Cozy mountain hut

Cozy mountain hut in Laax, right on the ski slope. In summer, it is ideal for hiking, mountain biking or relaxing. No Wi-Fi, no TV – perfect for switching off. Enjoy the tranquility, no traffic noise and the fantastic view of the valley. Whether an active vacation or simply relaxing in the hammock: here you will experience pure nature. Note: In winter during the ski season you cannot drive directly to the house. I will be happy to provide more information on arrival in winter on request.

Swiss chalet near Flims

Dating back to 1470, this wonderful chalet has so much charm and character. In 'Casa Felice' you will find quiet and calm. The apartment has all the modern amenities you wish for and breathtaking views of the Signina mountain range to enjoy. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining and a stone fireplace. An ensuite bedroom and a separate bedroom / living area. There is also a garden where you can request to use to BBQ and enjoy the sun. Parking is available in the nearby carpark.

Vacation home in the countryside

The unique, south-facing 4.5-room vacation home is located on an alpine pasture, 820 m above sea level, not far from the villages of Sagogn, Flims and Laax. Due to its unique and secluded location, you can enjoy absolute peace, relaxation and pure nature here. In the early morning hours you can watch chamois, deer and other wild animals from the property. Directly below the house (about 200 m), the Rhine flows through the imposing Rhine Gorge. The golf course is also not far.

Apartment right next to the mountain railway

Welcome to our cozy 2.5-room apartment in Laax-Murschetg, right by the cable car – perfect for winter and summer holidays. The apartment has two balconies, a well equipped kitchen with coffee machine, microwave, Wi-Fi, TV, as well as elevator and underground parking. Washing machine and dryer are available in the house. A Volg for purchases is located in the same building. Right in front of the house is the Rocksresort PARK – a play and leisure paradise for young and old.

The luxurious, 2-story penthouse on 130 m² scores with a unique and quiet location right on the lake. Inside, highlights such as a private sauna, hot tub and large terrace with mountain and lake views await you. There is a basement compartment for your sports equipment. The location is incredible. For example, you can walk to skiing, hiking, water sports, sunbathe on Lake Walen or cozily into the charming restaurant/bar by the lake. Everything is right at your doorstep.

"Rifugio" Loft im alpine chic

Entspanne dich in diesem einmaligen Rifugio. Im Jahre 2020 total sanierte 2 1/2- Zimmerwohnung, deren Interior Design komplett neu gestaltet wurde. Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

Chalet Balu

The cozy chalet is perfect for families with children or just to enjoy the peace and quiet as a couple. In the chalet there is a double bed and in the attic a mass of mattresses. You have a gigantic view of the Ruinaulta, the Flimserstein, Calanda and many different excursion opportunities. Very special in Chalet Balu is the wellness oasis with sauna. If you feel like barbecuing, you can buy our own organic beef products and other regional products.

The Mountains are Calling Retreat

Come and enjoy the fresh Swiss mountain air. Our well equipped, self contained apartment is a great place to spend some time away in either Summer or Winter. Our place is just a 2 minute drive to Oberterzen to catch the cable car up to Flumserberg for a great day of skiing, mountain biking or hiking. We are also only a 3 minute drive to Unterterzen to spend a beautiful summers day at the Walensee.

Enjoy your mountain get-away in our cozy yet modern apartment in the Peaks-Place. It's located only a short walk or shuttle ride from the Laax ski station and has all the amenities you need: Store your equipment conveniently in the ski room, relax at the pool or in the sauna after a day on the slopes, and enjoy the wonderful views from the balcony.

Great, absolutely new apartment, straight after renovation. In the middle of the village. Double bed, large sofa (also suitable for sleeping for one person. Additional mattress available. Beautiful, sunny balcony. A parking space in the underground car park. Shower/WC. 3 min to the gondola.
