Over 300 acres of privately owned land by the host plus over 700 acres of attached public crown lots accessible through private holdings, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts/nature lovers, as a launch pad into Algonquin Park, or as a quite retreat into the forest. Winter Activities and Uses Include: snowmobiling, ice fishing at a large selection of local lakes, snow shoeing etc.

Beautiful Lake Vernon Apartment

Large, bright, fully-equipped, completely private, climate-friendly, 1200 square foot open-plan apartment. The balcony overlooks a quiet bay of lovely Lake Vernon, and there is a child bed and queen sized sofa bed in the living room. Very high speed internet. North Muskoka Hemlock Cabin

In the northern part of Muskoka sits this tiny cabin paradise. This 325 square foot cabin was originally built as a hunt camp in 1955 and has been newly renovated to be modern and comfortable while still maintaining its vintage rustic charm. Come and unplug in this quiet simple space only 5 minutes from Ilfracombe beach. Many folk singer/songwriters have recorded in this cabin over the past few years and it is now being opened up as a quiet getaway.

Located just minutes from Burks Falls and Highway 11 it’s a convenient place to call home while you explore the Almaguin Highlands and North Muskoka.

The Cedar (tiny house)

The Cedar, is a 'tiny house' on the Stillwater Cottages property on Clear Lake. This cozy 'home away from home' has a comfy loft bedroom for two with a twin size bed on the main floor plus a kitchen, bathroom and small sitting area. A BBQ and firewood is included as well as use of the SUP board, kayaks, paddleboards, and canoe. Waterslide, maui pad and a floating dock complement the three docks across the 300 ft of sandy shore.

New lakefront cottage near Huntsville, Muskoka

Waterfront location on a small, quiet lake just 20 minutes north of Huntsville, in the heart of cottage country. This brand new cottage was finished in 2018 and features two levels with great views, a large deck, floating dock, and spacious great room with vaulted ceilings and wood finishes. We use a professional company to clean and disinfect our cottage and launder all linens between each of our guest stays.

This house borders on the Muskoka's. It is a perfect get-away destination for any season. It sits on 35 acres of forested lands including a walking trail and wetlands. It is in a private setting with easy access to the communities of Huntsville, Burk's Falls, and Kearney.
