Vacation rentals with breakfast in Fabriano

This was an amazing place to stay! The house is very close to everything in Assisi. The rooms were spacious and private and very comfortable. Fabio and his mom were very friendly and covered the check-in in detail with lots of suggestions in the area and making sure we were taken care of well.

Tiziana's accommodation is the best you can wish for if you are looking for peace, silence and immersion in nature. Very close to the house, a path takes you to a waterfall and in 5 km of uphill you reach the Hermitage of Carpegna. Otherwise, if you travel by car, there are many natural and historical places of interest a few kilometers away. If we happen to return to the area, we will be happy to be hosted again by Tiziana.

Norma was an absolute treasure, and her home and family were lovely. The property sits overlooking a lovely castle and a beautiful church with great views on the other side. The property has a great pool with plenty of privacy or interaction with the family, I only wish I spoke more Italian to be able to sit and chat with her lovely in-laws! Norma offered great recommendations for day trips, and overall the local area was great to explore. My only advice would be the usual: rent a smaller car to make life easier! Sitting on the patio overlooking the castle, with a glass of wine, is a memory we will never forget, and is highly recommended. Whether during the day or after the sun has gone down and the fireflies comes out (weather permitting) it's a Tuscan treat you won't want to miss. We truly felt like a part of the family and would love to return to her home the next time we come back. Truly a wonderful experience!

We spent a wonderful week in Umbria, the perfect apartment for two people is really equipped with everything (it is the first time that we have found toothbrushes in the bathroom!!!)... very comfortable bed with two pillows, TV with Sky and Netflix... the garden in total safety is a must for those who, like us, travel with a medium-sized four-legged couple in tow (by the way, there are also bowls, cushions and mattresses available if you forget!)... The experience with Michela was very positive, because she was attentive, ready and caring... we can only recommend!!!

Wonderful villa! The former house of the owners, in which they lived. It can be seen and felt — everything is imbued with care, comfort. There is absolutely everything that can be useful and even much more. The house itself is like a museum — there is a lot to look at and study. I would like to thank and note the hospitality of the hosts. They baked cookies, a pie, treated us to fruit, and the fridge was packed with homemade eggs, fruit, yogurt and even beer with prosecco. Incredible care! Thank you so much for such warmth and coziness!

We found this countryside property a real delight. Well worth the 20 minute drive from Assisi. It was centrally located for us to easy explore out to other areas in Umbria. The room was very comfortable in a very beautiful countryside setting. Our host, Sara was fantastic. We wouldn't have any hesitation to stay here on a future trip to Umbria.

The apartment in a former monastery is spacious and cozy. Monica welcomed us warmly and provided us with helpful tips for visiting Urbino and the local conditions. The house in a secluded location on a hill is only easily accessible by car. Breakfast for 2 days consists of rusks, muffins and cakes (all packaged), jam, coffee capsules and various types of tea bags. Supermarket nearby, kitchen well equipped. In my opinion, the bed on the gallery is not very suitable for children and the elderly because of a steep staircase. It suited us well, we felt very comfortable!

Ascoli and its surroundings are very beautiful. Compared to food, there is little alternative for those who do not eat meat. But we had taken this into account. The apartment is super nice and within walking distance of the center.

Everything was spectacular!!! The check-in instructions, the self check-in, the parking space (which in Assisi is a critical issue), the comfort and cleanliness of the place, its location, in short, everything was great. I recommend it and I'll be back if possible!

Here's a possible review: Perfect apartment for our family with two young children. The central location and impeccable cleanliness made our stay really pleasant during the Befana event. The house is well organized and equipped with everything you need. If we were to go back to the area, we would definitely choose it again!

Maria is an amazing host! Her friendly welcoming nature made us feel at ease from the very start. Her attention to detail was amazing and her apartment was beautifully decorated. We had a few hiccups with transport and eSIMs which didn’t work, but Maria sorted everything out for us. We will be staying there again and next time we will stay for much more than just 3 days! Great location for exploring the surrounding villages. With magnificent views across the valley with Assisi Spello Trevi and many other places in the background. The apartment is very nicely divided and furnished and a really pleasant rest to relax after the excursions. If we stay in Umbria again, it will certainly be our accommodation again.

Wonderful apartment to stay at, location is perfect as it is close to the historic center but removed enough that it’s quiet. Easy to get to, we came via train and getting from the station with the minimetro to the apartment was quick and easy. The apartment itself is stunning, very roomy and the views are incredible. Everything looked just like the description. Mauro was very kind and attentive and helped with bags up the stairs. The snack bar and bottle of prosecco was a nice touch that was greatly appreciated and enjoyed. Would absolutely stay again and recommend this accommodation to anyone looking to stay in Perugia.

Gorgeous place in the hills of the Marches. we loved this place and will surely come back to visit Maria and her family. The breakfast she brought every morning was a delight, the surroundings were beautiful and so serene and of course we all enjoyed the pool so much especially considering the heat. We felt at home. I had a wonderful week in Foligno. The apartment is charming and comfortable, well equipped with everything you might need for your stay. The lovely host, Sonia and her genial husband, were helpful, kind and welcoming. I highly recommend Foligno as a town, too. Most guidebooks describe it a great base for exploring Umbria, which it is, but it is also an attractive and pleasant place in its own right.

It was a very special experience.I chose this amazing cottage among the 6 options, and the one brake that arrived was convinced by the scenery in front of me and it was nicer than on the photos.The host was friendly and had a great chat, the room was also the style I liked, and it was especially clean.Though it was only a short day, I wish I had booked a few more days at that time, and by the end it was very reluctant to check out.Will definitely come back to this nice house next time I'm in Assisi.Looking forward to seeing you next time!

The style, the cleanliness, the scent of my grandma's home. Really a caress after a day on a motorbike. Super breakfast with homemade tarts. Lots of availability from the owners but with the right confidentiality. I'll be back

Stefano's B&B is super cozy! Very well-finished in detail, both the interior and the outdoor garden. We found the room and bathroom to be very clean, the breakfast varied and plentiful. Stefano and his wife were very kind and helpful in providing some advice about the area. Recommended

The cottage was magical, as well as the beautiful nature nearby. Ideal for a few days if you just want peace and relaxation in nature. Some evenings we had trouble finding an open restaurant, sometimes we didn't even find one, and since there was no kitchen in the cottage, it wasn't pleasant. Vania was very accommodating and kind, and we were pleasantly surprised by breakfast and cleaning during our stay.

We stayed at this beautiful B&B for two nights. The place is magnificent with spectacular views of Perugia and the surrounding hills. Lamberto and Francesca are very kind and very nice, they delighted us with a rich and well-prepared breakfast, with a crazy view. The house is magnificent and our room was very clean and very nice. It was a wonderful stay and if we return to the area we will stay here again. A heartfelt thank you to Lamberto and Francesca for hosting us in their home, we can't wait to come back!
