Vacation rentals with breakfast in Eureka Springs

Perfect layout and space for us to meet up with our adult children for a long weekend visit and some golf. Having 4 bathrooms was wonderful! Everyone reported beds were comfortable, and bedrooms were cozy and situated for privacy or solitude when needed. Kitchen was more than adequately furnished for meal preparation. Overall feel of the place was relaxing and cozy…and the view from the deck was beautiful this time of year.

We enjoyed our stay at Polly's Place. Shari gave great directions on finding the house and getting in. We instantly felt welcomed and at home. There were dog toys, treats, bowls, blankets and brochures of things to do in the area. I loved the color coordinated bedrooms. A plus is that each had a chair, bench, and/or luggage rack. We liked having cooking oil and a variety of spices available. The house was tastefully decorated, clean and had everything we could possibly need without being cluttered. Our grandpup loved the freedom of the fenced backyard. The side of the house is on a busy street, but we never had an issue with road noise. The driveway and entrance are on a quiet street, so easy to get in and out. The location was great for getting to everything the area had to offer. The garage was handy for the stormy night we had. Though pet friendly it was clean and had no pet odor. I recommend Polly's Place whether you have a pet or not. I would stay again.

Great, great location!! Right in the center of Bentonville, close to Roger’s and Fayetteville. Brooke’s house was extremely clean and free of clutter. The beds were super comfy and we slept like babies all 3 nights. The back porch was the perfect set up for us. The dogs were able to roam and have a great place to sniff around. The house was very dog friendly. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We had a great experience.

We stayed at Palmer House for my son’s graduation from Arkansas. I can’t say enough about how perfect this home was. We had three generations in the home and were very comfortable. Matthew had the doors to the screen porch wide open when we checked in and it was impressive when we walked in. We had some friends and family over for a BBQ before the grad ceremony and the screened porch and deck were perfectly ideal for the group to celebrate. After the BBQ we all walked to Bud Walton for graduation. Just so much fun and The Palmer House made our weekend simply incredible!

We had such a wonderful stay, the hosts were amazing and so responsive. They left us homemade muffins, which were sooo good! The location was perfect , we can’t wait to stay again :)

Perfect location and charming home. Very comfortable beds and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Large home that had plenty of space for our family during graduation weekend.

This spot is a phenomenal place. It's very eell done; classy and private. Also it was super clean. It's a brilliant idea that was well executed, and stocked with the perfect props and furniture. Oh and thanks for the snacks!

We had a house fire, I have cancer and we had no place to go. I contacted Nama and she gave us a peace of mind, knowing we had a warm, welcoming home to live for almost a month. The price was affordable, clean, comfortable and she made sure we had everything we needed. She even had Cox cable installed for us. We are so grateful for her hosting myself, my husband, my son and my service dog. Me and my family are so blessed to have her in our lives. We know she and her family are God sent and lifesavers. God’s blessings to her and her husband for hosting us as we are in search for a new home. 🙏🏽😇

We came to Bentonville to enjoy some technical riding, and this place was perfect for our stay. The location is excellent—close to downtown, trailheads, and even an Aldi. Both the couch and mattress were extremely comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped, making it ideal for the two of us. The recreation area, which is nearly complete, features beautiful amenities, including lounge chairs set in the shallow end of the pool—a relaxing, resort-like touch. This first-floor unit is brand new, offers easy access to parking, and truly feels like a luxury accommodation. During our stay, I had a medical incident, and Misty was incredibly accommodating and flexible—something we truly appreciated.

It’s our favorite airbnb! We loved the location! The Arkansas themed decor was the best! It had so many extra things provided that really came in handy!! The host was so sweet! We loved every minute of it and hope to stay again!

It was an absolutely beautiful space. Peaceful, quiet, and the host was excellent at responses, addressing any and every question. I look forward to booking a stay here again in the future

The place was exactly as described. Very clean, cozy, quiet and has a great pool. We were able to walk to restaurants, stores and easy to get to downtown. I would stay again.

Immaculate, spacious 2 bed, 2 bath apartment for our family of 5. Location and amenities were great. Host was very responsive as well. Definitely recommend booking this place!

Such a great location! Close to shopping centers, great restaurants and absolutely felt right at home with the convenience of everything! I would definitely recommend Jeffrey’s place!

Condo was well furnished and very clean. No carpeting which was very good for my husbands walker to manuver. Location iis near a lot of food options and shopping. We would stay again. Jeffrey was very easy to communicate with.

While there are many lodging options sprinkled throughout Eureka, the Peabody House is the ideal choice for those looking for privacy & easy access to the downtown scene. We had the pleasure of staying in The Cottage located just behind the main house for two nights. Colton & Lillian are amazing hosts and were gracious enough to allow us to elope on the property. The lush garden with its rock wall, creeping ivys and mosses was the perfect setting for our vows. We enjoyed the scent of honeysuckle growing on the property and the lovely couple of cats roaming around. The friendly tabby was like our little ambassador as we found it following us around town & racing us back to The Cottage. The interior was homey, clean and we loved the comfortable king bed & air jetted tub for two. Couples robes, drinks & snacks were available to us upon arrival and we really felt at home during our stay. Anytime we visit Eureka we will try to return to the Peabody House.

What a wonderful stay at 5 Ojo in Eureka Springs! The room was incredibly cozy with a super comfortable bed — perfect for relaxing after a day of work and exploring. Breakfast was both beautiful and delicious, clearly made with care. Everything was spotless, and the location made it easy to get in and out of town. Susan and Tom, the owners, were fantastic — very helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had, which made everything so smooth. As a sweet surprise, they even left a bag of cookies at my door — such a thoughtful touch! I’d absolutely love to stay here again on any future visits. Highly recommend!

My stay at the Perch (4th floor) of this gorgeous home totally set the stage for our wedding weekend! Tamara was truly a jewel in making us feel so celebrated and welcome! She did amazing with her daily breakfast spread, we had the best time chatting and learning about the Ozarks. I would absolutely return. The walk from Armstrong down to Main street was super cool if you're down with stairs!! Thank you for making my final days as Ms. Michaels so magical!

Loved our place and being able to bring our fur babies. Susan was extremely friendly and the breakfast was great!

Joana & Michael struck the perfect balance between hospitable and privacy. We loved their restaurant recommendations and delicious omelettes!!

The Tower House is a great stay for groups looking to have proximity to the food and fun of Eureka Springs. Ours loved having different areas to gather in and outside the Tower House. The rocking chairs were a particularly beloved feature for watching the clouds and cars go by.

This was a beautiful little place, we were there last minute because of a mishap with a hotel, but it was worth the stay.

Very nice place. Responded very quickly. Clean place. I would rather stay with Sharron than a hotel. You won't be disappointed.
