Nysted city/harbor with sea bath in walking distance with good commercial opportunities as well as restaurant/pizza. Netto and Brugsen . 1/2 hour drive to Lalandia, Knuthenborg, Dodekalitten. Hereby a nice, bright cottage in the first row to the water overlooking Grønsund and within walking distance to lovely Stubbekøbing with the possibility of shopping, cafe and restaurant visits, etc. and ferry crossing to Bogø. See beautiful nature and wildlife, which invites good bike and trotting. Down a shortcut in the quiet Kongsnæs, the cottage is located on private property. The most beautiful sunrise and sunset can be enjoyed on the roof terrace, which is partially covered. Nightly price includes all consumption.
