Nicely done up flat

Hello :-) I'm renting a wonderful 1 room appartement in the heart of Rellingen out. (in the northwest city boundary of Hamburg) The appartment is build up on 42m², is located on the first upper floor and has a big south balcony. One can reach everything one need withing walking distance. Several supermarkets, backeries, post offices, drugstores/pharmacies, medical practitioners, banks, restaurants, etc. There is also a parking lot straight in front of the building for you to use. You need simply 30 minutes to get to the centre of Hamburg by car. By using public transport you'll need around 40 to get to the central station. The bus stop is only several steps away from the appartement. Information about the appartement: light kitchen with dining table for 2 and functional facilities for cooking including a coffe machine, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and much more. The livingroom as well as the livingroom offer accommodations for up to 3 people. A 90x200cm and 160x200cm is available. The room also offers a dining table for 4 people and a TV. My house is a place of peace and relaxation in Schnelsen, on the northwestern outskirts of Hamburg. In the large garden of the house, which is used only by you, there is a beautiful south-facing terrace, a trampoline and a beach chair. You are quickly and easily in the city center, at the airport as well as on the North Sea and Baltic Sea (A7/A23). Free parking on the premises! In the basement live two cats, which are supplied daily via a separate entrance.

Florian was great host. The place was clean but bice and with a lovely terrase. Everything was smooth and good except that the bed was a bit too small for the 2 of us - especially since i am a big guy 190. Everything else was great!

Great! Gerlinde is really super friendly, was always available. The accommodation booked with Gerlinde was a dream for little money. Tip: half an hour by public transport to Hamburg Landungsbrücken, bus stop Gorch-Fock-Straße ;) DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!

We had a great stay. The room was very clean, the bed was super comfortable and appealing and sweetly furnished. My highlight was the small but very nice bathroom, which was very new, super modern and extremely clean. Also worth mentioning are the electric shutters and the high-tech toilet :D Claire was so nice and lent me a charging cable and brought it over because I forgot mine. Also a very great service and a fast response time to messages. Value was great! Thank you, dear Claire!

We felt completely comfortable with Ute and Ulli. The mattress was excellent – we slept like we hadn't in a long time, often not even as well as at home. The location is wonderfully quiet, ideal for relaxing. And what we especially liked: Ute and Ulli are two incredibly warm, dear people who really take care of their guests attentively and thoughtfully. I give you the highest praise for that! The surrounding area is also simply fantastic – an all-round fantastic accommodation

We had a very brief stay after a delayed flight. I wish I could spend more time with Kami. The house is nice and well maintained, I liked all the shared areas and room is ok. I’ve seen people complaining that it is small, but it is exactly as advertised. Maybe it is just me, but we needed to get some rest for an affordable price, and we got what we wanted and more.
