Nicely done up flat

Hello :-) I'm renting a wonderful 1 room appartement in the heart of Rellingen out. (in the northwest city boundary of Hamburg) The appartment is build up on 42m², is located on the first upper floor and has a big south balcony. One can reach everything one need withing walking distance. Several supermarkets, backeries, post offices, drugstores/pharmacies, medical practitioners, banks, restaurants, etc. There is also a parking lot straight in front of the building for you to use. You need simply 30 minutes to get to the centre of Hamburg by car. By using public transport you'll need around 40 to get to the central station. The bus stop is only several steps away from the appartement. Information about the appartement: light kitchen with dining table for 2 and functional facilities for cooking including a coffe machine, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and much more. The livingroom as well as the livingroom offer accommodations for up to 3 people. A 90x200cm and 160x200cm is available. The room also offers a dining table for 4 people and a TV. Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich – in dieser ruhigen, stilvollen Unterkunft. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen kostenlosen PKW-Stellplatz mit Zugang zu einer E-Ladesäule und ist 10 Autominuten von der Messe Schnelsen, 15 Autominuten vom Flughafen Hamburg, 30 Autominuten von der Innenstadt Hamburg entfernt. Von der Unterkunft sind es nur 7 Gehminuten bis zum Bahnhof Bönningstedt. Momentan fährt ein Schienenersatzverkehr nach Hamburg, mit dem ÖPNV nach Hamburg dauert es daher ca. 1 Stunde.

Das Duschbad ist neu renoviert. Ihr erreicht fußläufig die Bus Stationen in der Frohmestrasse . Dort sind auch alle Geschäfte, Post und Restaurants. Die Abfahrt der A 7 , Schnelsen , ist um die Ecke. Florian was great host. The place was clean but bice and with a lovely terrase. Everything was smooth and good except that the bed was a bit too small for the 2 of us - especially since i am a big guy 190. Everything else was great!

Grandios! Gerlinde ist wirklich super freundlich, war immer zu erreichen. Die bei Gerlinde gebuchte Unterkunft war ein Traum für kleines Geld. Tip: halbe Stunde mit den öffentlichen nach Hamburg Landungsbrücken, Bushaltestelle Gorch-Fock-Straße ;) ABSOLUTE EMPFEHLUNG!!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Bett war super bequem und ansprechend und süß eingerichtet. Mein Highlight war das kleine, aber sehr feine Badezimmer, was sehr neu, super modern und extrem sauber war. Auch erwähnenswert sind die elektrischen Rollladen und die Hightech Toilette :D Claire war so nett und hat mir ein Ladekabel geliehen und rübergebracht, weil ich meins vergessen hatte. Also auch ein ganz toller Service und eine schnelle Reaktionszeit auf Nachrichten. Preis-Leistung war super! Vielen Dank, liebe Claire!

Bei Ute und Ulli haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Matratze war hervorragend – wir haben geschlafen wie schon lange nicht mehr, oft nicht mal so gut wie zu Hause. Die Lage ist wunderbar ruhig, ideal zum Entspannen. Und was uns ganz besonders gefallen hat: Ute und Ulli sind zwei unglaublich herzliche, liebe Menschen, die sich wirklich aufmerksam und fürsorglich um ihre Gäste kümmern. Dafür gibt es von mir das allerhöchste Lob! Auch die Umgebung ist einfach traumhaft – eine rundum fantastische Unterkunf

We had a very brief stay after a delayed flight. I wish I could spend more time with Kami. The house is nice and well maintained, I liked all the shared areas and room is ok. I’ve seen people complaining that it is small, but it is exactly as advertised. Maybe it is just me, but we needed to get some rest for an affordable price, and we got what we wanted and more.
