Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Essex County

Spacious and clean. The bed was really comfortable and the temperature. It was easy to control. The view from the windows in the deck was not great, considering the abandon hotel, and the retaining wall in the front yard. but it was very close to town, and easy to get to all the attractions.

Great location in Lake Placid and is within walking distance to great restaurants, shopping and Mirror Lake. The views of the mountains are really wonderful. The house is clean and well stocked. It exceeded our expectations will definitely come back again.

Loved staying at Vadim's place: comfortable, quiet, extremely close to the Olympic center, Main Street, and Mirror Lake. Equally as important, Vadim was an excellent host. incredibly responsive, flexible. Without a doubt, I will be coming back to Vadim's place

Great spot right in downtown Lake Placid. Just a couple blocks from the main drag, everything was super easy to get to and walkable. Shops and Mirror Lake. Loved that I was not far from tons of hiking locations at any given time. The place was clean and the beds were comfy. Definitely as advertised. My one complaint (not worth taking a star off over) has to do with windows and the AC. One window in each bedroom was missing a screen. I didn’t notice at first and they’re pretty low so my dog was walking around on the 2nd floor near it. Yikes. I assume they’re for an AC unit, which would have been nice to have easy access to as the 2nd night was stayed it was easily in the 80s in the house. Would’ve sent a note to the host but the first night was fine. Unfortunately we got in late the second night (~10PM) so too late to make the request for an AC unit. If the screens are out, the AC units should be in - just my two cents!

it was great experience to stay here. it's far from near tourists places but cool and calm place. Good thing about stay was no search for food. It is on top of really good restaurant where you can find Indian along with other items. we enjoyed.

Property is gorgeous with a beautiful view! It’s a walkable distance to Main Street and all it has to offer! Vadim was an amazing host!! Very clear with communication and willing to help with whatever we needed! He was very friendly and kind!

This home was absolutely lovely and a perfect location for our trip to Fort Ticonderoga and Mount Independence! Jennifer was so responsive when we had any questions plus the maple syrup, farm fresh eggs and butter were such a warm gift! We would definitely like to stay in their home again, thank you!

We stayed at this home for 3 nights and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The house was in pristine condition—spotlessly clean, tidy to every detail, and incredibly comfortable. There wasn’t a single hair or speck of dirt on any of the linens, which made it feel just like our own home. My family was visiting me from abroad, and even they felt right at ease and thoroughly enjoyed their stay. The host, Sarah, was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful. She made us feel right at home from the start. The house had every amenity you could possibly need—seriously, anything you think of is already there. If I ever visit the Adirondacks again, I wouldn’t think twice about staying here. It’s the perfect home away from home.

This place was great. Three very spacious bedrooms and a big kitchen for group dinners. The fireplace was our central meeting spot and we had a fire every night. There was plenty of wood available for us. We were there during a winter storm and both days the plow service was there right at 7am. The house is way back on a private road off of the main highway. The entire time we felt secluded in the woods and could not even hear the main road. This was a perfect spot for our winter getaway. Lots of places to hike, sled, and cross country ski nearby.

We had an amazing experience staying at this Lake George property. The host went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect—from clear communication before our arrival to thoughtful touches throughout the home that made it feel welcoming and comfortable. It’s clear they truly care about their guests’ experience. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully stocked with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the cozy blankets, fun board games, and super comfy beds. The location was peaceful and perfectly situated—close to the lake, hiking trails, and great local restaurants. We left feeling refreshed and so grateful for such a warm and relaxing stay. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Lake George, and we’re already hoping to return! We loved our stay at Big Spruce Lodge! This single family home is nestled in the trees along Mirror Lake Drive. The perfect starting point for a Lake Placid area adventure. While only my husband and I stayed in the house, there was plenty of room to spread out for a larger group, with 3 bedrooms, a main floor living/dining area, and a living room/den area on the ground floor. We loved the well equipped kitchen as we were cooking most of our meals at the lodge. The house was clean and as pictured. You need to be able to go up and down stairs if you are staying in this house. Kelly was the perfect host - friendly and responsive. She also baked us the most perfect and delicious cookies as part of our welcome gift. So adorable and thoughtful! We also enjoyed spending some time down on the beach which was very relaxing. Maybe next time we will take out the canoe! I'm already counting the days until our next trip to Big Spruce!

Our group had an all-around incredible experience at this house. The location is unbeatable, the property was beautiful and the hosts were very attentive. I hope to stay here again on my next trip to beautiful Lake Placid!

Had a wonderful long weekend in Lake Placid with two couples, a toddler, and a dog. Our stay was comfortable and the location was great - very walkable to shops, restaurants, and attractions on Main Street. The carport was definitely a plus since it snowed while we were there.
