Family-friendly vacation rentals in Erice

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Villa Palme! Giovanni, Antonella, and Valeria were exceptional hosts—warm, welcoming, and excellent communicators from start to finish. Their home was incredibly comfortable and thoughtfully set up, especially for families with young children and babies. We felt so at home that we ended up extending our stay by several nights! The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals together, and the instructions for household tasks like waste disposal were clear and easy to follow. They also provided fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and sightseeing, which really helped us make the most of our time in the area. We can’t thank them enough for their hospitality and would highly recommend Villa Palme to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly getaway.

A pretty Sicilian house full of charm with a beautiful garden and a beautiful view of the olive trees, the mountains and the sea. The house is close to the Zingaro and Segestra reserves. Lucietta was very available and flexible. We had a great time at this place that we would recommend.

We had an amazing time at Giacoma & Carlo’s villa. Everything was as the pictures in the listing and the view of both the mountains and the sea was perfect from the terrace. Giacoma & Carlo was super responsive whenever we had a question and helped make our stay perfect.

Fantastic home base to explore the west side of Sicily. We had easy visits to Selinunte, Erice, Trapani, Marsala, San Vito Lo Capo and even Agrigento. Castellemmare del Golfo is close by and has a charming waterfront with restaurants and bars. If you stay at home, there is a beautiful, heated infinity pool with great views of the sea. The kitchen is well equipped to make dinners, there is a grill, a wonderful covered patio and a washer and dryer. The kitchen is brand new. Pietro was very responsive, friendly and helpful.

A beautiful villa set in a lovely, peaceful area very close to the beach. The outdoor area, pool and garden were perfect for relaxing after visiting other parts of Sicily during the day and the hilight of the villa for us. A good location for exploring the north western part of Sicily or relaxing at the beach and pool for the week. Rosanna and Fulvio were wonderful hosts, everything from arranging check in, welcoming us to the villa, showing how everything works and providing restaurant and places to visit recommendations was fantastic.

Stunning location. On the front side, the (small) mount Bonifato and the sea; on the back, hilly Sicily as far as the eye can see. Very peaceful, one can enjoy some days of calm here. Hosts are very welcoming and cleanliness was much appreciated. One point to consider for car entusiasts: in case of a lowered/sport car, the last 200m of acces road could be a challenge.

The house was excellent. Attilio was a great host and always answered our inquiries in a timely manner. He was very professional took care of issues immediately. We would definitely return here.

Villa Ginevra is an enchanting Sicilian home representing traditional and modern just as shown in listing. The grounds are picturesque, providing the beauty of nature within walking distance to local amenities such as pasticceria and market.  Engaging with Vincenzo and family was a pleasure. They were helpful providing local recommendations and scheduling a private cooking class where we prepared a delicious meal, connected and created a memory together. The highlight of stay was our intimate wedding ceremony. Vincenzo and team created an ethereal outdoor  experience at the villa where we got to exchange vows, share our commitment before our God and loved ones, and begin our journey as husband and wife. A delightful meal and conversation under the stars followed. The local private chef, photographer, videographer, stylist, and florist that Vincenzo coordinated were amazing. We are so grateful Vincenzo opened up his home and shared his gift for lifetime memories to be made ❤️

Very pleasant vacation home with friendly host and wife. The house has beautiful views over the mountains, an outdoor terrace with lots of greenery, and is in a quiet area. Furthermore, everything is easily accessible and there are a lot of good restaurants within a short distance in Alcamo and surroundings. We had a lot of fun with three wild(?) cats that came to visit.

We stayed 2 nights, it matches the description, close to the center, parking under the house, nice outdoor space to relax and eat!

We had the best week staying at Bruno’s house. It was even better in person than the photos which is rare! We were a group of 7 including a 2 year old and 11 week old and the villa was perfect for a family holiday. You will not beat the view from the pool area during the day and watching the sunset. There are lots of options for eating outside and sun loungers for relaxing at the pool. The house was very clean and we found everything we needed. Bruno was the perfect host, very welcoming and responsive for any questions we had during our stay and provided contact details of a taxi driver, so we could be dropped into the town when we did not want to drive. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back in the future!

