New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Beautiful and bright cottage with plenty of space and room for kids. The cottage is 116 sqm with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, both with showers. There is a bathtub and sauna in one. The grounds are large with minimal planting, which makes it possible to play a good football match of football. There is also a play tower with a slide and swings as well as a trampoline. There is a Weber Gas Grill located in the shed, so it is possible to grill on the terrace on sunny days. The house is heated with a wood-burning stove and electric radiators.

Beautiful log house with 3 rooms/7 beds. Located on a large and secluded plot at the end of a closed road, only 900 meters from a beautiful beach. Kitchen and living room in open connection. Modern and relaxed decor and ceiling for the kitchen give a wonderful sense of space. Huge garden with several terraces, two of which are covered. The house is year-round and well-insulated with a nice indoor climate. The house is well equipped with everything you need for cooking. "Havhuset" is a newly built wooden house in a great location, just a few meters from the sea and a really good sandy beach. The house is cozy and simply furnished and has a lovely light. It is located on a natural plot with direct access to the garden from all rooms. Outside you have free access to a huge terrace with gas grill, table and chairs, as well as garden. The sea house is a fantastic starting point, whether you want to have a beach holiday right by the sea or want to explore South Zealand.

Large beautiful plot of 1200m2, away from the road. Very child friendly, with plenty of room for play and ball games. The house is located approx. 400m from Denmark's best beach, 150m to the grocery store, pizzeria & ice cream shop. About 3 km to Marielyst cozy square.  The house is heated with heat pump, wood-burning stove and electricity, so there is ample opportunity to enjoy the house on cold days. The house TV is not connected to TV channels, but there is chromiumcast in the TV.
