House vacation rentals in Ferry Pass

Jake’s home was spacious & in a very great location — close to restaurants, beach, & private neighborhood. I would recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the Perdido Key area.

nowadays when most airbnb can be a poop chute, this place is a refreshing 10/10! we would stay again and recommend others to stay, too! don't wait! book it!

This place was absolutely gorgeous! The pictures do not do it justice. As soon as you walk in and see outside the big windows, you have an absolutely gorgeous view of the bay. Kenny was very responsive and helpful with everything we needed and was very good at letting us know when people were coming by to clean the pool and pick up the yard. We saw dolphins every morning, caught all kinds of different fish (with fishing poles that were already at the house), walked across the street to the DG for any additional supplies we needed. It was such a good time! We could not have asked for a better family vacation. The neighborhood was quiet and the place was family oriented. I cannot say enough good things about this place and host. Perfect!

We had the best time. Her home was absolutely perfect. We had everything we needed and more. The setting is super relaxing, the kids loved the pool, it was clean and warm. We had a washer and dryer that was super handy. One remote was not working and she had one shipped and replaced immediately. She responded very quickly to ant questions. We will 100% stay if we are ever in Pensacola again. Thank you for having such a lovely home.

Comfy and fun! The pool was my favorite part! Plenty of essentials were provided, there were no bugs inside, and the location is just about perfect. A few things to mention, I wasn't able to close one of the bathroom doors, the door/doorway might be expanded from humidity or something, so it just could not close. The other bathroom toilet is a bit tricky to flush, I was nervous that I wouldn't be able to flush it, so I just used the other bathroom!

Beautiful home with everything you need. Comfy beds, nice smart tvs with good connection, nice bathrooms, easy check in, pool and outdoor kitchen a bonus. Beautiful scenery. Can’t wait til the next stay. Beach short drive away. Plenty of stores and restaurants nearby, however we cooked in with all the amenities & outdoor kitchen and it was AWESOME! Fire pit & cornhole boards was fun! Didn’t even have to leave the space for a good time!

Our stay at Kim’s house was fantastic. We stayed here for our family vacation. The youngest was 4.5, the oldest 88, and this house was perfect for everyone! Kim is so kind and very responsive. We realized the stay before us had broken the umbrella and she dropped off a new one within an hour (even though we told her it wasn’t necessary!). She had great local recs. We had the best time staying in her home. This is our new go to spot to stay in Pensacola. Thank you, Kim!

Tracy was an excellent host. She was very responsive when I had questions. The property was a nice three bedroom with an great pool in a quiet neighborhood. It was very close to all the things we planned on doing.

Really enjoyed my stay. Great location and lots of things to do close by. Joy was very helpful.

Better than advertised! There were so many "extras" in case you needed or forgot something - ie. tower fan, baby items, pet supplies, toys, beach supplies, and kid friendly dishes. The supply of extras probably differs as people use them, but having any of it and not being bare bones is MUCH appreciated! The house was easy to find and a good home-base location. You get full access to the garage with door opener - super helpful when it came time to Jenga pack the car back up! Would also be great for rainy days. Beds were comfortable and the sheets were great. Plenty of pillows to choose from. Water pressure was great AND hot water lasted forever. Backyard with seating and good space for pets, although ours spent her time staring out the front door windows and needed to go for walks to be nosey! We had no issues on our walks and the neighbors we encountered had no issue with her investigating the edge of their yard. Obviously, bring poop bags! Would book again!

We had a great time! Very convenient location and helpful hosts.

We stayed here for our Memorial Day weekend, with our 4 teenage girls. The house was perfect for us, and we felt right at home. Close enough to the beach, without being in the tourist chaos. The host checked in on us after first night, which I felt was a nice thing to do. The mattresses were great! We slept like babies.

Our family was very pleased with our stay. Amanda was the best host and showed great hospitality. She allowed us to check in early and even had a hot tub installed during our stay that we enjoyed. Home was fully equipped and each room was spacious and very comfortable. My mom loved the coffee with coffee makers in most rooms. 10/10 great experience.

Definitely looked like the pictures and was a great place to stay for me and my family. Will definitely be coming back again soon

Our stay was comfortable and cozy. We can tell there was love and passion into making this cottage a happy place for people vacationing in the Pensacola area! We had a great time and would return again!

this definitely was such a a great stay. Me, my husband and my 2 kids stayed. it was quite, clean, close to the beach.. if we are ever back in Pensacola id definitely stay here again. host was great. responsive & over all this was the perfect stay!! thank y'all so much. we enjoyed it more than words can describe. so clean,. comfortable, cozy. Our stay was good. My host wasn’t getting notifications at FIRST so it took longer than expected for her to respond to my messages, but once she saw my messages she was very responsive and very helpful with my questions. I will say if you are a light sleeper the busyness of the highway may be a problem. You can hear all the traffic. That will not stop my family and I from coming back. We will definitely be back. Hospitality was great! My little one enjoyed the snack basket, Gatorade’s and water in the fridge and can’t forget about the delicious fruit that was waiting on us upon arrival. Place was really clean!! I recommend staying here!

Me and my husbands stay was amazing, jus right for a couple . it was close to a lot of food places and not even 20mins away drive from the beach , it was very homey and comfortable.

Beautiful home. Love staying here so much that I have booked this place for my next 2 visits in Pensacola, and will also book this home in my future stays here in Pensacola

The house was very nice and clean and I felt very safe there. There were always people walking dogs and outside in the neighborhood.