We had the most wonderful stay. What a beautiful place and amazing host. Such a lovely island too, hiring bikes from the place Mara recommended was fantastic and so was attending one of Mara’s yoga classes. We wished we could have stayed longer and we shall return!

Francesco's little summer house was quietly located with a Mediterranean garden, outdoor kitchen and a nice lounge corner for balmy evenings. The location is good for things to do in the region (Erice, San Vito Lo Capo, Scopello, Castellammare,..), but only by car, in the vicinity of the foot very unspectacular. Everything was very well maintained, very personal and we were very warmly welcomed. We had very nice four days in a beautiful part of Sicily. Thanks for everything.

Very beautiful and peaceful area. We couldn’t get enough of the views, especially on sunset. The service is the best. The welcome-to-Sicily basket was great. Alessandro has prepared a map of everything you need in the area. And Maria Angela gave us a lot of recommendations from the start. Even which road to get to the apartment or sightseeing. But: 1. You need to bring earplugs because roosters start to sing loud from 3 am 🥲 We didn’t sleep well because of that or barking dogs or the mosquitos. 2. The furniture in the apartment is old and squeaky. Though we had everything we needed to cook. Apart from that, I feel lucky we started our Sicily journey right there. Great place and amazing experience!

Wonderful host! Lucia welcomed us and provided recommendations for the area and helped with arranging a taxi. Plenty of space in a quiet street within a 5 minute walk of the old town, port, bus station. Would recommend!

We had a great time at this place! We are very grateful to the host for the warm welcome — he was extremely friendly and always stayed in touch with us, which was very pleasant. We would like to thank you for the well-prepared guide to Sicily — it was a real find! The house is perfect for relaxing with children: there is a crib, high chairs, a fenced pool — everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The territory is large, green, there is a wonderful area for barbecue — we were happy to spend evenings there. We absolutely recommend this place! This is the place you want to come back to.

What a wonderful stay! Luisa - the person who welcomed us, opened the house, checked in with us regularly and solved small problems - is a gem, charming and responsive. The house is as described, very pleasant to stay in, perfect with a "parent" bedroom on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs for children (which allows parents to have their bubble). Beautiful pool, large and with breathtaking views of the mountains. The shaded garden and full of small relaxation corners. Really great vacation.

The garden was a peaceful oasis and the garden house is beautiful. Vivi and her husband were very friendly and flexible when our arrival was delayed. She had even bought us some supplies for breakfast and cooking so we didn't have to shop immediately. The house is easy walking distance to several kite/windsurfing schools. Shops and restaurants are a short drive. The kitchen is small but very well supplied.

We had an incredible stay at Elena’s beautiful country house in Sicily. Nestled in a peaceful valley overlooking Calatafimi, the home offers a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comforts. We had a wonderful stay at this lovely house. It was spotlessly clean, with a generous provision of towels, a well-kept pool, and great amenities throughout. Jessica was incredibly helpful and always available if we needed anything. We celebrated two birthdays during our stay, and Jessica went above and beyond by surprising us with a dessert cake—it was such a thoughtful gesture that made our time there truly unforgettable. We’re so grateful for her kindness and hospitality. Highly recommend this villa for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

We had a dream stay in Carmelo's little paradise. He and his partner are hosts of incredible kindness, super warm welcome, always good advice for visits, we spent several great evenings with them ❤️ The place is quietly located among the olive trees and vines. Less than 10 minutes by car, a small supermarket, a local butcher, a bar, and a pizzeria. The flowered garden, covered terrace and swimming pool allow for maximum rest. What more could you ask for? In fact, I don't want to advertise it to keep this paradise a secret😂🤣😂.

This is really a great place for some relaxing days. The house is very well equipped & the garden with all the different views of the bay is just amazing. Of course the pool is great as well! A car is necessary to get around but there are plenty of Restaurants & beaches reachable within a couple of minutes.
