Located in the center of Main St., on Mirror Lake, Below the Books, Beside the Lake is a lakefront, 2 BR, 1 bath. apt. We have a fully equipped kitchen, but if you don't feel like cooking, one of Lake Placid's busiest restaurants is located right next door. There is in-floor heat in the bathroom, a full-size washer and dryer and the bedrooms have wall-mounted AC. You will have your own private deck with gas grill, and access to Mirror Lake. The property has its own private dock accessible for personal motor boat use and is equipped with a Canoe, 2 Kayaks, and Pedal Boat for guest use! 5 mins to Downtown Saranac Lake and 20 mins to Lake Placid. The River House

This beautiful, spacious home has been in our family for years. The property rests on a large piece of wooded acreage and is 200 yds. from a private beach on Schroon River, and also within ten minutes of the Schroon Lake beach. This home is for guests that are looking to have a relaxing get away. It is not to be rented for any type of party or event. We can not tolerate damage done to the home because of partying. You will be responsible for any damage done to the house.
