Vacation rentals with beach access in Erice

Francesca and Giulio were fantastic hosts with great communication. Anything I needed they were there with prompt answer and also had great suggestions for the area. They even offered to book our transfers to the airport for us at the end of our stay which was a big help for us!! The apartment was exactly as pictured, very spacious and comfortable and very clean. The location was very walkable for sightseeing, hop on hop off buses and sooo many restaurants and great spots within walking distance. I would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Palermo.

We had a very good time in Lucia's flat, it is well located and very carefully looked after, so you will find a flawlessly maintained, clean and pleasing apartment. The terrace is a boon.

Beste Wohnung, die wir bisher hatten. Die Terrasse ist einfach eine Sensation und man will eigentlich gar nicht das Haus verlassen, weil die Aussicht auf den Hafen und die Berge einfach toll ist. Terrasse von anderen Nachbarn nicht einsehbar. Es gibt sogar mehrere Beleuchtungsoptionen für die Nacht - an alles ist gedacht. Einzig die Anfahrt durch die Altstadt ist je nach Autogröße nervenaufreibend, aber machbar. Es gibt aber auch kostenpflichtige Parkplätze (unter anderem über Easypark buchbar) direkt 2 Minuten ums Eck. Achtung im Sommer bzw. zu bestimmten Jahreszeiten: Es gibt im Ort verkehrsbeschränkte Zonen (ZTL), in die man mit dem Mietauto nicht reinfahren/durchfahren darf. Kameras erfassen alles und die Strafen können im Nachhinein richtig teuer werden. Einfach vorher informieren oder nachfragen.

Siamo state molto bene! La vista dal balcone era molto bella. La comunicazione con Giuseppe è stata molto semplice. L'appartamento è collocato a pochi minuti di camminata dal mare. Posto consigliato!

Angelo è stato proprio un super-host. Nei mesi precedenti la partenza ci ha consigliato sia alcuni posti dove mangiare, sia quali mezzi utilizzare per lo spostamento aeroporto-Trapani. Durante il nostro soggiorno ha risposto tempestivamente a qualsiasi richiesta . Dall’appartamento si raggiungono le vie dello shopping e dei ristoranti in una paio di minuti. In generale si può raggiungere tutto a piedi come il porto (5min) o la fermata dell’autobus (5min).

Best Airbnb in Sicily so far. Completely and newly renovated apartment on the first floor with a beautiful view on the park and the sea behind it. Quality furniture (even if IKEA), good mattresses, comfortable couch, spacious living room, nice small balcony, no kitschy objects. Kitchen is well equipped. Tap water from the water tanks is not recommended. Mazara del Vallo is a great base camp for visits to the famous sights nearby. Don't miss the local Dancing Satyr.

Soggiorno magnifico. Siamo state 3 notti in questa casa, davvero super comoda come base per girare questa isola incantevole, svegliarsi al mattino con il mare a pochi metri è davvero impagabile. Comunicazione con L'host facile e veloce. Consiglio vivamente.

Our stay at Maria’s charming historical villa on the stunning island of Favignana was pure bliss. From the moment she picked us up at the harbor, we felt her warm and kind-hearted nature. Despite my Italian not being perfect, we understood each other effortlessly and felt a deep, mutual connection. We spent our days on the beautiful terrace, enjoying swims in the crystal-clear, turquoise waters of our secluded cala. The villa’s location is perfect for exploring the island by bike, e-bike, or motorbike. We chose regular bikes, embracing the “dolce far niente” vibe as we leisurely explored every corner of the island’s beauty. Despite Maria describing the villa as small, it felt like a luxurious paradise with everything we needed and beyond. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax, recharge, and discover Favignana’s charm. We’ll definitely be back if we’re lucky enough to find this magical villa available again. Wir waren zu dritt in Sofias Unterkunft und haben dort ein paar sehr schöne Tage verbracht. Hätte ich gewusst, wie wunderschön diese Unterkunft ist, dann hätten wir definitiv mehr Tage gebucht. Ich finde die Unterkunft in echt noch schöner als auf den Bilder. Sie ist super modern, neuwertig und auch von der Sauberkeit war alles in bester Ordnung. Sofia hat alles mit Liebe eingerichtet, es fühlte sich wie ein richtiges Zuhause an. Die Lage bietet eine sehr schöne Aussicht. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und etwas versteckt. Für die Unterkunft würde ich dringend zu einem Mietauto raten. Die Kommunikation mit Sofia war einwandfrei, sie war jederzeit zu erreichen und dabei immer super freundlich. Wir haben einige lokale Tipps von ihr bekommen. Ich würde definitiv wiederkommen. Sofia ist eine super Gastgeberin.

Roberto ist ein toller Gastgeber, er ist sehr fürsorglich und hat uns super bei allen Fragen unterstützt. Wir haben uns immer sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist in einer Traumhaften Lage, auf jeder Ebene mit toller Aussicht aufs Meer. Das Highlight ist der Private Zugang zum Meer. Der Pool bietet alles was man für einen tollen Urlaub benötigt. Parkplätze sind im Grundstück vorhanden. Wir hatten einen VW Bus, ein Motorrad und ein kleines Mietauto dabei. (und Mountainbikes) Die nähe zum Flughafen war für uns sehr praktisch, weil wir mit der ganzen Familie dort waren und unsere Kinder zu verschiedenen Zeiten angereist sind. Ein eigenes Auto ist notwendig um Mobil zu sein. Für uns war es perfekt weil wir ca. 50 min ins Kletterparadies San Vito del Capo benötigten und auch mal nach Palermo fahren konnten. Die Entfernung zu den schönsten Orten in West Sizilien sind mit <1Std. zu erreichen. das Wohngebiet ist sehr Ruhig und gepflegt und wir haben uns immer sicher gefühlt. Danke an Roberto

l'appartement était très bien ! il manque juste quelques ustensiles dans la cuisine afin que celà soit plus facile de cuisiner ;) - un épluche legume - un presse agrume - des saladiers 😉

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad! Het huis is gelegen in een super mooie omgeving, we hebben goed geslapen en genoten van de knusse open haard in de avonden. Het zoute water was alleen niet zo comfortabel en gaf niet echt een schoon gevoel om mee te douchen. Verder was alles naar wens en zouden we het zeker aanraden om hier te verblijven!

