During construction, great attention was paid to quality, regionality and above all longevity, as well as attention to detail – these are the ingredients that make our cottage so unique! The fantastic location promises a lot of peace and quiet all year round, ski-in and ski-out in winter as well as in summer, hiking or bike tours right on your doorstep far away from the hustle and bustle and noise. This is how you can really enjoy your vacation in our cottage.

5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

Cozy mountain hut in Laax, right on the ski slope. In summer, it is ideal for hiking, mountain biking or relaxing. No Wi-Fi, no TV – perfect for switching off. Enjoy the tranquility, no traffic noise and the fantastic view of the valley. Whether an active vacation or simply relaxing in the hammock: here you will experience pure nature. Note: In winter during the ski season you cannot drive directly to the house. I will be happy to provide more information on arrival in winter on request.

Ski room and laundry room for common use in the house. 2 parking spaces in the garage.
