The perfect place to be in the woods, but not isolated. Cook your meals in the nearby cookhouse (40’ away, unheated) on a camp stove or over an open campfire. A heated bathroom/shower is 20’ away. Access to the Adirondack Rail Trail is nearby. This space is suitable for three people comfortably. There is 1 Full sized bed and 1 twin bed.

We are 5 minutes from Saranac Lake, 10 Minutes from Lake Placid, and 25 minutes from Whiteface. Located on a peninsula of Oseetah Lake, we have waterfront access perfect for ice skating, snowshoeing and XC skiing in the winter right from our doorstep. The lake offers sweeping views of Ampersand and the surrounding mountains.
