We highly recommend staying here! Super clean and in a peaceful community only a short drive to Wilmington and Lake Placid. Stacy, our host, was also super responsive to any questions and needs. The hot tub was a great spot to hang out and relax after a long day on the water or on the trails. We will surely be back!

We came up for a few nights to elope in the mountains with our two dogs. Meghan was so accommodating. This is our second time at this cabin but plan on making this our go to vacation spot when we come to Lake Placid!

This lakeside cabin was an amazing getaway from the busy life that we live. We spent our early morning having coffee on the dock while we watched our dog splash around and swim endlessly. The cabin was both far away from busy streets but also close enough to walk to shops and the nearby town. The cabin itself was very clean and provided a nice quiet place to relax after a long day of outdoor activity. We enjoyed using the kayaks provided as well as the fire-pit. We were fortunate to meet Walter who was kind of enough to give us a boat tour and a talk to us about life in the Adirondacks. We had a great time visiting and will not hesitate to book another stay should we venture off to the Adirondacks again.

This is such a lovely little cabin, perfect for a couple. The cabin and the hot tub are both in excellent condition. The bed is comfortable. The area is scenic and private.

Our family had a lovely stay at Euymyoung's cabin! The communication was thorough, household items labeled, and directions to the house well-explained. The cabin was very cozy and well-appointed; location was serene. We enjoyed grilling on the deck and took advantage of the firepit and hot-tub. Location was great in terms of accessibility to near-by attraction/trails s such as High Falls Gorge, Wilmington, and Lake Placid. We thank our host for time to regenerate and marvel at the beauty of our surroundings. We would love to come back!

We had a great stay overall! The location is peaceful and remote—perfect for a quiet getaway in the Adirondacks. Just a heads-up: cell service is very limited in the area, so make sure to set your GPS directions before you arrive. The house itself was in good order and matched the listing—clutter-free and comfortable. While it could have used a deeper clean, it was tidy and functional and accurate to the listing. The beds were especially excellent—super comfortable and made for a great night’s sleep. Would recommend for anyone looking to unplug and enjoy the outdoors. The host Daniel is excellent and a pleasure to work with. Very responsive and proactive, and it's clear he takes pride in his AirBnB business.

Loved the Brookside Cabin… it was cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated/appointed . It fit the needs of 2 people and 2 dogs for our 4 day winter holiday. Our dogs enjoyed the wooded property and exploring John’s Brook. It was covered in snow & ice - very scenic. The Caretaker “Dave” was extremely responsive when the heat unfortunately failed on a bitterly cold Sunday. He brought 3 electric heaters to keep us comfortable and arranged for visits from a heating company to fix the problem - which was done. Lana- the rental property manager -called everyday to be sure we were well taken care of as well. Can’t say enough good things - will definitely return and recommend to others.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Owl's Nest. Was perfect for a quiet getaway and loved the location. Everything we needed was on hand. Highly recommend!

My girlfriend and I had an amazing time here. The house was very cozy and felt like home. There were plenty of extras in the house and it was close to local restaurants and Lake Placid. We'll definitely come back!

Our stay was super peaceful and we really enjoyed the cabin. We were able to thoroughly enjoy our time in the Adirondacks and Brooke's cabin gave us a great location to access a lot of what the area had on offer. Each morning we got to enjoy sipping coffee while listening to the birds. On the hot days the AC kept the cabin cool and comfortable so we were able to rest well in the evenings. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a calm place to stay with your partner to access the great region that is the Adirondacks. Brooke was very responsive to our questions and was very helpful!

My wife and I stayed for a weekend at Ezia's place. It was great! Extremely clean and very comfortable. Lots of space. Easy check-in. Good location: About 20 minutes from both Lake Placid and the Keene Valley-area trail heads. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay, it checked all of our boxes and was extremely clean . The bed was one of the most comfortable beds in any air Bnb we have ever stayed in. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough how thoughtful Mark and his family were in digging my car out of the snow after GPS directed me past Marks cabin which was thoroughly plowed. Wonderful and kind people. Old school bare bones cabin perfect for a peaceful night before heading to High Peaks for hiking.

Our stay at The Treehouse was wonderful. My family was immediately comfortable and loved our stay! Comfy beds, plenty of towels and lots of hooks and towel bars. The outdoor space was beautifully relaxing.

Amir is the best host on the planet, the house is clean, well stocked and has a great covered patio for relaxing. Whether your on vacation or travelling for work, this place is a quiet gem, I have stayed here multiple times and will come back when I am in the area. Has everything you need to feel at home no matter how far away the real home is....

This place was so beautiful! We loved kayaking. It had everything we needed and more - a sharp knife in an airbnb is something we really appreciate!

This is aptly named - we saw fireflies and deer in the meadow at night and butterflies and birds all day long. The breeezes and rain were lovely, but we were there during some unusual early summer heat which really affected the loft sleeping situation. Thankfully we were a small enough group to all move downstairs. Highlights/memories were the porch swing, watching the kids haul buckets of water from the pond, reading in the lovely sitting areas, swimming in Lake George and seeing historical sites. Solar power worked great.

Highly recommend this Beautiful homey apartment. Lots of personal touches whicjh make you feel appreciative. Kitchen well stocked with whatever you need to cook. Fire pit and supplies for s’mores Apartment clean and nicely decorative Friendly host and hostess. Very convenient to hiking trails and all the Olympic sites.

Scott and co-hosts were great hosts. Four of us stayed at cozy cabin for two nights. Beautiful surroundings, we were able to swim in the lake and then end the day with a nice campfire. Scott also had great recommendations for day hikes in the area!

Beyond the Schoolhouse being picturesque amongst the High Peaks, it was pristinely kept, and came loaded with an awesome ADK reading library that we loved! Karlan was a super accommodating and responsive host, and we are absolutely planning on making the Schoolhouse our regular remote HQ when hiking new mountains.
