Place was very nice and worked well for us. Definitely keeping in mind for future visits.

Location is the best about 150 yds from ocean and 100 yds to small supermarket and eating places. Cy is the most diligent host we have encountered. Lives on site and constantly making small, useful improvements

Rented this airbnb for my 70 year old mother in law who was visiting family in the area. She said the airbnb was perfect - clean, easily accessible, everything you’d need and more.

Adam was an absolute lifesaver. After being left stranded by another host, I sent a last-minute request and he responded right away with kindness and professionalism. The home was immaculate, with so many thoughtful and charming touches that made me feel right at home. The space was quiet, the water pressure and temperature were perfect, and everything was just as described. There was a minor issue with a guest accidentally taking my parking spot, but Adam resolved it immediately—he was truly on top of everything. This stay turned what could’ve been a stressful night into a peaceful and welcoming experience. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend booking with Adam !

Can’t say enough great things about this place! First off, Jay and Erika are PHENOMENAL hosts! There was a minor issue with the hot tub, and it was fixed the very next day! Jay and Erika were prompt in tending to the issue and making sure everything was up to par! The gravel parking area behind the unit is perfect and has ample room for multiple cars! The unit is in a very quiet and chill neighborhood and about 15 minutes from a plethora of restaurants in North Park! The hot tub and bed are both great for certain activities (wink wink), and the Roku TV is also a great touch! I will add this place to my list of places to stay when visiting San Diego, and will be booking again soon! Don’t hesitate to book Jay’s and Erika’s place!

Very nice, safe location! Exactly as represented. It was very clean, well stocked, and easy to check in. We also really liked the beds, which is rare for us in a vacation home. JB was quick to respond with any questions. Enjoyed watching the surfers, dolphins, and sunsets from the balcony. Would highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a great central location and easy to Uber around to wherever we wanted to travel to each day in San Diego. The hot tub wasn’t super clean but the house was spotless. The WiFi was spotty which wasn’t ideal but thankfully we weren’t on a business trip. The host was very responsive and did help us out with sourcing an iron and ironing board which we needed for the wedding we were in town for. They were super accommodating which we were grateful for!

We didn’t want to leave. This host is extremely thoughtful with all that you could use on vacation. My husband and my 15month old accompanied me on this adventure to the beach. Just a few blocks away we loaded up our wagon and just enjoyed all the great restaurants and activities around. Besides being the perfect location, this Airbnb was well stocked including a High chair and pack n play for the baby. No clutter around other than a few tasteful decorations we were able to put up so baby couldn’t reach them. The cleaners have done an amazing job at every inch of the home, to the extent that I felt comfortable with my infant roaming around. We will be saving this booking for future use because it was beyond my favorite place to stay. As per the host, they are responsive kind and understanding. Even better than it was in past visits! Property Mgr is available directly for any issues and very proactive. Great location within steps of so much in town, yet off the path to prevent noise or crowd pollution. Privacy gates to separate you from other units. Beautiful view of the ocean and sunset from the patio. I go here to retreat from the world for a moment and it never disappoints. Kitchen has the needed essentials and the full size shampoo/conditioner/body wash was appreciated. This visit the TV next door could be heard at night, but that's not been the experience before so might have just been the renters. Thankfully they turned it off by 9-10 though. 100% will be back to this property.

Staying at wade’s was amazing. I felt comfortable in the neighborhood and in the retreat as well! Quiet and peaceful, bed was so comfortable I slept like a rock. Would highly recommend staying at Wade’s retreats!

I am strongly positive both on the place and on the host. The house is immaculately clean, very comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. It is a short walk to the downtown of Cardiff, with its restaurants and beach access. Noylan is an absolutely outstanding host. Her instructions are clear and reasonable. It is so clear that she wants her guests to have a five-star experience. I recommend this place and this host without any qualifications. Such a find!

We stayed at Christie’s apartment for two stays during a one week trip. Both stays were overall pleasant . Very nice view from the front balcony where you are able to see both the ocean and sunset, you are also able to hear the waves crash at night. Nice interior with plenty of space for two remote workers. Nice coffee shops within a walkable distance for lunch breaks and just a 5 minute walk to the beach. There were also many great restaurants within a few minutes drive of the apartment and a mall in Carlsbad 15 minutes away with many retailers. The only issue I ran into with our stays is one neighbor two houses down was rather hostile towards parking near her property, although it’s public street parking. Overall, I would stay again, I would just make it a point to park on the other side of the road.

