Beautiful apartment on the first floor in an old farmhouse. Centrally located. Three bedrooms and a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom are available. Wood burning. In winter, ski tours, ice skating, sledding, cross-country skiing, skiing, snowboarding. In summer, hiking, biking, bouldering in the Magic Woods and wildlife watching. Paragliding and the Andeer mineral bath attract visitors all year round. Products are available fresh from the farm in the village, Volg in the neighboring village, Postbus stop right in front of the house.

Hostel to the little gorge

In springtime 2016 we bought that 300 year old house and renovated it until the end of the year. It's one of the oldest houses in Sufers. It's a great pleasure to us to be able to offer you now the new furnished 3-rooms apartment. Our house is right at the river bank of a rushin mountain stream. On one side of the house you feel like beeing somewhere in nature, on the other side you are in the village.

The home is delightfully rustic - it's like a woodland fairy cottage with unique decorations and cosy ambience. You can tell it is a well-loved home with many memories. We really enjoyed our stay, it was a perfect location for a trip to Magic Wood, under 2min drive to the campsite, and a short walk to the Edelweiss Gasthouse. The house had the necessary amenities - sufficient for cooking and cleaning, and nice spaces to relax together (we loved the living room and the balcony). Importantly, Gina and Romano were very responsive and communicative, and very kind hosts. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return one day. P.S. Beware the low ceilings if you are above 170cm - lots of places to knock your head so practice ducking! 😂

We felt right at home The house is in an exceptional condition. The renovation of the listed house is great and was carried out with a lot of sensitivity. Everything is so harmonious, the character of the house and its history was preserved and yet everything was super modern and clean. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. We didn't miss anything. Just wonderful.

We were completely satisfied. Communication with Lory was very pleasant and friendly. In the apartment we particularly liked the beautiful bedroom and the very well equipped kitchen. Parking directly at the house, in a few minutes walk on a beautiful path on the Mera to the nearby old town of Chiavenna , in appropriate weather views of the mountains....fantastic.

This is a beautiful place to stay, exactly as described. Spotlessly clean and mostly well-equipped. The owners live in the house underneath so you always know someone is there. Chantal was extremely friendly, and very pro-active in providing instructions. (If you look for this place on Google Maps, at least at the time we stayed - June 2025 - you won’t find it as it wasn’t built yet. But it is there in real life!)

The apartment is very functional and naturally furnished. Everything is available in the kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom and for communication. There is much to discover in the area and despite the narrow valley location, the sun shines on the forecourt and on the building throughout the day and at times in the windows. Despite the high temperatures outside, the house remains pleasantly temperate - so very well insulated. Highly recommended!
