beautiful and comfortable place personally renovated by the host! All the listed amenities are provided and then some- clean, spacious and beautiful. Perfect location to all the beaches, towns, and restaurants. I like to stay at a personable place when traveling and this was it. Most memorable place I’ve stayed in. Rob is not only an amazing host but treated us like old friends- the sweetest and the most thoughtful person. I know where I am staying when I am in town again!!!

We spent Father’s Day weekend here. Visited the Naval museum, Pensacola Beach, and downtown Pensacola. Pam is a wonderful host and her home was very relaxing, quiet, very clean, and lots of amenities. We would definitely stay here again. Cannot recommend this home enough!

Rachel was an incredible host. She communicated well with us and was very accommodating! She made sure to remind us that the house was about 20 minutes away from the main beach, but we didn’t mind at all. It was a super easy drive! The house is about a mile from the Bayview Dog Beach, which we walked our dog there every morning - he loved it! Definitely will consider booking with Rachel again for our next weekend in Pensacola!
