Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Evergreen

This was a beautiful house that we enjoyed for a small family get-together. The setting was peaceful in the woods of Bailey, the house was full of light and had all of the amenities one would need from kitchen utensils, to laundry and nice linens. The place was sparkling clean and had plenty of bathrooms which is always a big plus. Plenty of hikes are nearby. You do have a drive about 45 minutes if you want to eat out in Evergreen. Kathryn and James were super friendly and responsive. I would highly recommend staying here!

One of the best Airbnb stays in a long time. Alex is an excellent host and the property is beautiful. There is National Forest hiking within a mile of the property which we loved. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen and the toys/other amenities for our young child. Great stay!

In town for our first Red Rocks concert. Arriving after getting groceries from Locavore we made dinner beside a setting sun, and later watched the waxing crescent moon rise with Saturn 🪐 in tow. In the mornings we visited the hot tub and enjoyed the birds, and one very curious humming bird. Free magic here, such a lovely slice of the universe. Our visit is a diamond in the mind.

Had an awesome stay here. You can’t beat the views and the house had everything you need for a peaceful, relaxing stay.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! We were in town for a concert at Red Rocks, and the location was perfect—just a 30-minute drive away. The house was fully stocked with everything we could’ve needed, which made our stay super convenient and comfortable. I was initially a bit nervous about the drive up the mountain, but it turned out to be easy and the views were absolutely beautiful. The home stayed nice and cool the entire time, and we didn’t run into any issues. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m back in Evergreen! Thank you !!!

This is the second time we have stayed here. It’s wonderful! 9 deer in the yard hanging out and resting! The views are peaceful and beautiful! The kitchen has everything you need and the design of the home is very cool. The one drawback is the beds are hard. Initially, they feel like they are TempurPedic, but your body doesn’t melt into them. A quick fix could be memory toppers. The sheets are great, and I’m a sheet snob! That is my only critique. Faris is lightning fast responding and incredibly accommodating! It’s been a great find!! The kitchen is so big to allow room for people to move around-great, big island! Thank you, Faris! You are an awesome host!

Spent most of our time on the deck, gorgeous in every way. We arrived in early May with snow still on the ground and had a sunburn by the end of the week. The views are stunning, beautiful foothills of the rockies by day, and the city lights of Denver give it just a bit of sparkle at night. A hot tub with gorgeous views, who could say no? FYI, the road up to the house can be a bit intimidating for us flatlanders (we are from Michigan), but we made it up just fine and were completely comfortable with the ascent by the end of the week. Another note for flatlanders: this house is 3100 feet above Denver at 8300 feet. Don't plan on arriving and setting off on a big hike the first day, we could barely make it up the stairs the first few days. Fortunately, the big easy trailhead is not far away and suitable for the un-acclimated.

We had a wonderful time staying at Scott and Kate’s place! It’s very cozy, clean, and we felt right at home. Scott and Kate are both extremely kind, flexible, and responsive. We’d definitely stay here again!

Sara and Olivia were the perfect hosts! I had several questions about coming to town since it was my first time to the area! They were always prompt when answering my questions and their recs were spot on! Perfectly walkable to the sweet downtown. If I’m ever back in Golden, I’d be thrilled to stay here again!

Beautiful and spacious place, perfect for extended stays. Fast and reliable internet that allowed us to work remotely. gorgeous, peaceful surroundings while just a short drive to the nearest town, and Denver. I strongly recommend and would love to visit again.

We enjoyed our stay in Idaho Springs. Sonja's bnb is very well thought through. We enjoyed playing pool and exploring the vinyls collection. And the bathroom even has a bidet! Would absolutely recommend this airbnb and looking forward to staying here again.

She was so kind and answered all my questions so quickly! I would love to stay here again for another red rocks show. Cheap Ubers and safe area. Couldn’t ask for a better spot!

Judy’s place is so cute and comfy. We loved the decor and being able to play pool in the evenings! This place was quiet with beautiful views and nice walks, but then only a 5 min drive to town. We walked around town, enjoyed meals together and shopped. We were only there for a weekend , but had a lot of fun hiking, walking, went to to Argo mines/tunnel and white water rafting ( which is a must 🙌) If we come back, we will definitely stay here again! Mish provided excellent service and reached out proactively both before check-in and a day after check-in to offer any help needed. It was easy to check-in, the place was clean. For the price and proximity to my destination, I would book it again.

This place was absolutely beautiful, I cannot recommend it enough! It is 10,000ft in the middle of the mountains with views all around. Even though it is a condo, we often felt like we were the only people there. It is right next to the St. Mary trail so we were able to easily hike. Jason was incredibly kind and attentive to all of our questions and made the stay very easy. Notably, if you are staying here I highly suggest a car (you might be able to find an Uber up from downtown Idaho Springs, but getting back down will be more difficult). If it is available def book this place!!

This was a fantastic place to so end our anniversary. The hosts gave us wonderful dinner recommendations and it was as beautiful as described. We can’t wait to come back again.

I appreciate how well Cheryl communicated and the flexibility for a slight early check in as we arrived earlier than we expected. The place was peaceful, and we found everything we needed in the kitchen. Will definitely look to stay here again when work or play bring me to this side of Colorado.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and comfy. Enjoyed the outside patio and view. It was a great location for us while visiting Rocky Mountain National Park!

Great stay overall for my brother and I during our trip to Golden. Kelly provided great instructions on how to get into the unit and things to do in the area. Would highly recommend.

Our stay was great for our needs and short time in the Denver area. I would highly recommend Dean’s place if you are looking for a clean, safe, comfortable and affordable place to call home for a quick stay or a few nights. I have zero complaints. I especially appreciate the reasonable cost and convenience. No cleaning fee was a bonus! I think if I had my own Airbnb similar to Dean’s, I would also be willing to offer a great space for a realistic cost with realistic expectations. Thanks, Dean & family. If I am back in the Denver area again, I will gladly look you up 🙂

Can't say enough good about this place to stay. Clayton was friendly and responsive, the place was as described. We loved the location, beautiful trails to walk and a lake to fish. Gorgeous mountains. It was our first time to Colorado and this was the perfect place to stay. It's 20ish minutes to nearest store, so bring your own food and supplies. We had done that so were happy to be away from stores. We used this as a hub to see other destinations like Estes and Rocky Mt National Park, but would have been happy to just enjoy around the condo more.

Very comfortable home with everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend if you’re in the area.
