I stayed at Chiara's for 3 nights, the house is well-maintained and comfortable, small but well-equipped, perfect for 2 people. I really appreciated the free parking a few steps from the house. It's right next to Piazza Matteotti, so it was really convenient when coming from the train station or shopping at the big supermarket. Santa Chiara Cathedral is also close, and St. Francis Cathedral is a 10-15 minute walk, so it's nice to be able to go easily. There were two bathrooms, and the kitchen was well-equipped, so it was convenient. However, if you are uncomfortable with the stairs, it would be good to consider that there are stairs from the front door to the room and kitchen. It won't be a problem for young people. Above all, Anna, the host, is kind, thoughtful, and very nice. They always asked me if I needed anything and gave me what I needed right away, so I was very comfortable. It is highly recommended for those who stay in Assisi for a long time.

Very nice apartment with terrace overlooking the sea. A little far from amenities if you don't have a car, but there is a way to walk to a bus or train. Benedetta was a great host: responds quickly and recommended nearby restaurants.

Fantastic place, very nice house we stayed comfortably in 7 with 3 bathrooms among other things there are no problems… clean tidy and very spacious house. The playroom was very much liked, especially by my 4-year-old daughter, who would have stayed there all the time instead of coming around with us. Beautiful outdoor garden, with lots of games much loved by children and everything you need to eat and grill and in fact we took advantage of it. The hosts are extremely kind and helpful both with regard to the house and the advice they gave us about the surroundings to visit. If I had to go back there, we'd definitely like to go back to this house. Amazing!

We loved our stay at Tiziana's Airbnb and would have been great to stay an additional day. The home is well equipped and the host is very kind. The center of montefalco is quite close and the views from the terrace are lovely.

We rented Roberto's place to spend the last days of the year. The apartment is perfect for spending time in a quiet environment, in the company of friends. The environment is comfortable and equipped for every need with very well-kept outdoor spaces. Roberto was helpful and extremely kind. Really a nice place to spend some pleasant time.

Beautiful place, wonderful family. My dad and I stopped, just one night to sleep and then, the next day, we left early, and in any case, we met Roberto and his son and they are wonderful people. They were very clear in giving directions on how to get to the house in the countryside and they were also very kind and helpful with every request. They know the area well, and if you want to visit Ancona and its surroundings, they can recommend the best places. The house is clean and tidy, and the area is very beautiful from an aesthetic point of view, a perfect place to relax (we even saw fireflies). If you have to stay in a place near Ancona, this is the best!

Daiana’s place is clean and spacious and in a lovely location. The beds and sofa were very comfortable and Daiana was very responsive and helpful. And flexible with check out. The house could do with a few more basic items which Daiana provided when requested. We were attending an event at the nearby castle so it was as an ideal location. The pool however was still closed for the winter so worth checking in advance.

It is a tidy and cozy accommodation in a peaceful countryside. You can feel the host's sincerity in the house. But it was a little cold. I was satisfied with everything else.

A quiet neighborhood with wonderful hosts who make you feel at home from day one. The perfect place for real relaxation. Our dog appreciated the daily company of sweet Memole in the garden. Clean, comfortable, the surroundings of the house are a feast for the senses!Matteo, Marusca and Eva were very friendly and helpful in every matter. This a perfect place to stay while visiting Spello. The apartment is a short walk to the old historic city, pastry and coffee shops, restaurants, gift shops and grocery store. There is also a good winery about 2 miles from the apartment. The hosts are exceptional. As we arrived, we were greeted with a large bowl of fruit, sparkling wine, a container of cookies, and everything you need for cooking including coffee, milk and other staples. The apartment is very comfortable and roomy with two decks to enjoy the sun. Communication was also excellent. I got instant replies to my questions. I highly recommend this wonderful apartment.

Christian and his family are the friendliest hosts ever!! We had an awesome time in our visit; the infinity pool is amazing and the views are incredible. We loved it here!

We really enjoyed our stay here and the conveniences it provided as a home base to explore Umbria. Laura was extremely communicative. She was helpful in making arrangements to store our bags ahead of check in and she provided excellent restaurant recommendations. Her flat provided incredible views and was as described in the listing. It was in a central location in the center of Perugia, which made everything including the mini metro easily accessible. Do recommend!

the appartament Is confy and clean

New, very clean apartment, in a nice condominium, a stone's throw from everything but located in a quiet area. The reserved parking space is definitely a plus. Considering the quality of the services, you can get around without a car. Enrico and his mother are very kind and communicative. We will definitely be back.

Our stay was simply perfect, the two of them were extraordinarily helpful and the house was so clean and tidy that we have never felt as comfortable in other places as we did here. They were really friendly hosts and in addition they took care of our furry friend when we were not at home... an unforgettable experience, in fact, we will soon be more than happy to go back! thank you.

Lovely place close to the mountains and helpful and welcoming hosts

Accommodation as described. Right next to San Rufino so in the heart of downtown, but very quiet at night because it faces an internal courtyard. I recommend taking the parking space recommended by Francesco because it is covered and close, at only 10 euros per day. Large and livable terrace with chairs and sofa, splendid view, incredible sunset over Assisi and Santa Chiara! Worth the price paid. Full kitchen with oil, salt, etc. and Francesco is a kind and friendly person!
