This is the spot!! Don’t hesitate to book it, if available. By far one of the best we’ve ever stayed at. It felt like home away from home. Everything you need and more. Beautiful views. The space is perfect for both couples and families. Everything was very clean and easy to maintain. The interior and outdoor space is beautifully decorated. I’m leaving knowing that I’ll will be back this summer.

The apartment was ideal and met all of my needs. Communication was quick and friendly. Grocery stores and restaurants, etc were a short drive away. I would stay here again!

This is our third stay in the area so we know the area well and the market to a degree. The property was perfect for my wife and me based on location, ocean view, quality of the property, and access for my wife with mobility challenges. We did have a small issue with the gate code but the rental team was motivated to address the problem in a professional and timely manner.

We've just returned from a 3 week stay at this beachfront condo with many happy memories. Kirsty is an amazing host and responded to our many questions within minutes. The condo is exactly as described, bright, clean, comfortably-appointed and with elevated panoramic views of the beach. We spent many afternoons/evenings sitting on the balcony watching the waves, surfers and sunset with easy access to the massive fridge-freezer with "cold refreshments" and ice cream. The complex is well-maintained and the long-term residents take pride picking-up any litter and tidying the communal areas, in advance of the maintenance team. The main pool is heated and quiet, though there are often BBQs in the late afternoon/early evening. The condo is ideally located at the north end of Solano Beach close to the inlet with Del Mar. It's an easy walk to the shops and the Bangkok Bay restaurant, which we also highly recommend, is only one block away. We are looking at dates to return next year :-)

Evan's place was a fantastic spot to unwind and reflect. I was dealing with the recent loss of a family member, so this was more than just a getaway for me. The sound of the surf really calmed me, and as a vacation spot it would be difficult to improve on his place. I hope to return when I'm in a more centered frame of mind.

After staying in many condos in North Coast Village, this is one of the best ! Has everything you need for a great vacation in Oceanside - highly recommend !!

This rental was outfitted with everything you could possibly need for your stay. We especially appreciated the hypoallergenic toiletries and detergent-we have never seen that at any other vacation rentals. Everything was spotless. Very enjoyable stay overall. My compliments to the host :)

We loved the condo - the view was amazing! It has a large living area and super comfortable couch. The large ocean front bedroom was great - we listened to the waves all night. First time to Solana Beach - liked being able to walk to restaurants (Rustic Root), farmers market, and the dog beach. The kitchen had everything we needed. Richard called us to make sure we were able to get in. The condo has electric mobile heaters - it was a bit cold/rainy for a few days, but we were able to get the area warm. We would come back!

A Perfect San Diego Coastal Getaway! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Carl's beach home in the Pacific/Mission Beach area, and it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the charming beach cottage. The decor is super cute, combining cozy beach vibes with modern comforts, making it feel like a home away from home. The location couldn't be better! Just a short stroll from the beach, we enjoyed daily walks along the shore and stunning sunsets. The nearby restaurants and shops added to the convenience, making it easy to explore the local scene. Carl was an exceptional host, providing us with all the information we needed for a smooth stay. The cottage was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. If you're looking for a perfect beach getaway, I highly recommend Carl’s beach home. We loved are stay! Easy to walk to grocery market, beach and restaurants.

This was the second time that my family stayed at this AirBnB, and we absolutely love the condo's proximity to the beach. The condo itself is clean with all the basic essentials that you need... boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, and cooking supplies. Both of the times that we've stayed here the condo has been very quiet; we've never heard noise from neighbors. The condo community has several pools, hot tubs, and a tennis court plus the spectacular clubhouse with panoramic ocean views. There are lots of little coffee shops and places to walk to near the condo community and it's very family friendly. The mattresses and pillows are dated, but aside from that this condo is truly a gem.

Wonderful place for a family visiting. Definitely check it out if you are visiting UCSD student.

Ricardo’s place was fantastic! A great spot for a couples getaway. The place felt very safe and clean. The outdoor area was a unique aspect that was very fun to use.