Dan & Britt are very gracious hosts! They were proactive in reaching out to us to make sure we were comfortable and were attentive to our needs throughout our stay. Their Airbnb was better than the photos and my family and I absolutely loved the views it offered as well as the neighborhood of Oceanside. The house itself was very spacious and clean. We had a chance to truly decompress for a couple of days! I would highly recommend a stay here and we plan on going back.

We loved this place. even though it was cloudy and windy, the porch was our favorite place to be! We watched Sea Lions, seagulls, pelicans and surfers during our morning coffee and dusk wine sunsets. Location was also great, within 15 to 20 minutes we were able to explore so much during the 3 days we were there. If you can only do a couple of things I suggest spending a couple of hours at the Cabrillo National Monument $20 valid for 7 days, you can hike, visit the monument, light house, tide pools, visitor center, The view is spectacular! Then head to Old Town and ride the 2 hours trolley - hop on and hop off or enjoy the full ride. Mexican food galore or stop by Little Italy for some yummy pizza! It was our first time in San Diego, but we will be back for sure, and hopefully Rick's place will be available! also a bonus, you get to use the garage!

Everything was great! There are lots of restaurants in walking distance, for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The ocean is a short walk and the neighborhood was nice and quite! It's a perfect location and everything inside was nice and clean!!

Just the perfect spot for our trip!! We truly enjoyed our stay, everything was beautiful and people were so so nice!! We really enjoyed the hottub and the pool, it wasn’t busy at all. The location was perfect for us considering we didn’t have a car so we walked everywhere. So close to the beach and to the harbour. We would definitely go back in a heartbeat!!

5-star Airbnb and host, parking/entry was simple and easy, Renee is 100% responsive, and it’s clear this host cares that you have a great stay. The place is as described, very clean, fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds with THE SOFTEST SHEETS/PILLOWCASES EVER, and nice extra touches. Bright and light, quiet at night, 1.5 bathrooms, and close to beach and coastal towns.

Our third extended stay with Gloria and Mari. Great hosts and excellent location - less than two blocks from the beach and easy walk to the Village. Lovely area, friendly folks with lots of fun shops, restaurants, or just walking on the beach. Apartment was great for the two of us, everything you need, clean and comfy. New improvements made during the last three years are nice and off-street parking is a bonus. Our winter home for sure!

Such a great location and price for Oceanside. We are near major routes to everywhere that we wanted to go to, along with a hiking trail. We can hear traffic but it was never a nuisance. The condo is on the 2nd floor, no elevator but was not a problem for us. The kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/dishware but no pantry items. We were pleased with the dishwaher and W/D, and yes, there were detergent available. There was a new sofa bed, and TV with EASY to operate controls (thanks for not having multiple remotes!) There are 3 of us, 2 with low vision so we were extremely pleased with the layout (no Nic-nacs to knock over or excessive furniture to run into). Our hostess was the best, so responsive to all my questions!

This air b and b was one of the best I have ever stayed at! The owner was great and very clear in communications. The house has everything we needed. The beach down the street was amazing! We loved walking to beautiful down LaJolla. Parking outside the home was super easy! I can’t say enough great things. If we are ever back in LJ, this would be our 1st choice of places to stay!

Very very homey and beautiful stay for a getaway in SD. It’s walking distance from almost all the cool spots in the city. Host was immensely attentive and responded almost immediately to any of my questions, personally the best host we’ve ever had. Only hurdle to be aware of is the parking, then again you’re across the street from petco park so it’s expected. But besides that our stay was perfect. definitely would stay again for the view alone!, everything is just a plus :)

What I appreciated the most was the quiet neighborhood. I'm a very light sleeper and I was happy to get a good night sleep on most nights. The bed is comfortable - I'm not sure it's big enough for two but we were happy to have a bed each :) Also - we were both working remote so we needed the two rooms regardless. During the day, the neighborhood is quiet so no issues for noise during business calls. We were a short drive to everything. I think overall it's way better than staying at a hotel for the same price.

We loved this place. Justin was very responsive and the place was furnished with new furnishings. It is just steps to the beach which is amazing and plenty of restaurants and 7-11 nearby. You’re close to the 5 freeway to get to Legoland and the 78 to get to the mall. It is also a 50 minute walk to the pier. Our dog also met a lot of other furry friends during our walks on this trip too which was an added bonus.