Could not recommend this beautiful Airbnb more! Was undoubtedly the best experience I’ve had. The apartment is more beautiful in real life and there is the sweetest little pathway down the beach 2 seconds from the apartment… We had coffee every morning at the little shop at the end of the road and spent our days at Casa Maje - a magical beach club run by very special people. Thank you so much Maria Teresa! This is a very special find and we will absolutely be back! For sure!

We had a wonderful stay! The view from the villa is absolutely stunning. We were a group of 7 ladies and felt very comfortable throughout our visit. The surroundings are generally nice, although some parts of the nearby public beach were a bit dirty — nothing to do with the villa owners, of course. What we really loved was the terrace — during the day, when it’s incredibly hot, the terrace stays mostly in the shade, which makes it the perfect spot to relax and hang out. Being out in the sun was just impossible, so the shaded space was a lifesaver! The hosts were incredibly communicative and responsive — they replied to any questions within a minute. The only downside was the number of mosquitoes, so it would have been great to get a heads-up about that. I’d recommend bringing some repellent spray. Overall, a fantastic place for a relaxing stay. Loved our stay here! Extremely clean and spacious. There was free parking nearby and walkable to many parts of the town. Giovanni was very welcoming and gave us plenty of recommendations. Washing machine was very convenient to have as well. The bed was comfortable and AC worked well. Only thing I would mention is that there was a cigarette smell in the bathroom only. It was driving me crazy trying to figure out where it was coming from, seemed like maybe through the pipes. I only noticed it in the bathroom and outside the door to the apartment. It was bearable though but thought it worth mentioning in case someone is highly sensitive to that. Overall, highly recommend!

Staying at Enrico’s property was the best Air BnB experience I’ve had! He was so friendly, responsive and made so many useful and helpful recommendations. Enrico went above and beyond to make our stay most comfortable and easy. Aside from that, the property itself was the perfect location right on stunning Mondello beach with the most beautiful views. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute wie zu Hause gefühlt und wären gerne länger geblieben. Makellose Unterkunft, sehr schön gelegen mit einem schönen Blick aufs Meer und Berge. Es war alles da was wir brauchten. Super geräumig mit sehr schöner Terrasse. Schöner Pool mit ausreichend Liegen und schönen Blick. 300 Meter zum schönen Strand. Zum Ort mit vielen Restaurants ca 1,5 km. Nette Gastgeber die jederzeit erreichbar waren und gute Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben haben. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen!

A beautiful stylish apartment, with the added bonus of a huge roof terrace with comfortable furniture overlooking the harbour. The kitchen was perfect for self catering if needed. Plenty of hot water for showers. Comfortable bed with beautiful linen. Central quiet location opposite small sandy beach.

Einer unsere schönsten Aufenthalte bislang - Maras Haus ist eine Oase und mit so viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, dass man sich nur wohl fühlen kann. Das Haus liegt fußläufig wenige Minuten vom Meer entfernt und ist umgeben von einem riesigen Garten mit Basilikum, Zucchini, Zitronen, Granatäpfel, Feigen etc. wo wir uns bedienen durften. Mara ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, hat uns aber auch genug Privatsphäre gelassen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Danke Mara für die schöne Zeit.

Wir haben eine Woche in dem tollen Apartment verbracht. Unser Flug hatte Verspätung aber dies war kein Problem. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Der Strand, Einkaufsstraße und Restaurants -alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Hinterhof mit Orangen und Zitronenbäumen ist ein Traum, wir haben jeden Morgen frischen Orangensaft genossen. Wenn wir etwas „bemängeln“ würden dann, dass es etwas wenig Ablagemögkichkeiten gibt und die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer (für uns) etwas zu hart war. Alles in allem sind wir aber sehr zufrieden und planen schon unseren nächsten Aufenthalt dort.

The Da Alba apartment is spacious, reasonably comfortable and situated in a quiet block within a quiet neighbourhood. You are more likely to be woken by church bells than traffic. It's also very well situated for transport, near the ferry port and the important bus stop in front of the port, with buses to all the towns of western Sicily, as well as Palermo (including the airport), Trapani-Birgi airport, and Agrigento (with the Valle dei Templi). A slightly longer walk will take you to the train station, main bus station, or the other way into the historic centre. The kitchen is sufficiently well-equipped for basic cooking, with the bonus of a good espresso machine. Giuseppe was an extremely friendly, welcoming and responsive host, quick to answer any questions or solve any little problem. I enjoyed a stay of a fortnight in the winter, but I imagine this would also make for a very good value, cool and shady refuge for a family or group of up to four in the summer.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich wunderschön. Zu Beginn gab es alles was man benötigt und noch viele Kleinigkeiten mehr (sogar zur Begrüßung einen Sekt & Wein) Wir haben uns direkt wie Zuhause gefühlt und das Wlan ist perfekt fürs Arbeiten aus dem Ausland. Wir können die Unterkunft allen empfehlen, die überlegen remote zu arbeiten und gleichzeitig in den Genuss eines tollen Ausblicks und einer riesigen Dachterrasse kommen wollen 😉 Danke für alles! Wir kommen gerne wieder.