Great location, close walk to the beach. Our family of 4 enjoyed using the boogie boards, beach chairs and bikes that were available to us. Coffee shops and breweries were close by. Warrens place was perfect for our little getaway. Would highly recommend!

My family & I had a cherished time & we totally agree with Tooraj’s “ good vibes only” theme! The place is adorably decorated & my husband loved the real life record player, he put it on first thing ;) We appreciated all of the games & the paddle ball, all my boys had fun with that especially & I loved hearing them laugh while playing together on the beach . It truly is an exceptional place, so peaceful & so close to more action when ya want it. We spent one day at a behind the scenes tour at the safari park & the other day at the zoo, then both evenings were spent on the ocean side, Belmont park, Cannon Ball restaurant, last night we got Mexican food to go & brought it back to this darling, peaceful & truly lovely place. I also want to give a shout out to all of his neighbors, they were all so very kind & friendly;) Thank you with all our hearts Tooraj for sharing your good vibes and giving my family a special place to create cherished memories together. We are grateful 💝🙏

Had an amazing experience. The view from this location is incredible. The place was spacious, clean, and felt like home. The host met us at gate and was extremely friendly and helpful and recommended great places for us to do in the area. Just an amazing place to experience!!!!!!!

This is our third year staying at Diana’s condo, and we couldn’t be happier. The location is perfect, the condo itself is beautifully maintained, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. One of the highlights for us is the stunning view from the balcony. Diana is a fantastic host, always easy to contact and quick to respond to any questions.

We love the location and amenities at Paul’s place. Very quiet unit and lovely balcony overlooking the beautiful surroundings. A new hot tub opened by the pool during our stay which was wonderful!

Ms.Sandy provided a very welcoming AirBnB rental to relax and decompress in. From her initial inactions, she was extremely helpful with detailed instructions and helpful suggestions. As a bonus, the HOA also offered recommendations on places locally to dine at and entertainment. It’s the combination of these two that make for an enjoyable experience. Ms. Sandy’s place is clean and features 2 smart tvs for your entertainment pleasure. Just remember to log out of your streaming service before checking out. If you need a bit of fresh air, the beach is close by, along with the harbor with eateries and entertainment. Or just walk around the compound and enjoy the various water features and koi pond. For you golfers, bring your putter and enjoy the putting green. There’s also a swimming pool and gym, however the beach is just minutes away. You can definitely put your trust in Ms. Sandy for a very enjoyable experience.

We decided to come here on our babymoon. Check-in and check-out are a breeze. This is a very nice abode only a stone's throw away from the Oceanside Harbor! Comfortable space and a great view from the patio. Can hear the ocean waves from the room which is awesome. We did have an issue with ants the first night -- they were crawling on our bed and along the baseboard. The next day the owner came over with ant traps and that took care of them, but it wasn't the best first night's sleep. She did communicate well. The pool and hot tub area is very nice for relaxing. Definitely recommend for a family on vacation!

We had an amazing stay here!! Beautiful ocean views, the most wonderful beach nearby in walking distance, and the home was exactly as described. Everything was perfect and felt so luxurious. We cooked every day in the kitchen, and we had everything we needed! The kitchen was well stocked. We were grateful to have so many towels as we would go to the beach twice a day or more!! We didn’t get to use the pool because we were so busy, but what an added plus to have as an option! The bed was extremely comfortable, and there were plenty of spare linens/blankets if needed. The AC was so nice! Bathrooms were stocked and spotless! It was our first time staying somewhere with a washer/dryer in the unit, and now I can’t imagine ever staying somewhere without one!! Getting into the Airbnb and parking in the garage was so easy, and we appreciated Anne checking in on us. This is our favorite Airbnb that we have ever stayed at in California, and we hope to be back soon :) we were so impressed!!

We had an amazing stay at Nicklas’s place in San Diego! The condo is beautifully renovated and right on the waterfront—waking up to those ocean views was such a treat. The kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked with everything we needed, making our stay super comfortable and convenient. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into making the space feel like a true home away from home. We would absolutely love to stay here again in the future. Highly recommend!
