Vacation rentals with beach access in Erice

Francesca and Giulio were fantastic hosts with great communication. Anything I needed they were there with prompt answer and also had great suggestions for the area. They even offered to book our transfers to the airport for us at the end of our stay which was a big help for us!! The apartment was exactly as pictured, very spacious and comfortable and very clean. The location was very walkable for sightseeing, hop on hop off buses and sooo many restaurants and great spots within walking distance. I would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Palermo.

We had a very good time in Lucia's flat, it is well located and very carefully looked after, so you will find a flawlessly maintained, clean and pleasing apartment. The terrace is a boon.

Angelo was a super host. In the months before departure, he advised us both on some places to eat and on which means to use for the airport-Trapani transfer. During our stay, he responded promptly to any requests. From the apartment you can reach the shopping streets and restaurants in a couple of minutes. In general, you can reach everything on foot, such as the port (5 min) or the bus stop (5 min).

Best Airbnb in Sicily so far. Completely and newly renovated apartment on the first floor with a beautiful view on the park and the sea behind it. Quality furniture (even if IKEA), good mattresses, comfortable couch, spacious living room, nice small balcony, no kitschy objects. Kitchen is well equipped. Tap water from the water tanks is not recommended. Mazara del Vallo is a great base camp for visits to the famous sights nearby. Don't miss the local Dancing Satyr.

Listing as described. Géraldine gave us plenty of nice places. Impeccable accommodation. Very hot when you arrive but fortunately there is air conditioning.

Magnificent living room. We stayed 3 nights in this house, really super convenient as a base to tour this enchanting island, Waking up in the morning with the sea just a few meters away is really priceless. Quick and easy communication with the host. Highly recommend.

Our stay at Maria’s charming historical villa on the stunning island of Favignana was pure bliss. From the moment she picked us up at the harbor, we felt her warm and kind-hearted nature. Despite my Italian not being perfect, we understood each other effortlessly and felt a deep, mutual connection. We spent our days on the beautiful terrace, enjoying swims in the crystal-clear, turquoise waters of our secluded cala. The villa’s location is perfect for exploring the island by bike, e-bike, or motorbike. We chose regular bikes, embracing the “dolce far niente” vibe as we leisurely explored every corner of the island’s beauty. Despite Maria describing the villa as small, it felt like a luxurious paradise with everything we needed and beyond. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax, recharge, and discover Favignana’s charm. We’ll definitely be back if we’re lucky enough to find this magical villa available again. There were three of us in Sofia's place and we spent a few very nice days there. Had I known how beautiful this place is, we would definitely have booked more days. I think the place is even nicer in real life than in the pictures. It is super modern, new and also from the cleanliness everything was in perfect order. Sofia decorated everything with love, it felt like a real home. The location offers a very nice view. The area is very quiet and somewhat hidden. For the accommodation, I would urgently recommend a rental car. The communication with Sofia was impeccable, she was always available and always super friendly. We got some local tips from her. Would definitely return. Sofia is a super host.

Roberto is a great host, he is very caring and supported us super with all questions. We always felt very comfortable. The house is in a fantastic location, on every level with great views of the sea. The highlight is the private access to the sea. The pool offers everything you need for a great vacation. Parking is available on the property. We had a VW bus, a motorcycle and a small rental car with us. (and mountain bikes) The proximity to the airport was very convenient for us because we were there with the whole family and our children arrived at different times. A private car is necessary to be mobile. For us, it was perfect because we needed about 50 minutes to the climbing paradise San Vito del Capo and could also go to Palermo. The distance to the most beautiful places in West Sicily can be reached in <1 hour. The residential area is very quiet and well maintained and we always felt safe. Thanks to Roberto

the location is great, right on the sea wall with the beach below. Only a few minutes walk to the centre of town where there were dozens of restaurants, and to the port from where you could take ferries and excursions to the Egadi islands. Trapani is a good base to visit Western Sicily. The property was perfect for us being so close to the sea, and Alessandro responded very quickly to any questions, gave us local advice etc

We had a great stay! The house is located in a super nice area, we slept well and enjoyed the cozy fireplace in the evenings. The salt water was just not so comfortable and didn't really give a clean feeling to shower with. Furthermore, everything was to your liking and we would definitely recommend staying here!

