The cozy chalet is perfect for families with children or just to enjoy the peace and quiet as a couple. In the chalet there is a double bed and in the attic a mass of mattresses. You have a gigantic view of the Ruinaulta, the Flimserstein, Calanda and many different excursion opportunities. Very special in Chalet Balu is the wellness oasis with sauna. The light-flooded 1-room apartment is ideal for 1-2 adults or a family with 1 child and offers winter and summer outdoor activities right outside the front door. This beautiful apartment is just a 5-7 minute walk from the mountain railway. In addition, the reading café “Bsinti” and a grocery store are nearby, so you have everything you need right at hand.

Come and enjoy the fresh Swiss mountain air. Our well equipped, self contained apartment is a great place to spend some time away in either Summer or Winter. Our place is just a 2 minute drive to Oberterzen to catch the cable car up to Flumserberg for a great day of skiing, mountain biking or hiking. We are also only a 3 minute drive to Unterterzen to spend a beautiful summers day at the Walensee.

Studio with fantastic views

We offer you a cozy studio in the countryside, in a quiet neighborhood on the slope with fantastic views of the oldest city in Switzerland. It is a 15-20 minute walk from the train station to our house. With large suitcases, I recommend taking a taxi (CHF 15.00). Our house is located on a slope. It goes uphill quite a bit and has many stairs. From the house it's a 5-minute walk to the old town.
