"The Villas" Fehmarn say "Moin Moin" Fehmarn's new beach resort "The Villas" is just a few meters from the fine sandy beach of Fehmarnsund. Eight cozy designer villas with a sea view to the south invite you to relax and unwind. The 65-square-meter Villa Azure I offers space for up to 4 people with its open-plan architecture. From the bright kitchen, the two terraces and the cozy box spring on the 1st floor, you can enjoy the sea view. If it is cold or rainy outside, the crackling fireplace and the cozy floor heating will warm you up as you take in the sound of the sea all through the day. Extras Villa Azure I is wheelchair accessible and has expanded freedom of movement. Extra wide doors, a large and open bathroom, as well as the cozy and fold-out sofa bed on the ground floor offer wheelchair users all the freedom. Resort grounds A common laundry room, with 2 washing machines and 1 dryer, is available to all villas. From the end of October, there will also be an outdoor sauna with garden-panoramic views for couples to cozy up on special autumn and winter days. For a small fee amateur captains have the opportunity to charter the 15 hp motor boat, "The Villas Trust" without a boat license and to explore the island from the water. Even anglers and kite surfers are welcome to safely store their personal sports equipment in the lockable recreation room. New Cottage in absolute 1st row and own beach at musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50m2 and with 10m2 annex. In the house there is an entrance, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom as well as a large kitchen/living room with alcove. From the living room there is access to a nice big loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove Annex contains room with double bed. The house and annex are connected by a wooden terrace and there is an outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

The small charming townhouse is centrally located in Nysted city, close to the harbor, where it buzzes with life in the summer and overlooking Ålholm Castle. The house is in walking distance to cozy beach, close to small unique shops. Enjoy your stay in this old cozy market town. The whole area offers beautiful nature, which is up for walking or biking. At the edge of Nysted there is a bird sanctuary, a small boat harbor, ice cream houses and restaurants as well as several playgrounds. In addition to this, Kettinge swimming pool is close by

Large beautiful plot of 1200m2, away from the road. Very child friendly, with plenty of room for play and ball games. The house is located approx. 400m from Denmark's best beach, 150m to the grocery store, pizzeria & ice cream shop. About 3 km to Marielyst cozy square.  The house is heated with heat pump, wood-burning stove and electricity, so there is ample opportunity to enjoy the house on cold days. The house TV is not connected to TV channels, but there is chromiumcast in the TV.

Dear Baltic Sea lovers, A beautiful, bright one-room apartment awaits you in a great location. Just a few meters to the newly designed marina with restaurants, cafes and to our beautiful beach. In all seasons, enjoy the maritime climate, the sun, the seagull scream and the wind. Stroll along the harbor and watch the boats or the setting sun on warm summer evenings. Our apartment is located directly on the fine sandy beach and on the beach promenade, but still quietly located. It is a small but stylish apartment with balcony. This apartment is perfect for 2 people (bedroom with double bed 160 × 200), but families with children are also ❤️welcome (comfortable sofa bed with topper in the living area).

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. You can enjoy the fantastic landscape and the water on the Baltic Sea/Bodstetter Bodden. Direct beach location and view of the water. Upscale and modern amenities in a unique holiday complex. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, in the first row and direct view of the water. The two apartments from my advertisement are next to each other with their own equipment and views.
