New Cottage in absolute 1st row and own beach at musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50m2 and with 10m2 annex. In the house there is an entrance, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom as well as a large kitchen/living room with alcove. From the living room there is access to a nice big loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove Annex contains room with double bed. The house and annex are connected by a wooden terrace and there is an outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Delicious cottage from 2008, is 250 meters from lovely child-friendly sandy beach. 100 meters to grocery store. Smaller double bedroom, larger children's room with bunk bed, extra pull-out bed. In addition, there are two mattresses. Large bathroom with washer and dryer. Nice kitchen, with everything in appliances, in open connection to the living room. Lovely and bright cottage with good space and loft for kip. The cottage is 116 sqm with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms both with shower. There is a bathtub and sauna in one. The grounds are large with minimal planting, making it possible to play a good football game. There is also play tower with slide and swings as well as buried trampoline. There is a Weber Gas grill located in the shed, so it is possible to grill on the terrace on sunny days. The house is heated with a wood-burning stove and electric radiators.

Nice log house with 3 rooms/ 7 beds. Located on large and secluded grounds for end of closed road, only 900m from lovely beach. Kitchen and living room in open connection. Modern and casual decor and loft for kip provide a wonderful sense of space. Huge garden with several terraces, of which two covered. The house is year- and well insulated with a nice indoor climate. The house is well equipped with everything you need for cooking. Note: Please bring your own bed linen/towels or rent it when booking.

"Havhuset" is a newly built wooden house in a great location, just a few meters from the sea and a really good sandy beach. The house is cozy and simply furnished and has a lovely light. It is located on a natural plot with direct access to the garden from all rooms. Outside you have free access to a huge terrace with gas grill, table and chairs, as well as garden. The sea house is a fantastic starting point, whether you want to have a beach holiday right by the sea or want to explore South Zealand.
