The house is beautiful and well-maintained, with a charming garden that’s perfect for relaxing. It’s exceptionally kid-friendly, making it ideal for families. The jacuzzi and sauna are great additions that added to our comfort and enjoyment. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and reached out proactively to ensure everything went smoothly. Overall, a truly enjoyable and memorable experience.

We were 9 people in the house in different age groups and everyone felt very comfortable immediately! The house is well equipped and we didn't lack anything. Communication was super fast and very friendly. The house is quietly located. By car you can make beautiful excursions and the beach in front of the door is also beautiful and quiet with the dunes. We would come back. Thank you!

We had a really good stay with Lene. Beautiful home with plenty of room for all of us: we were 2 adults and 4 children aged 1, 5, 8 and 13 years. We were particularly pleased to be able to go down to the beach and swim in just a few minutes. For the hot tub and sauna, which worked perfectly (Lene had made good and precise instructions for use). Everything you need in the kitchen. Nice and clean everywhere. Enclosed garden where children can play safely and well. Very welcoming and responsive host, who among other things gave tips to visit the fish house. We'd love to come back another time.

3 wonderful days with my family in beautiful and quiet surroundings. Day trips by car to Silkeborg and Aarhus, where we took a route on Himmelbjerget and visited Aros. Cozy mornings and evenings in the lovely countryside home with games, tea, and candles. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to try the wilderness bath, which was right out on the terrace.

We had a great time. The location is simply fantastic. Apart from the sound of the sea and roosters, nothing could be heard. The space is as it is pictured and described in the pictures. There were two of us traveling with a dog. For dogs, the property and the area is also perfect. The communication with Kenth was great and we had all the info we needed. The accommodation and amenities are simple, but are also described as such. We lacked nothing.

A nice summer house at a location with a view.

Perfect location in lovely Lønstrup. Ocean view. 2 minute walk to the beach. The cozy city street right outside the door. Lovely terrace. Lovely stay.

Top location. We arrived at Easter as a family of four. There remained nothing to be desired. The direct beach access, the football field directly on the adjacent meadow and the breathtaking view from the house on the fjord complete the picture. If you are looking for peace from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, book here!

We can only thank you very much for having been your guests. It was a great week and we did everything on the island with the bikes. We were very lucky with the weather. The house and sauna were great and we loved the quiet location. We didn't lack anything. Thanks to both of you for the great time and the great tips for excursions and everything. A very special house in a wonderful location. I felt right at home in the old artist's house. With three people, everyone was able to find their own preferred place. Everything was present, almost even more luxurious than at home. Especially with the beautiful view and the silence. I actually didn't want to leave, so I'd love to come back sometime!

We were allowed to be guests at Bakkehuset for 5 days and enjoyed the time by the sea very much. There was nothing missing. Rikke is a very kind host. Thanks!

Great place to stay! Cozy, clean, and we felt right at home. You can walk to the beach, which our dog loved, and so did we. Fantastisch wood stove to sit by with a book and a glass of red wine. Super responsive and helpful hosts

What a beautiful house! I stayed for a week to have a quiet place to relax and work and found exactly that. The wifi is very good! The pictures of the house and the surroundings are very accurate. I guess I came in the off season (May) as there was almost nobody around, which was great. The beach is about a ten minute walk away, the next grocery store about a ten minute drive. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped, including a dishwasher. I don't really cook so I didn't know what half the equipment was but you could probably cook/bake just like at home. Overall, I felt very comfortable and was able to sleep well. It was a bit difficult to keep the bedroom dark, so if you're sensitive to light, I suggest bringing a sleeping mask. Lisbeth was very responsive and helpful and I'd love to stay here again!

We had a wonderful autumn vacation at the cottage with annex. The area is beautiful in the autumn. The cottage is easy to heat and minimalist but complete. The beds are good and everything is hey fresh and clean. We had a little problem with the shower and that was solved the same dates! In 20 minutes you are in Aarhus and other attractions are also close by and easy to drive to. Shops are 7 mins away. Very nice place!

We had a wonderful time at Brillegaard. We were very kindly received and the apartment was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The area is very quiet. The farm is a 25-minute walk from the coast. There are also several attractions within a short distance by car.

The stay at Dorte's was simply wonderful. The accommodation is very quiet, surrounded by nature. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The fireplace radiated a cozy warmth and there was also delicious honey from our own beekeeping. I will be happy to come back.

A beautiful place to stay that offers a lot of opportunities for children to let off steam. Best suited for a vacation with several children or a larger group, as you can use the outdoor area very well in nice weather. Unfortunately, there are relatively few activities in the immediate vicinity, you have to drive a bit for that.

The cottage has a great location to the beach . The house is bright , friendly and spacious, so we felt very comfortable over Christmas. Little touches made our arrival sweeter and really enjoyed us. Morten is the perfect host and we'll be back.