Could not recommend this beautiful Airbnb more! Was undoubtedly the best experience I’ve had. The apartment is more beautiful in real life and there is the sweetest little pathway down the beach 2 seconds from the apartment… We had coffee every morning at the little shop at the end of the road and spent our days at Casa Maje - a magical beach club run by very special people. Thank you so much Maria Teresa! This is a very special find and we will absolutely be back! For sure!

We had a wonderful stay! The view from the villa is absolutely stunning. We were a group of 7 ladies and felt very comfortable throughout our visit. The surroundings are generally nice, although some parts of the nearby public beach were a bit dirty — nothing to do with the villa owners, of course. What we really loved was the terrace — during the day, when it’s incredibly hot, the terrace stays mostly in the shade, which makes it the perfect spot to relax and hang out. Being out in the sun was just impossible, so the shaded space was a lifesaver! The hosts were incredibly communicative and responsive — they replied to any questions within a minute. The only downside was the number of mosquitoes, so it would have been great to get a heads-up about that. I’d recommend bringing some repellent spray. Overall, a fantastic place for a relaxing stay. Loved our stay here! Extremely clean and spacious. There was free parking nearby and walkable to many parts of the town. Giovanni was very welcoming and gave us plenty of recommendations. Washing machine was very convenient to have as well. The bed was comfortable and AC worked well. Only thing I would mention is that there was a cigarette smell in the bathroom only. It was driving me crazy trying to figure out where it was coming from, seemed like maybe through the pipes. I only noticed it in the bathroom and outside the door to the apartment. It was bearable though but thought it worth mentioning in case someone is highly sensitive to that. Overall, highly recommend!

Staying at Enrico’s property was the best Air BnB experience I’ve had! He was so friendly, responsive and made so many useful and helpful recommendations. Enrico went above and beyond to make our stay most comfortable and easy. Aside from that, the property itself was the perfect location right on stunning Mondello beach with the most beautiful views. We felt at home from the first minute and would have liked to have stayed longer. Flawless accommodation, very nicely located with a beautiful view of the sea and mountains. Everything we needed was there. Super spacious with a very nice terrace. Beautiful pool with plenty of loungers and beautiful view. 300 meters to the beautiful beach. To the town with many restaurants about 1.5 km. Nice hosts who were always available and gave good tips for the area. We would book the place again anytime!

A beautiful stylish apartment, with the added bonus of a huge roof terrace with comfortable furniture overlooking the harbour. The kitchen was perfect for self catering if needed. Plenty of hot water for showers. Comfortable bed with beautiful linen. Central quiet location opposite small sandy beach.

I loved everything about my stay; Mara, Michele and their family and friends made me feel right at home. A beautiful discovery I intend returning to again and again!

We spent a week in the great apartment. Our flight was delayed but this was not an issue. The location is excellent. The beach, shopping street and restaurants - all within walking distance. The backyard with oranges and lemon trees is a dream, we enjoyed fresh orange juice every morning. If we were to "criticize" something, then that there are a little bit of storage options and the mattresses in the bedroom (for us) were a bit too hard. All in all, however, we are very satisfied and are already planning our next stay there.

The Da Alba apartment is spacious, reasonably comfortable and situated in a quiet block within a quiet neighbourhood. You are more likely to be woken by church bells than traffic. It's also very well situated for transport, near the ferry port and the important bus stop in front of the port, with buses to all the towns of western Sicily, as well as Palermo (including the airport), Trapani-Birgi airport, and Agrigento (with the Valle dei Templi). A slightly longer walk will take you to the train station, main bus station, or the other way into the historic centre. The kitchen is sufficiently well-equipped for basic cooking, with the bonus of a good espresso machine. Giuseppe was an extremely friendly, welcoming and responsive host, quick to answer any questions or solve any little problem. I enjoyed a stay of a fortnight in the winter, but I imagine this would also make for a very good value, cool and shady refuge for a family or group of up to four in the summer.

The space is really beautiful. At the beginning there was everything you need and many more little things (even a sparkling wine & wine to welcome us) We felt right at home and the Wi-Fi is perfect for working from abroad. We recommend the place to anyone who is superior to working remotely while enjoying a great view and a huge roof terrace 😉 Thanks for everything! We will be happy to come back.
